"Hey don't worry about it, I owe you one for my bag" she smiled, walking alongside him towards the hotel. "I won't be too long... ummm" Skye rustled round her bag and pulled out a handheld console. "You can play with that if you get bored.. I don't mind" she trusted him with it, because unknown to Chester, Skye has known him for many months so didn't think he would run off with such a thing. He seemed too good of a person to do that.

The lift took sometime to make itself to the ground floor, but she finally got to her messy looking room. It looked like a bomb hit it! Though that was due to the mad rush to get ready for breakfast. She wasn't bothered by it, nor cleaned it up. What was the point? Eventually she would need when it was time to go home, so why make an effort now?

Looking at her handmade costume, Skye began to think. Her outfit was pretty much a female version of Athello, it even had a white wig to go along with it. But maybe Chester would catch on.. thinking on it more she decided to leave the wig for now. Her female character had purple hair like herself anyway and people would change armours and things very often, so the clothes didn't matter. She painted some patterns round her eyes and cheeks, much like what Athello had, of course it was an option anyone could have in character creation, so no worry there either. Her hair was tied back and made spikier with some dry wax and hairspray. With her outfit all placed on, horns, ears and weapons included, she walked into the lobby to find Chester again.

Skye seemed to be a different person in her get up. She was confident and rather cocky, much like her character. Athello gave her the chance to pull out a part of her personality she was too shy or nervous to show, hiding behind this character boosted her. "Thank you very much" she smirked, holding the hilt of her sword behind her back. "And umm yes I am, I like how they have the best looking gear.. in my opinion."

She didn't have a bag on her, just a few pockets made into the outfit for money and anything small. Though, her sword had a sneaky secret. Because it was so large it looked rather heavy! But infact it was hollow on the inside and padded to store things, making it perfect for the small console.

"You all set?" Skye grinned, making sure her horns were attached to her head properly. While walking along she heard a few people whistle and give compliments, which only made her give a few sneaky kisses blown in their direction. She wouldn't dream of doing something like that as herself! Skye was too shy to do that..

"you should you know! I love to create different characters and give them different roles in the game! Some make clothes.. some just kill for gold" Skye smiled, though her normal personalty came flooding back for a moment as he held her hand. A red colour flushed her cheeks, was this a good thing? She hoped so, for her heart's sake.

Her persona quickly came back though, Skye felt so comfortable being at conventions because here it was okay to be a nerd and love something to death! Because everyone was in the exact same boat as you, some were most likely to be even nerdier! "My pleasure. Hey.. why don't I be you're guide in all things convention related!" she squealed like a little happy child. Though for a moment she looked down at their hands and adjusted a leather band across her arm nervously. It wasn't meant to be there for that particular outfit, but she wanted to hide something from him, just incase he freaked out. "So.. I think we shoooould... go look at all the stands! Sometimes you get free goodies and autographs from people that made the games! Or voiced them!"

Skye gave a happy nod as she dragged him around like a kid in a candy store. "Yup, you can get things like demos, little comics, art cards.. one convention I went to they were handing out anime dvds! Like movies and things!" thinking on it made her eyes twinkle, though there was probably nothing like that for this convention. It was more focused on one game rather then a whole bunch.

She darted over to one of the tables where a few concept artists were drawing people's characters for a small fee! Though some asked to have themselves drawn as a cool class in the game also. "Oh man! We have to do this!" Skye clapped happily.

She thought on it and the idea of them having a picture drawn together would be kind of fun. Maybe it would be a cute little reminder of their epic week ahead. "I think we should have one drawn together. And I don't think it matters if you're cosplaying.. they probably just need your face and work from there" she only guessed because she was an artist afterall and would always draw herself into the game's world.

Once it was their turn they were both told to pick a pose with eachother. "umm so how shall we do this?... just standing next to eachother? or umm... holding hands? or... errr arm round eachother?" asking all that made a crimson colour flush her face. Though it was needed to be discussed.

Skye swallowed hard as she looked up at him. She didn't really know what to do or say but just stare into his eyes as that looked upon her own. Friends or secret lovers he asked. The second one seemed a bit full on in her brain, though her longing crush for Chester disagreed.

Before she could even think of replying the artist did for her, "I think that pose is rather nice... hold it like that for me please"

The time seemed to fly by as they held the position the artist asked for. He was either a quick sketcher or she had gotten lost in Chester's eyes for that whole moment. Who knew..

Once Chester moved his hands away from her, she went bright red. Going all shy again, her character persona couldn't help her hide those kinds of emotions that time. Looking at the picture it was so breathtaking. It looked like one of those illustrations you'd find on the cover of a romance novel. Though this was much better! A berserker and knight looking into eachother's eyes with love. Taking it from Chester she bit her lip. "Are you sure you want me to have this?... it's really pretty.. and you've never been to a convention before." Though he would probably find lots of neat stuff around to take back home.

"Well.. Thank you... it means alot to me.. I love to collect custom made art.." she moved over to the stall next to the one they had just been to. They were seeing leather binds to keep things like paper flat and safe. Which was needed seeing as they wouldn't be going back to the hotel any time soon. Also it was themed to the game, so it all fitted perfectly. "You'll have to let me get something for you now... only fair" Skye smiled sweetly, not noticing their hands were being held by eachother.

The cosplayer girl giggled at his cute comment. "hmmm lets see" she gave a quick look around, it looked as though something was being set up on the stage area. Though from experience it was going to be a while till all the announcements took place. Looking a little more she saw giant screens with people doing something to their characters on it. "I wonder what that is.." Skye dragged him along to take a peek. Apparently it was were you could get special gear and weapons just for attending the convention!
