[entering]

She didn't quite remember how she got here. Her legs seemed to move of their own accord and her mind....well it was following the The Voice Sigrún was drawn to the tower like a moth to flame. There wasn't anything she could do about it.

Once she reached the bottom floor of the tower her mind cleared enough for her to realize where she was, somewhere unfamiliar. Sigrún scanned her surroundings slowly with her green eyes. Trying to stifle the persistent call of the tower she looked for the only person she cared about seeing at the moment...Momo. Would her best friend even be here?

The confusion, it had been there for a split second and looking about the room at the others. All dressed in similar fashion to herself and as well as him. But, he never pressed the subject and for that she could be glad, he wouldn't know. But at the same time it broke her heart that the truth was never told to him. She had seen his temper a few times in her fake Kingdom and she did not know how he could react to something ... so awful.

Maple reached out to take his arm, to follow and to add a few last words. "P-please d-don't be angry with what you f-find," she told him. The only words she could think to say. "U-ru ... is s-still Uru n-no matter what." Even if he was fake, even if he was just a fragment of someone else that existed somewhere else. He had lived just as she had. It didn't matter that they would be coming to and end, because all things did. Their Kingdom, their lives. This.. dream...

She followed him to the stairs to make the long climb.

[Entering]

Sun appeared before the Tower, and was visibly shocked by its appearance. She'd been dead, and had taken the pillars up on their offer at one more chance. She hadn't been expecting this. When she looked down, she had to admit she hadn't been expecting this sort of change either. She was interested to note that she looked like the girl in her reflection now. Sans color, though. She lifted a hand to her neck and noted that she still had Ary's necklace. Perhaps because her friend had started as a Silver? She was comforted by its presence.

Just like everyone, the pull of the tower brought Clyde here as well. He gave the tower and its stairs a glance before grimacing at the many steps up to the top. What is with towers and their million floors? Well, no time like the present. He started climbing.

Jing was here. He had to be here.

Ying found herself at the base of a tower, newly awoken that she was ... not altogether real. She didn't know details, but honestly? She didn't care. All this mumbo jumbo about a true king didn't matter to her. She just wanted to find her brother and get them the hell out of dodge. Considering everyone was being funneled here?

"Jing?" she cried into the crowd, which was probably useless. There were hundreds of people here. She'd never find him.

Looking down, she found herself in more basic, strangely Asian clothes. She'd never worn anything Eastern in her life, yet she felt oddly comfortable in the clothes. It wasn't her though. "JING!!!!!"

Nevena's eyes narrowed to mere slits at the sight of The Sun, and a growl stirred in her throat despite it all. Her wounds still smarted for where she'd been smacked, after all! Still, from the strange clothing she was now garbed in--and the fact that she had physically seen Amrita take her out--Nevena could wager a guess that she understood more than she had on the battlefield.

"Are you going to listen to reason, now, or am I going to have to beat some sense into you?" She snapped, striding closer with quick, aggressive steps.

[[entering from the battle field]]

She could feel the pull so much stronger now as they came upon The Tower. So not unlike her own, so grand and beautiful but riddled with colors as if representing each of the Seven Kingdoms that came to war upon each other. But as she walked, silently following the man she cherished, the numbness that had plagued her on the battlefield from all her tears began to melt away. Away to confusion and her continued sorrows.

Olivia looked around, her puffy blue eyes noticing all that had been flocking along with them. Their attire, their faces. There were some she recognized and some she didn't. But they were all devoid of color, all dressed as she once was when she lived in the Kingdom of Silver but a little more drab. Even though she shared the same Miasma color as them, she probably had some of the most color of them all.

So strange. What was going on? Olivia looked to Molan but knew not to expect an explanation.

Olivia stopped and turned when she heard her name. Her eyes growing wide at the sight of him. "Andrew," his own name the first words to him as she looked upon him, so surprised. His wings, they were back and his clothing as close as they were used to when she first met him in the kingdom of Blue. So many questions striving to get out of her head; the conversion, the battle, not finding him, was he drunk? But for now, she pushed herself forward and wrapped her small arms around him into a gentle hug. He was okay. He was alright, just like Molan but she didn't know how. Maybe she didn't care. She didn't know.

I told you she would hug him! and you are going to get your hug! And you are going to like it!

The hug came as a surprise. He… she hadn’t seemed to like him much last he saw her. His body tensed the half of him that was that other self really disliked being touched. But the half of him seeking connection won the internal battle. Now was not the time to hold anything back. Just when she started to loosen her grip he returned the hug, tears forming again. “You look… like you did. Did you survive? Did you convert?” Her cloths made her stand out again the wash of silver. Maybe that was why he found her so easily.

He merely looked up at the beautifully colored thing. Terrifying, yet a glorious thing to behold. It did greatly look like a throne, something one would reside within when ruling over a land. And certainly the voice ruled this land. Yes, everyone here belonged to it afterall.

It was true, there were so many of them. Everyone, every face now enlightened seemingly. Sure, there were a few, but few and far between. It was almost like they were back at Market Day, which now felt so far away. Everyone... they all seemed the same. Well, they really were.

