xxxxxThe woman thanked them and left. The Medical Shinobi informed Dancer that there was also another way to heal such small wounds like the woman had. It was referred to as the Healing Hands Technique, but that he didn't have time to show the kid how to do it since he had another patient to attend to. He gave him the basics of how to learn it, but left without seeing if Dancer got it or not. He had too much to do to worry about one up and coming Medical student. Dancer removed himself from the room and out towards the reception area of the Hospital. He thanked the lady who allowed him into the back to start his general studies and continued to think on the Healing Hands Technique he was told about. Perhaps he'd try to figure it out on his own before the next time he dropped in for a visit to the Medical Staff here. Looking down at himself, he realized he hadn't really had a hot soak in a while. As he left, he headed towards the Hot Springs to relax himself a bit before he went searching for mysterious Anbu member #1.
xxxxxEntering the Hospital, Dancer went up and spoke to the woman behind the front counter. Remembering the boy from his earlier visit, she knew he was an up and coming study in the Medical branch. She informed him that they were a little short on Nurses and could use the extra assistance. He thought about it for a moment before nodding and asking what it was they needed to have him help with.
She handed him a short list of items that needed to be taken to each of the rooms on the first floor. Apparently the person who was supposed to replenish the sheets and towels wasn't able to make it that day. Dancer didn't see why he needed to be the one to assist with it, but he agreed and went to find the door labeled 'Faculty Only' she had told him about. Grabbing a few sheets, pillowcases and towels, he made his way around the first floor and made beds, changed cases and restocked the rooms with fresh towels.
It was when he was returning to the front to let the woman know he was finished that he was stopped by a passing Medical Ninja and asked to help him out with a few patients. He'd been late getting back from lunch and they had piled up quickly. Finally excited to get to practice what he had learned so far, the boy nodded and followed the man to a patient room next to the one he was venturing into himself. Dancer looked at the elderly man who had a can setting up against the side of the chair he was in.
Introducing himself as Hawthorn, the boy began to run his chakra coated hands over the man's body to check what was wrong with the gentleman. There was something coating the inside of his lungs, but he couldn't tell what it was exactly. Asking the old man to wait a moment, he went to fetch the Medical Shinobi from the room over who had already finished with the toddler who had a small scratch on her knee from playing with her brothers. Once he informed the older Ninja about what he felt from the man, he was brushed out of the way and followed quickly as the doctor went to check for himself.
After only a few seconds, the man knew what was going on and began to lecture the old man about his smoking habits. Apparently he had been in there before for the same issue. The elderly man smoked more cigarettes a day than an elephant ate in food. The doctor sighed, knowing his critisizm would go nowhere and turned to thank the boy who had tried to help him out. Dancer nodded and exited the room, heading towards the next one he was supposed to deal with for the gentleman he was assisting.

She asked around for a young genin that was around and was pointed to the very person she was looking for. She covered her mouth in a small giggle before she walked up to him, grabbing his arm and turning him around before taking his arm in hers. "That's quite a bruise you have there." She said with a nod. She then noticed an empty room and pulled the boy to the room and began gathering chakra into her palms before slowly reaching to his cheek and flooding her chakra into his skin, clearing up the internal bleeding and restoring the flesh to like new. "There you go~" She said, smiling as she let her hand fall, closing her eyes as she tilted her head.

xxxxxDancer let out a strange sound as he felt someone cling to his arm while giggling. At first he thought it was someone he knew, but taking a look at her, he couldn't say he recognized the face. He touched his face where the girl named Nobue from before had punched him. Had it already began to discolor? Dancer hadn't had the time to find a mirror to look at it so he hadn't given it any thought. It was sore, but that was about it. "Um... Could you let go of me, Miss?" he requested with an uncomfortable look on his face as he tried to remove her from his arm. Another strange noise came out of him as she stole him away into a secluded room and began to use Healing Hands on his face. Thinking she might be one of the Shinobi who worked at the Hospital and was just being helpful, he stayed still and closed his eyes as she worked on him.
It was when she said she was finished and pulled away that he opened his eyes to take a better look at her. The girl was quite cute, and seemed to be friendly enough towards him, even though she was a bit too clingy for his taste. "Thank you," he said to her with a cute smile on his lips. "I don't think I saw you around the hospital when I was here earlier. What's your name?" he asked as he touched the now healed area of his face.

