Would it be possible to create a character who uses sand(not a living shield of course) and have a jutsu that creates sand[kind of like the jutsu lake creation]?

This is me just going off from past experience, and I may be totally wrong.
Usually, you make the die roll first by posting first (Don't put anything in the post). Then you edit the post you made in accordance with the result of the die roll.

When do the bloodline lists get updated? I know Wangetsu's got people, I'm head and Sarge I think joined it too.

It should be updated as people are approved. Seeing as how that isn't getting done I'm going to crack down. I'll update the lists based off of who already posted their profiles in the right sections.