He glanced at the girl out of the corner of his eye as he looked to him, offering another smile as always. No answer, nothing to understand. Just that there WAS nothing to do.

And then noise.Someone was talking to Olivia at that point. And she'd run to hug him after, apparently happy to see him. He didn't recognize the man really, perhaps... maybe he'd seen him on Market Day. He wasn't sure. However he cared not, he had nothing to do with the man. He didn't see any reason to deal with it. It wasn't his business. He merely glanced off, watching the tower idly as people filtered inside intending to answer the call.

Which only seemed to get louder... really. It wanted them here.

Chirigami
I am to please.

phantompanther13
And now they finally meet, not that he's going to be that fun to talk to.

There were no ties, and little beauty was left. Merely the white haired man waiting for the end. He cares not for your battle, it's obvious such things no longer matter.

A growling voice interrupted Sun's thoughts, and she turned to see Nevena approaching her. It seemed like forever since she'd fought her, but she recognized some of the signs of battle on the girl, having been the one to deliver them. Death, or near-death, seemed to mess up your sense of time.

Despite Nevena's aggressive tone, or maybe in response to it, Sun found herself grinning happily. She'd changed physically, perhaps, but it seemed some things never changed. She sank into a fighting stance, calling out to Nevena.

"I'll gladly spar with you, if that's what you wish! As for Reason, I just died! What reason would you like to offer me?"

She wondered if Nevena remembered at all the memories they shared from the Black Kingdom. She, Night, Amrita, and Merope, seemed to have been separated from the memory fragments. At what point had they ceased to be Shadows? Had it erased all their memories from here?

"You never were a fragment to begin with, were you?" she realized. "You're from the other side of the mirror."

((Entering from Blue))

The tower loomed large and imposing before them. Taima paused at its base, looking up, up, up, remembering the last time she had been in a mysterious tower. It was not so very long ago, though it felt like forever. She had been after a different kind of goal then, one rooted in knowledge and power.

She had gotten her knowledge, and felt powerless. This entire world was nothing more than a shadow on the wall, and nothing could stop the night that was quickly falling. Resignation was easier than fighting that which could not be changed, but she wanted to know the truth behind it all before she accepted the inevitable.

Some where in here, they would find answers. At least Imryn hoped they would. It was frustrating not knowing why they were all pulled into this, even if all they were was a fragment of someone else. Would they be remembered or when it was all said a done, just fade away without any traces left behind?

No point in just standing around, so off she went up the tower with the others.

It was true she wasn't exactly kind to him, never giving anyone from the Kingdom of Blue much of a chance even though they had been so kind to her. Offering her a home and a place among them, a family. She had been so wrapped up in her own conflicts and sadness to really make those connections and .. that was never the right thing to do.

So when he returned her hug, she felt a tear slip down her cheek, one she did even know she had left in her. "I'm sorry," she whispered to him, feeling so sorry for the way she treated him and all of the people from Vegas. To everyone, because they had been so kind; helping her, saving her and protecting her when she wasn't sure she deserved such kindness.

Olivia finally released him, pulling away but kept him at arm's length and allowing a few more tears to fall. "I survived, thanks to many even though I didn't convert to any Kingdoms," because there had been chances and they let them slip away and yet so many still protected her even as she was just a simple Silver.

As they all seemed to be now, which still riddled her with more questions. And still more to the winged boy that had helped her so many days ago. His own conversion, his own survival.. and still why he looked flushed and tipsy. But she didn't know how to approach such questions, because she was always such a quiet person. Instead, "my name is Olivia," she told him since she never got the chance before and she didn't know what was ahead with the Tower.

[[ Entering ]]

And she breathed.

She was back on this battlefield, but with a different way of looking at it. The battlefield to figure out which kingdom would win had never really mattered in the first place. There was no kingdom. There was no people. There were only fragments like her, stolen from another reality and fed into this one. It was a shame, really.

But something about the looming tower drew the still Silver woman in, her steps stumbling forth to the tower as she couldn't bring herself to stop. Something in her was determined to get there, though she didn't exactly understand what that possibly could have been until she arrived right in front of it, eyes wide.

The Voice.

Whatever this prideful moron with no concern for life really was, it was here, and this was where she would find it if she wished to pursue it.

Nkosazana's eyes glanced all the way up the tower, taking in just how long this climb would be. That was probably the amount of time left before she would fade into the abyss forever, not mattering any longer. Of course, she hadn't mattered in the first place, so perhaps such a sudden end would be ... fitting. She would end completely, just like the world around was about ready to.

But she had work to do before things ended. She had to get to the bottom of this ... voice ... thing.

Perhaps it would be easier if she had someone to venture with? Her eyes darted around, looking for someone who might have been just as lost as she.

He.. wasn't dead yet?

Oh come on!

What cruel puppet master insisted he carry out this fake existence any further? He wasn't sure why he was still around, or why herds of others like him seemed to be...

The lure of the tower soon took hold of him too. Like a moth to a flame, he was simply entranced.
