Ryuu was ever so slightly disappointed that Nami wasn't going to go on the mission with them but, he understood the reasoning behind it. It seemed that Nami really disliked Maki and Ryuu could understand the feeling. Anyways, Ryuu could probably do this mission by himself but, he really doubt that they would allow him to do it alone. He listened to his sensei when he said to meet him at the gates at noon. It seemed that they had a lot of time in between then and now. He was wondering if he could get a smaller mission that he could do by himself. Ryuu walked over to the mission board. There was a mission or two that he could do by himself. Those were the Catching a bird and Babysitting a homeless child. He really didn't think the catching a bird one was his kind of thing but, the babysitting a homeless child was a little closer to home. "Kazekage would you mind me taking this mission to do tonight? I can give the child a home and a place to rest while I heal them. I am able to heal him with proper healing methods. Depending on the condition they are in I will be to use a jutsu on them to heal them. However, I don't think that will be needed. I will also be able to give them a bath and or shower, cook for them, and make sure they are ready for the big world of being a Shinobi. I know that it says that there needs to be a chuunin overseer but, I'm not sure who would be able to do that as, Nami is going on a mission now and I don't know any other Chuunin I'm afraid." Ryuu said to the Kazekage. He really hoped that he got the mission because, Ryuu felt that he is best for the job. Also, it would be a great help to the child and Sunagakure.

Rikuto could tell Manta was a little bit displeased with Nami's sudden decision to divert from the team's mission but chose to stay silent on the matter. "Sure, if you really wouldn't mind seeing me use my abilities to do something as mundane as breaking rocks!" "It may be mundane, but it will be killing two birds with one stone; literally, if you want." The Kazekage's lips curled upwards at the irony of his words.
He turned to Ryuu as he was addressed again. "If the mission requires an overseer, I think we should wait for one before going on it." It wasn't that he didn't trust the genin's abilities, but it was better to be safe than sorry. "Besides, with the original mission your team is going on, I think you should ask for your sensei's permission first, Saito-kun. It may be at noon tomorrow, but you have to be sure you get a lot of rest; the desert is not a friendly place to be if you don't have the energy for it."
"So... dinner?" Riku nodded with a faint smile. "Wouldn't miss it for the world. I'll only be a bit." "Seeing that the sun is still out for a bit, I should be able to finish my task in a timely manner if I don't dawdle. That way you'll be able to get to your dinner plans on time!" He directed his smile at Nami. "Shall we be off then?"

~Migoto Bara no Tei~  Nami smiled awkwardly at the Kazekage's comment about killing two birds with one stone literally. It was a funny joke, but she was caught so off guard with the comment. She frowned lightly when she looked back to Ryuu, feeling a bit disappointed he wouldn't be able to do the mission he asked about. Then again, it required a chuunin, and he was a genin. One that was needed for a trek into the desert. With a light nod, Nami agreed that she was ready to go. "I promise you that it will not take long at all." As she walked out of the office with the Kazekage, Nami began to ponder if it was appropriate for her to be going alone with the Kazekage anywhere. The ANBU certainly seemed a bit uncomfortable with the matter. Surely though one such as Riku could handle himself with a dignitary.  {Exit to The Cliffs} {OOC:}

Darello woke up from his day dream as everyone seemed to be leaving, he sighed. He didn't want too do much, but he did want to go back to the Puppet Brigade HQ. As the door opened, he looked at the waiting boy Michael. He followed everyone out, and he walked past Michael; the palm of his hand seemed to usher for him to place the keys onto it, before Darello would disappear using the Shusnhin no Jutsu.

Michael placed the keys in Darrellos hand and then asked, "um sir, I found this arm on a bench in the back hall with my grandfather s seal on it. May I please keep it?" He showed datrello the arm. "also sir I have something for you. May I please join you wherever you are heading. I don't mean to intrude on your private life sir." He said that last part with a bow of apology.

Ryuu had to say that he was a little bit disappointed that he wasn't able to go on the mission but, he understood the Kazekage's reasoning. Ryuu watched as everyone slowly left the room and he found himself leaving soon after. He figured that he could go grab a bite to eat then perhaps do a little more training. He felt like having some ramen and the village streets were usually a good place to get that. With a place in mind Ryuu made his way to the Village streets. First he was going to get some food, then make his way up to the cliffs so that he could do a little more training. He also, figured that he should get some scrolls since he didn't have any.

Maki watched as everyone left, so he would not have to work with the emissary. This was good as she let her emotions drive her actions and not logical thoughts. Such a foolhardy way of living was bound to one day risk compromising an important mission. Hard choices needed to be made effectively in the line of combat, there was no room for emotion... they were Shinobi and this was the Shinobi Code and with that last line of thought he exited.
