Ryuu looked at her and smiled softly. "It's just they heard a rumor of a battle that I was in with Maki Uchiha. I didn't do so well in it and now they are whispering things about me. It's fine though. Whispers will be spread and they will die off eventually." Ryuu said to her. That battle really was annoying him but, he knew that he would have to just train harder to be able to defeat Maki but, it wasn't like Fighting was really his strong suit. "I'm a medic-nin so, it was somewhat of an unfair fight considering he is much more battle orientated person. I'll just train more and perhaps I'll be able to fight him on a more equal level sometime." Ryuu said to her in a calm tone even though he was annoyed with Maki and a little with his sensei but, not as much. He just shrugged it off and ate some more of his ice cream.

~Migoto Bara no Tei~  As soon as Nami heard the name 'Maki Uchiha' and that he was the cause of it, she shot up from her seat. "WHAT?!" Her sudden yelling and movement made the villagers jump. "That's who caused you to feel like this?! That little brat! I'm going to smack him around so much he won't know what happened!" As Nami continued to fume, the spoon in her hand contorted into a twisted mess. However, Nami soon had an even better idea. A sly, cat-like grin spread on her face. Placing the utensil down and then pointing towards Ryuu, she had a determined grin. "I have a better idea! I'm going to help you train when needed personally! With my help, you'll wipe the floor with that arrogant snob!" Some of the villagers had looks of shock on their face, while others seemed interested in this declaration. If it took Nami months, she would make sure that Ryuu would win with ease against the Uchiha that was so rude to her before.  {OOC:}

Ryuu smiled softly as he looked over at Nami. It seemed that she had already met Maki and she wasn't to fond of him. "That sounds great Nami and maybe I can show you some of my Crystal jutsu and tell you about what I'm planning. Ryuu said to her with a bigger smile. He had a lot of plans and some of the training to do them had already been done so, he just had to train more and with her there it would be might make it much easier. He wasn't sure what rank she was but, it didn't really matter to him. It would be fun to have someone to train with that he liked. "Thank you very much for the offer."

~Migoto Bara no Tei~ Nami smiled and then sat back down, satisfied with the others answer. Anything that would make Maki look foolish was a good thing to her! Plus, if he was the cause of villagers thinking less of Ryuu, then she couldn't just stand by and let that continue. Once she had re straightened the spoon, Nami finished her ice cream and sat while Ryuu finished his. It seemed like the day was beginning to wear on. A part of her wanted to head home to see how far along the movers were with her furniture, but another part of her wanted to go back to the Kazekage's office for some reason. Something must be going on for her to want to go back. But then again, it might just be because Maki is there, and now that she declared to help Ryuu with his training, she would love to be able to catch the brat by surprise. {OOC:}

His ice cream was finished a few moments after and looked around. "Well, I should get on my way to the Kazekage's office. I don't know if you want to come with me or not but, you are more than welcome to come." Ryuu said as he stood up and threw away his and her garbage. He then waited for her answer. He knew that he was expected at the Kazekage's office so he figured that he should probably hurry. He didn't want his sensei getting mad at him for taking too long but, Ryuu did tell him that he was going to train.

~Migoto Bara no Tei~ After stretching for a moment, Nami nodded and smiled. "Sure. I needed to register for a mission or two anyhow!" With that, they exited from the ice cream shop and made their way towards the Kazekage's mansion. Along the way, Nami glanced over at the pet shop once again, thinking about the cute animals she saw in it earlier. She would have to look later in there once again when she had the chance. Soon, they were at their destination, and Nami could feel herself tense up a little. Maki was in there, along with who knew what else. {Exit to Kazekage's Mansion: Office} {OOC:}

Ryuu nodded and followed Nami. On the way he noticed her look at the pet shop and Ryuu wondered if she wanted a pet. If she wanted one, Ryuu was tempted to go get one. Ryuu would have to see if she wanted one or not. With that Ryuu continued to follow her with a smile. When he saw the Kazekage's office he took a deep breath. He hoped that the rumors of his defeat hadn't reached the kazekage yet. He would feel even worse if it already had but, it didn't matter much. He figured that his sensei was there and he needed to see him anyways.

Ryuu found his way at the village streets after walking for a few minutes. He purposely went slow as he wanted to look at the surroundings. Of course some people would think that the desert landscape would be boring but, it could actually be quite beautiful, especially at night. When Ryuu actually got to the village streets he made his way to the Ramen shop and got some Ramen as well as a bit of coffee. This is where he would quickly eat the ramen but, he kept his coffee cup and brought it with him to go and get some scrolls. Ryuu made his way to the scroll shop and got a few scrolls. The last thing he needed to do was either go home or to the cliffs. Ryuu was feeling exhausted and figured that he might as well go home and he could try to sleep or do a bit of training. So, Ryuu made his way to his small apartment.

Manta entered from the Training Grounds, stretching out his upper back as he greeted countless civilians who saw him. It had been a few years, but apparently the village hadn't forgotten him. As he walked down the street, he began to reminisce on his younger days. Truth be told, Manta had worked his way to the top, and even when he left, it was nice to still hold a position of high respect. He was the oldest serving-ninja, the first of his generation. As he mulled over his purpose in the village, Manta waited for the other ninja to arrive.

Hikaru followed Ryuu out into the street while answering his question. "I figured out I could use Jiton when I was 7 or so, I didn't develop Quicksilver until I was in the academy." He didn't want to go into to many details but the truth was his development of Quicksilver had nearly taken his life on several occasions and he didn't want the secret of just how taxing it was to get out. OOC: “I end my fights quickly so that fewer people need to suffer.”

Ryuu nodded a bit and listened to Hikaru. "It's pretty cool that you found it out so early. It took me until I was about 15 to figure it out." Ryuu said to him as he walked up to Manta. He was somewhat surprised to see him there but, he thought they were supposed to meet at the village gates. Ryuu shrugged a bit and stood infront of Manta. "We're here for the mission Manta-sensei." Ryuu said to him.

Darello wanted to find the others, so that they could have dinner. He saw a small group talking and decided to approach them, and greeted them with a gentle greeting, "Hello there," he said as cool as a cucumber. He was shattered after training, and a had a sweaty forehead, his hair suffering under his large top hat. "So when is dinner Mantama?"

The Jounin looked at the man who had, at least for a while, been his direct superior. He was a strong ninja, if not as powerful as Rikuto, and Manta had enormous respect for him. "Well, I'm not sure, Temp Kazekage-sama. The others ought to be here, I suppose they would know. I'm not really one for going out, I've only recently gotten back from the South." He had spent three years there, having trained constantly to better himself. Even as an ANBU leader, he wasn't powerful enough. He needed to become much stronger, even stronger than he was now. Strength was the only way to guarantee peace among his village.
