Ayperos hit the ground at a slowed rate, his stomach slid against the ground but because he had taken defensive precautions it did not effective him. Ayperos levitated back up onto his feet, his robe's chest now scratched and ripped from his slide. Ayperos relocated the enemy and walked to her. He saw her encounter Kazuma, who was risking his life to defend the village. Kazuma used a wind release jutsu, which causd wind to pick up around the area and more people to flee. Even though his Chakra is sinister, he is a hero in a away. "I am Ayperos of Uzushiogakure, master of the Rinnegan. Not many people on this planet share what we have in common, it sickens me when that kind of power is used for evil. Now come here, fight me like a Shinobi." Ayperos shouted at his enemy. It sickened him that one would abuse this kind of power and he knew she had to be eliminated, fast. No telling when or if she is going to use her techniques on a high enough scale to level his Village, but he'll stop that!
More Uzushiogakure shinobi arrived after being alerted by distressed citizen or the sound of combat. They knew the procedure and began it, some quickly got in defensive stances and others escorted civilians out of the area. Few threw Kunai and Shuriken.

She did a backflip out of the way of the wind technique. She was simply messing around. It was personally fascinating for her to meet another with techniques like her's. From the looks of it, he did not have paths. Or he was a Deva path, like her. She looked thoughtful as she stood a 'safe' distance away. Her momentary madness had passed. To do that, he'd have to find the leader in order to talk about plans of action as allies. As he entered the village he appeared before a battle that had taken its toll on the area. Ayperos had little knowledge of the Paths of Pain, he had heard about them but in every book there was never enough information about the paths. Ayperos had thought that the paths were just mindless dummies brought back as meat puppets for a stronger person to control, but he had never heard of one with it's own personality and speak to itself with a name.

Hina looked thoughtful. "Yes, I was once dead, and then I was brought back to life. Not quite the same as I used to be, of course." She jumped backwards onto a pole, and crouched down on it, her arms resting on her knees. When the byakugan user finally found them, she said "Fight? Me? No, I never came here intending to fight. I simply came because of the rumours of the purple-eyed kage. I mean, if you really want to fight, then sure. But what's the point? If he," at this she motioned at Ayperos, "wasn't here when we fought, I'd kill you and just move on." She shrugged, showing how little she cared on the subject. She then muttered under her breath, "I forgot how much shinobi of the hidden villages wanted to needlessly throw themselves at any Akatsuki member." After that statement, she sighed. Her skin prckled as she felt another huge chakra enter the village. This could get very messy, very quickly. At least this body was only a path, it could die and she'd just have to find a new body.

Ayperos was shocked when he learnt that she was an Akatsuki member, it had been awhile since he had last fought one, excluding Toya. He had even suspected the Akatsuki of splitting up when the new leader fought for control. "I had no idea that you were a member of the Akatsuki organization, I am just enraged that one who shares the eyes that can guide the world to peace with me would needlessly kill innocent shinobi." Ayperos then got into a fighting stance. "They had families, sons and dughters... Now they are no more because of you and you continue to threaten the lives of my comrades, my friends! Leave and we can settle this another day, or die a meaningless death. If you don't, we can fight it out once more and you may die. But if you leave today you can change and maybe redeem yourself." Though Ayperos was very angry over the death of his comrades, he had also wanted to prevent more death by fighting full force in the village. An Akatsuki would be hard to take out alone, but not impossible for a legenedary shinobi such as Ayperos.
He has comrades all over this village that he knew would jump in, the Hokage who had been visiting was at viewing distance in fact. Ayperos had known this but didn't feel as if he should draw attention to it. He didn't want the Hokage to have to intervene and possibly get injured in combat, this could possibly ruin the relationship between Uzushiogakure and Konohagakure. If Ayperos' comrades were to jump in some will surely die, adding to the needless death toll...

Kenta had made his way back to the village, he had seen everything that had taken place due to his clone's observations. Sadly he couldn't save those innocent shinobi that were killed by the infiltrator's technique. "Things look pretty bad, I hope Ayperos will be okay wherever he is...I need to focus." Kenta helped the corpse retrieval team remove the bodies, he had finished quickly so that he could help direct people to safety. A women had approached Kenta, she was a worried mother that had lost one of her children. She was worried sick, Kenta had agreed to help her find the missing child. It only took a few minutes before he had located the child who was hiding in an abandoned household in the dark, he was worried and scared. He had the same worried look on his face when his foster parents had left the village. "Don't worry little guy, I'll bring you back to your mother. You gave her quite a scare, things are pretty crazy right now so you better stay close to your mom, okay?" The small boy nodded in agreement, Kenta let him on his back. "Hold on tight!" Kenta ran back to the mother, it was an emotional scene. You could feel the love when the missing boy had been reunited with his worried mother. Quickly Kenta had directed them to an emergency shelter far from where the shinobi were killed. It was highly guarded and a big building so it could store many people. Since more people could have gone missing Kenta thought he would head out and bring more people back to the shelter. Unaware that he was heading farther from the fray between Ayperos and the infiltrator he helped more people to safety.

