Renji notice michi shhh him and his eye twitch at her and kept his anger in since in this kinda thing would probly get them killed. So he simply grinned and simply held in the urg and waited for the right time. He notice michi and from what he could guess another girl walk in the distance to have a private talk. He Honestly didn't care and leaned against a wall and watch everyone talk and stand around. He wouldn't admit it but michi had his respect so he simply gave her there space for now, but as her weapon he keep a eye open just incase.

 Max had been growling softly the entire time, not liking the situation one bit. He stood close to Aislin, ready to pounce on anything if it tried to attack her. The witches were gone, but this new witch "Charlotte" was definitely powerful. As he didn't know Charlotte or much of history, he still had no idea they were in the past. Fortunately Ailsin was here, and so were Shira and Atticus. Four new people were with them that he didn't recognize: a blue-haired boy, a blue-haired girl, a fox girl and a black-haired man in red. They were all strange, but they all seemed to know each other which was good. He could tell the group of them were partners by the smell: there were two Weapons and two Meisters. It made sense. But why had they been dragged here all of a sudden? It seemed Charlotte didn't know what was going on, but Eric had gotten them free so that was a good start. They had clearly forged some kind of alliance to go after "Divine" whoever that was. He didn't know there was even a Demon King, much less one in the area. He was unsure about most of what was going on so he simply stood between Aislin and Charlotte, keeping a deep growl in his throat. He watched Charlotte's every move with coiled muscles, ready to go for the throat if she did anything aggressive. The boy named "Eric" had mentioned something about mercenaries and payment which he didn't understand either. He didn't think they were in a mercenary group, though he did finally realize it was part of their cover to work with the witch. The place absolutely stank of witches and his hackles were raised, still on edge as he watched Charlotte.

 He who dares__________________________Eric inwardly breathed a sigh of relief when Charlotte smirked and told them to be ready. He'd managed to get things back on track. He watched Michi drag Shira off and wondered what that was about. Well, they were on his side and he trusted them so if it was important they'd tell him. Dara was beside him, and Aislin was nearby with a....dog? Wolf? It seemed pretty attached to the girl by the way it stood in front of her and tried to keep her safe from Charlotte. How cute. He wondered what a dog/wolf was doing there and why it was with Aislin? Had she gotten a new pet over the year or something? Hopefully it wouldn't go nuts and attack Charlotte. That was the last thing he needed. Michi's new partner was also here though Eric didn't know him. He seemed a pretty outspoken and angry type of guy. That could be a problem if he couldn't check himself. But they'd cross that bridge if they had to come to it. Hopefully not. He walked over to where Atticus was and grabbed him by the arm, whispering in his ear. "What in the world are you doing? Look, I know you like Charlotte and Divine and stuff but now is really not the time. If we can't be useful to Charlotte she has no reason not to kill us. So relax. Besides, you know we can't reason our way out of this." It was still very strange for Atticus to say something like that, but Eric chalked it up to the special relationship he had with both Charlotte and Divine and him perhaps not wanting to see them get hurt. WINS

He who dares__________________________Eric listened to Atticus's reply, growing more surprised and angry with each word. "You've...what!? Well you sure picked a great time to decide the peaceful life is for you." He clenched his fist as he heard Atticus insult his past. It was far from a "brainless" profession. The brainless ones always died first in that gig. This was definitely weird, and he had been counting on Atticus to have his back in this whole "let's go attack a demon army for an evil Charlotte" thing. It would have been right up his alley before. But now he was talking about not fighting? "Did someone steal your balls Atticus? Look, if that's the case don't even worry about it, I'll help you get them back after this. That's what friends are for right? But for now we've really got to focus on the whole "violence is a great pastime" way of thinking if we want to get through this." WINS

 CharlotteThe Nightmare Witch-in her prime- Charlotte was giving an annoyed look at Atticus and Eric, mainly Atticus though. If he was a mercenary then why the hell did he keep freaking out over fighting? She sighed before her attention turned to Dara. Finally someone with manners even if she was just being a suck up. "Nice to meet you." she responded with a small smile. "If only your friends were like you." she stated as a witch came up to her and whispered something in her ear. She only nodded and dismissed the woman.

Shira disliked it as much as the next person but seeing that so many precious things were on the line everyone had to, that was the point of a meister and weapon in the DWMA. The fact that Atticus seemed more and more uninterested in fighting to the point where he wanted nothing to do with the others and even her was something Shira was upset about now. "Areny you supposed to be my weapon?" she asked Atticus. "From how you sound it seems you quit that role?"