"Awh, you don't recognize your older sister?" She asked with a small pout, crossing her arms as she looked at him. "It's me! Karu~" She said, standing up and walking beside him, not grabbing his arm this time.

xxxxxDancer blinked curiously at the girl who now sat on the table with her legs crossed. As soon as she referred to herself as 'older sister' he recognized who she was. Her voice sounded different without being blocked by the mask. The girl was a deceptive minx to think she could use her cute face to get him off guard. It worked, but he wasn't going to deal with her now that he knew. When she confirmed her identity, he went to leave the room entirely. Besides that, wasn't she supposed to keep her identity a secret? Why was she going and showing him her face? Isn't that like rule number one of the ANBU manifesto or something? Either it wasn't or Kirigakure was a lot more lax in their secret keeping than he thought.

"Oh Hawthorne. Don't you forget about these." She said, holding up his Ninja Tools pouch containing all of his projectiles. She dangled them before her tauntingly as she followed after him, keeping a good three yards distance between them as she followed.

xxxxxThe fact that Karuga referred to him as Hawthorn when she called him eased his mind a little, but not entirely. At least she figured out the fact he didn't like his first name being yelled out by people he didn't consider to be close enough to him. He turned to see what it was he had 'forgotten' to see her holding up a pouch. He touched his thigh and cursed beneath his breath. The teen crossed his arms over his chest and looked at her with a fierce glare. When he got older and stronger, he'd definitely put just about anyone in their place with such a look. While it worked on those around his age and experience, it would probably do nothing more than look like a cute pup trying to growl at a larger dog. "What do you want? Isn't there something you should be doing? Like annoying other Genin rather than me?"

"My little brother doesn't want to hang out with me no more..." She whined, pouting further as she turned her back on him. She Shrugged, feigning disappointment before she strode off, out of the hospital and into the back courtyard. "Guess that I can keep these dangerous tools from such a horrible brother. Besides, just because he doesn't care what happens to me, doesn't mean I shouldn't keep him from being harmed by such dangerous tools."

xxxxxWhen she started huffing about him not wanting to be around her, he scoffed. "What are you talking about? I didn't want to hang out with you in the first place!" It was when she started to take off with his tools that he let out an aggravated growl deep in the back of his throat and followed after. It was when she made it to the courtyard that he went forwards and tried to snatch the Tool Pouch from her hand. "Why are you taking my things, you crazy old lady?!" he accused her aloud. Though, honestly, she kind of looked around the same age as him, if not a little older.

"My dear brother doesn't want to hang out with his beloved older sister! How mean!" She exclaimed, still pouting about the fact he didn't want to spend any time with her. She pulled his tool pouch up and out of his reach when he tried to snatch them, her speed and reflexes obviously superior to his own. Still, there was nobody around to see or hear when SMACK! Karuga turned, no hesitation as she smacked him full force across the cheek. She gasped at the instantaneous of her actions, dropping his tool pouch before carefully inspecting his cheek for any signs of serious damage.

xxxxxDancer growled deep in this throat once again as she easily kept his things out of his reach. Why he had to deal with this girl was a curse from whatever gods the people of the village believed in. As soon as his words left his mouth, he neck whipped to the side and he crippled to the floor instantly due to the shock of the woman's slap. His eyes were wide open as he stared at the ground. He could hear her dropping his tool pouch and moving to look at his face. A tear had formed at the corner of his eye on the side she had so cruelly slapped. It slid down his cheek as she finally got him to look at her so she could see his cheek clearly. Dancer couldn't produce any sound at all as he simply stared into the woman's eyes with a somewhat scared look in his eyes. How many times was this woman going to abuse him? Did his words really warrant her full strength like this?

There was a tear forming before it fell down across the bright red cheek, imprinted by her hand. She looked him over, checking for damage and to see if he was alright when their eyes met. She sighed a bit before she stood up and lifted him carefully and carried him in. "I'm sorry.... I won't bother you anymore." She said, kicking up his tool pouch and catching it with her mouth before she carried him inside to a bed and stepping back. "I'll return with some food then leave you be." She said quietly, quickly dashing out of the hospital

xxxxxDancer said nothing as she helped him to his feet and walked him inside. Her hand print was still on his cheek as he sat down and listened to her apologize. It shocked him to receive those words from her, and even more so when she said she would finally leave him alone. Maybe she'd had her fill with beating on his face. Now as long as everyone else came to the same conclusion maybe he'd stop becoming more injured than those who are actually out on the battlefield. As she left him alone, he reached over to his tool pouch and put it back into place before laying on his side and using his arm as a pillow. For some reason, his eyes felt heavy. Even though his crying was from an automatic response from being hit, it still seemed to drain his energy. He'd wake up once the ANBU woman returned. She was going to be bringing him food. That was one way to marginally get on his better side.

She carefully reached ove and shook his shoulder to rouse him before standing up straight. "I'm sorry for hurting you. I'll tell the Mizukage to find someone else to assist you." She said, turning and starting towards the door.
