Izuma received the headband, along with a note from an ANBU-nin shortly before the expected person would arrive. Izuma understood why he was sent to him, and he would make sure the duty he was assigned was completed. His arms cross, his natural Crimson eyes, piercing into those of the male who stood before him. Upon the boy's first impression, Izuma already had a feeling of dislike for him, simply by the way he addressed him. This boy had allot to learn, and he would be the one to teach him. Hovering over the boy, he looked down upon him, his piercing gaze staring into his very soul. "Anyone would appreciate things that are given to them, so they claim. Yet you, come to me, the Uchiha clan head, and can't even address me by my full name? Let alone, introduce yourself. Do you think I have a clue who the hell you are?" His voice was deep, yet calm and firm. He was not trying to make the boy fear him, or submit to him, but after receiving the note about him, he knew molding this boy into what was expected would take some time.
He would raise a hand, a simple gesture, to keep the boy from saying anything, if he were to attempt. The question was rhetorical, he knew who the boy was, but did he? "I am Izuma Uchiha. It is a pleasure to meet you, Renzo. He put a strong emphasis on the boy's name, returning the disrespect he had shown to him and the Mizukage. Izuma was not being an a**, although he hoped that was what Renzo would think. He only wanted the boy to learn his lesson, and improve from it. Casually swining the headband in his hand before the boy, he spoke again, "This headband, a symbol of a Shinobi, or Kunoichi of the Village Hidden in the Mist, resembles their undying loyalty and respect to their Mizukage, as well as dedication to their village. When I look at you, I see none of that. I barely even see a Uchiha." Pacing in circles, calmly around this boy, he would observe him, also taking note of what he received in the letter, as well as what he already knew about him from the documents. "I believe you would appreciate your headband, but the real question is, do you deserve it? Will you prove to be a Shinobi of undying loyalty and respect to the Mizukage and your clan head, as well as dedication to your village? As of now, I do not see you fit as either Shinobi or Uchiha, until you learn some respect, and furthermore, a drive. Yes, I do know about your lazy habits." After a few laps around the boy, he would stand before him, the piercing gaze returning, burning holes through the boy's eyes until they penetrated his soul.

He was playing no games it seemed. He was either trying to kill her, which she ruled out immediately, or he was trying to awaken her. She would not just give him the benefit of getting the moves on her, she had to show what she could do. Her hands moved quick as she preformed the hand signs for the use of her lightning clone. The clone would push Karou out of the way as it threw itself into the swarm of crows for her. Karou smiled, being allowed to see the actual positions of where Furuya would be standing, but her arm...her arm was yelling in pain. She had been cut, and that made her mad. She would be a bit slower now, but she would not, not let him have the benefit of seeing her weak!
"I won't be that easy"
Karou stated as she shot lightning through her body, shooting it forward as seven humming birds. They would dart for Furuya before he could get to pull out his blade. She was not done yet, her hands moving to form a mass amount of handsigns. This would leave her open, but she would swallowing air as she blew forward a large mass of flames from her mouth. What looked like three snakes would come flying at Furuya with the intentions to do some damage. She would not look weak because he was supposed to be the heir. She had goals as well, and he was just a road block.

As the birds hit him, there would a blur of black as his body exploded into several crows. Forming a seal from behind this massive dome of crows which seemed to still be growing, Furuya's voice would echo all around Karou from every direction. "How does your arm feel? Does it hurt? Would you like me to end your suffering?" He taunting was obvious, but his voice was serious, cold, ominous. He could sense both her and her clones chakra. They were sitting ducks in his little world. Quickly, he would reach into his pouch before flicking his wrist, sending a shuriken ripping into the mass of black, which would hit the clone. With his rigorous stealth training and passives, Retreating Feet and Stealth Walk, Furuya would run around this screen of crows and come in from behind Karou completely quiet, making his way through the crows before leaping into the air, twisting his body into a spin before kicking a kunai aimed directly for the girl's neck. The kick would make no noise, as well as the kunai flying through the air thanks to Swift Dart. 』™

Eve landed at the edge of the sparring grounds and walked in scanning the people who had gathered there. "So apperently the Uchiha have really been flooding in while I was away" she said quietly to herself as she awaited the kid from earlier to get the beating he desperately needed. She pulled out her bubble pipe and blow a large bubble which she took a seat on and watched what was happening with the lower ranking ninja.
What Karou wanted to know, was what the god damn crows were. How was he able to do that over and over? Was it a genjutsu? Was it a ninjutsu that he had been able to create? She heard his voice from all around him, sighing as she began to simply start running around. He had become hidden and there was no way she would just end up staying in the same place for something to happen to her. Her clone was gone, consumed by the crows and some other source. What was going on? Why was he so fast? This was a pointless battle from the start, even if she had avoided the crows until only to get caught in more trouble. She growled a bit, because one more hit could end up in a troublesome situation for her. She was starting to feel it, the motivation that she could die here. He was not holding back. Would she die here?

Kai enterer tge field polishing his headband and intently looking around. His eyes absorbing every detail of the combatants as well as those just training.
"Interesting, what am I up against. To asses the strengths of the shinobi in the village will give me a great advantage."
Taking note of the several shinobi that seemed far more advanced than himself. he also kept an eye out for his last teammate. To know his team would also help him to forge a stratgy and tactics
Renzo sighed as he got a lecture from Izuma. He had gotten so many speeches about how he needs to be respectful and to try harder. But when Izuma talked to him about actually helping him become a better better person and to be an actual Uchiha. His eye's opened wide. He had never really seen any other Uchiha's. Renzo looked away as Izuma finished his speech.

