As far as choosing glasses went though, he was probably best to rope Jordan in on that one, his own tastes were pretty ******** horrendous and he was slowly becoming aware of this fact. "Probably best if I don't pick the frames myself." he said almost guiltily.
"Either way, I'll be sure no to be wearing any when you bring Jerry in. We really don't ******** want him kicking off in here, he could have another episode and wreck your lab. Do we have any like, tranq darts?"

Melvin thought about it and tilted his head just so. "I could...find something that could subdue him." If that was untested or not was the real question.
"If he gets out of hand, which I'm sure he will, I'll find something to calm him down. I think another department has something I can use." Or test for them. Jerry already did plenty of testing for Life from what I hear. Melvin just hoped he didn't have any sort of Fear tolerance by now.

"Sounds like a plan man, he's like. Pretty ******** trusting all told, I'm sure he'd take something offered to him as long as you didn't make it obvious what it was you were giving him. We'll have him well in hand regardless." he smirked. "I'm actually pretty ******** excited. I've never done any human testing. Or erm.... Artifact testing. Aye. Artifacts." He was rather interested what kind of artifact Jerry had managed to come by anyway, he vaguely recalled some kind of instrument ( surprise, surprise ) but couldn't remember.

Melvin smiled, a sort of distant smile of things to come. "Human testing will be after artifact testing." He told Rep with the smile that only a Lifer with a desire for project success and the knowledge that unknown things could happen to guinea pigs unfortunate to be part of his project could give.
Speaking of Jerry...."Oh, if you still want to walk a few minipets." He said, rising up with a smile and moving to the tanks. "I have two that you already have experience in." To which he opened both tanks at the same time and held up two octocats. "Less spazzy than Jerry."