Taisou noticed a red-haired ninja helping out the citizens of the village get to safety as the large battle went on. He decided that he needed to take action. Approaching them, Taisou readied himself as his presence could very well end the fight. As he overheard their conversation, the name Akatsuki came up, angering the Hokage. So, you're part of the Akatsuki? If you're the reason there are tons of dead ninja then I'll crush you into the ground myself. Taisou already hated the Akatsuki as one of their members killed one of his best ninja. He swore to himself that he'd crush the next member he could find. He looked over to Ayperos as flames began to flicker around his hand.Sorry for barging in like this, you mind if I fight for a bit?

Hina's face suddenly changed. Mirian's personality spilled forth from her. "You speak of peace? Are you unaware of what goes on outside these gates? The very job of a shinobi is to kill. THEY KILL EVERYONE. I'm just evening the scales. Don't you dare speak to me of peace, when you send your ninjas out to kill people every day. I at least am only responsible for those I have personally killed. You are responsible for every single death committed by your village!" Once she had finished, her chest was heaving and a glint had entered her eyes. She lowered her head and a single teardrop ran down her cheek. They would not know it, but she was crying for her parents, who had been slaughtered on the orders of the Tsuchikage. Her voice become low and barely audible. "You disgust me. As soon as you distance yourself from the killing, deaths become nothing more than numbers on a scroll. You are the murderer of hundreds, and yet you can just stand there and lecture me. You call them comrades, you call them friends? And yet you are twisting their lives by making them kill people, until they no longer care who they kill, because they believe it to be right." She looked up again, Hina's personality back. "And I simply came here to talk, and you all insist on fighting. Fine, I'll leave, if you're so intent on it. But there is a threat greater than us Akatsuki lurking on the horizon. The invaders from another world, who call themselves espada. Cower in your village until they slaughter you all, see if I care." When Taisou approached, she sighed. "More shinobi? And the hokage, if I'm not mistaken. 'Tons of dead ninja'? I killed 4. If that's tons, then what do you call the amount of people your village kills in one day?" She looked at the flames on his hand, then filled her cheeks up with water and squirted it from her mouth at the flames, putting them out. "Ah, we can't have you accidentally setting fire to the village. I'm sure you'd make a lot of people unhappy."
I hope none off you mind me mixing the real life origin of the Ninja with Naruto.

Ayperos turned over to the Hokage and replied. "Not unless we have to, Tasiou. I would rather not like to put more people in harm's way by fighting near their homes." He replied. Ayperos still had hope that he could save Hina, with her eyes she could do allot of good. He still had little to no idea that she was a path of an even stronger shinobi. Soon Hina began to speak. She spoke of her view on the shinboi world and accused Ayperos of causing more death then anyone.
Ayperos walked over to her and attempted to lightly smack her on the cheek, then he spoke. "You have me confused with someone else, I don't send the my Shinobi to kill others unless they have committed acts against humanity. I offer those who have nothing, and those who have been betrayed by their villages a new home... A new life. After all, history books tell of the first shinobi, before the time of the Sage, who were just peasants that were abused by their oppressive Lords and the Samurai they controlled. They had no jutsu, just a strong will and a goal; to protect their families." Ayperos had studied about the land before the Sage of the Six Paths had came and thought the Shinobi the way of Chakra. He liked how the original Shinobi would use clever tricks to their advantage against the dreaded Samurai of the time. He continued to speak. "I look towards their principles to guide me in my decisions. I defend those who can't and are oppressed, but I always give others a chance to surrender and give up their evil ways before I am forced to ultimately deliverer the end... Though I cannot control what the Shinobi I send to assist other nations and the Shinigami do when not under my specified orders."
Hina started to speak of an even greater threat that would eclipse even that of the Akatsuki, the Espada. "Together with Konogakure, we are assisting the Shinigami in pushing back the Arrancar forces. The destruction of the sand was a tragedy that we must not allow to be repeated." Ayperos replied.

Taisou looked down to his wet hand after the flame was put out. He thought carefully before he began to speak. Even if it was four or four hundred, lives have been lost, bottom line. I don't know what you've heard about my village it, but you must have heard wrong. I'd never let a ninja from my village kill aimlessly without punishment. Ninjas that kill without good reason are not needed in my village.He looked to his hand as the water began to evaporate as new flames lit his hand.