Izuma sighed softly, looking at Renzo as his simply turned away, silent. He figured he wouldn't have much to say, and there wasn't much he could say, without bringing all this back upon himself. "I guess what I said was true, since you didn't make much of an effort to deny it. But, that's alright, I'm sure in time you will learn." He would then direct Renzo to the fight being displayed, which he had been aware of the entire time, sensing each of the Genin's chakra. The constant feeling of the two's chakra being multiplied, yet weakened, would let him know that those were clones. He wouldn't see what was going on within the murder of crows, but he hoped Furuya hadn't taken things too far. He had a strange feeling this blockade made of crows was specifically used to keep Izuma from watching what he was doing. "So, tell me a little more about yourself, if you don't mind." He spoke to Renzo, although most of his attention was on the spar ahead.
After izuma finished and asked Renzo to tell him about Himself, Renzo looked up. Right before he spoke he saw that Izuma was paying attention to the fight between two other Ninja. Renzo rolled his eyes but then spoke to Izuma. "Well, i don't know where my parents are, or if their even alive. I'm an Uchiha, as you already know. Izuma turned to him as he spoke, his introduction sort of half-assed, in his opinion, but as the boy said himself, he was lazy. As for his parents, nothing he had received in the documents sent to him said anything about his parents, in fact, he was titled as an orphan. There wasn't much he could do about that, but the second sentence caught him off guard, "You are proud about that? People calling you lazy? Being lazy? There's much more to you, I can tell by looking at you, but it all requires your to apply yourself..." Letting out another sigh, he would fully turn towards Renzo, his arms crossed, waiting for his input on the subject.
Renzo turned and looked at the battle while he waited for Izuma to respond to what he had said. When Izuma turned and spoke to Renzo, Renzo kept looking at the battle. Distracted he gained focus and kept listening to Izuma. "Well im not proud of it, but it's something i guess i never really worked on." Renzo then yawned and looked at Izuma with his eyes half-way opened.

Kai placed his hands directly hnfront of him focusing his chakra into them he performed a set of hand seals tgen taking out a scroll he wrote something down on it then took a moment before returning the scroll to his pack.
Taking one of his kunai knives from his pack Kai decided on just what seal to place on it. The idea hit him about sealing a substitution jutsu on an item. Taking everal minutes to figure out the kunai was too small to place a scroll effectivly place a scroll on it.
The next idea that came to mind was finger engraving seal each one but that would take to long in battle and waste chakra. Taking a second he looked at his own palm opening and closing it. Kais mind tossing around ideas when his hand twitched causing him to drop the kunai. Picking it up with his free hand he realized that his palm was perfect size on tge hable of the kunai.
Kai had a basic idea of how to focus chakra to body parts but this was new. He focused chakra to his palm then out and onto tge kunai. Removing his hand he could see the seal placed on tge kunai. Kai smirked and then exited the training ground.

Kyousuke entered the sparring grounds where he was told he would most likely find his squad mates. He looked about seeing many others here already but none seemed to match the description he was given of them.
Tired of waiting he decided to practice a bit, he walked to a tree and started to strike it with his index and middle finger. He continued to strike that spot over and over with ever increasing frequency. He hardly noticed that he was slowly putting a hole in the tree where he was hitting.
He quickly got bored and looked for someone to spar with to give him a challenge and to waste time until his team either found him or he finds them.

Eve popped the bubble she was sitting on using the force to bring herself to a standing position. She walked over to the Hyuga boy, "You look bored, if I heard correctly earlier I have a feeling I can help you train better while you wait then a defenseless tree" she said extending her hand to shake his. "Eve Kinoko konin and master of several styles I'd like to see what you are made of while you wait."
『 The kunai would rip through the air before digging itself into the earth where Karou once stood. With a frown, Furuya would pull out a kunai and hold it in his right hand, reverse gripped before landing quietly on the ground, little to no noise made at all. Quickly channeling chakra into his hand, the white haired male would perform a blinding jab to Karou's chest, aimed right for the center to hit it with the ring of the kunai to knock her wind out. If he wold hit, and she would get knocked back, Furuya would grab her wounded arm with his free hand and yank towards him as he would kick out with his right leg, aimed directly for her midsection in an attempt to wind her further, and break her shoulder. 』™

Trick Style: Retreating Feet Practice :: Rank B The practitioner, already frequented by many techniques in the style, has finally realized that with a little bit of personal training, they are able to increase the precision and speed at which they lift and press their feet. This not only assists their ability to sneak up on people faster and quieter, but also helps when running from trackers.
Trick Style: Blade's Edge Practice :: Rank B The practitioner has developed an even greater sense of precision- able to throw, juggle, and catch their knives by the tip with ease. Additionally, some projectiles, such as shuriken or kunai, can be caught by their tip.
Suterusu Hokou [ Stealth Walk ] Description: After Training to move quietly and quickly those of this Style have grown accustomed to moving silently their normal movements have become quiet making them almost hard to notice when they really move in action.
Kuikku Satsu [ Quick Kill ] Description: Also after Training for such a long time with a Dagger those of this Style are able to kill those with much more Stealth so they won't risk being seen mostly aiming for fatal points to end it quickly.
