 Niko saw the rats go to where Trey was resting and felt uncomfortable, she went to go in until the door was shut, then panicked and went to open the door calling her sister over "Iko! I think Trey needs help!" Iko ran to her sisters side and flung the door open seeing the rats advancing on him she screamed "TREY LOOK OUT!"

Rat Crew The rats spun back and forth as they looked at the two new opponents that had appeared and looked at Trey. Deciding to attack the less intimidating target they charged at the two girls. Two of the rats jumped over the others, swinging their cutlasses each to decapitate the two girls. Before they could reach them a blur of white shot past the two girls, tackling both rats to the ground. Max snarled angrily as the rats began to panic. Two of them fired their black powder pistols at Trey and the other three charged Iko and Niko, each swinging at them with deadly looking knives.

◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆••• Shira heard one of the girls scream and quickly jumped up and ran towards where she heard it. She came in right when she saw three of the rats go towards the two girls. Shadow matter appeared on her one right arm and quickly extended and formed a sort of shield between the rats and the girls. She looked at them "Get to your partner." she told them as she looked at the rats. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

Rat Crew The three rats hit Shira's shield. Two of them bounced back but the third one clung on, clawing its way over. Instead of attacking Shira it leaped down next to her and bolted out of the room, running for its life. When faced with dire odds rats were much more likely to retreat than fight. But when forced to fight with no way out they fought furiously which was why they made such good crew in the sky. On the ground they could always run away but 30,000 feet in the air being attacked by an enemy ship, there was nowhere to run so they fought for their lives to the bitter end. As Trey attacked, the rat that got thrown into the wall quickly recovered but the two he hit died almost instantly as they were bisected. With Shira being the only one between them and escape the four remaining rats turned on her. The one with the black-powdered pistol fired at her while the other three threw themselves desperately at her. Max managed to tackle one out of the air, but two remained. One slashed for her face. The other one sought to stab her in the stomach.

She watched at the other two came at her and easily dodged without really even moving from the entrance. She smirked as she swung her arm at the two rats that were near her, sending the shadows at them, taking the form of skulls. If they hit, they would attempt to bite the rats and even try to consume them. While that occurred, Shira glance towards the others to make sure they were alright. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

Rat Crew The rats ran around the room, dodging the skulls through their erratic scurrying. While Max looked up at the skulls the rat he was on top of stabbed him in the side with a knife. He growled angrily and bit a chunk out of the rat as it pulled free. Wild-eyed, all four rats lunged at Shira again. One went to slash at her face. Another slashed for her chest. The third went to stab her in the stomach and the fourth aimed to stab her in the thigh.

◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆••• Shira was slightly distracted at first when she saw that Max got hurt but quickly snapped back when she saw the four rats coming at her. She quickly jumped away from them, only getting away with a minor cut from the one that tried to stab her thigh. Her hand with the shadow matter on it quickly increased in size she sent it at the four rats, aiming on slamming it down on them in a attempt the squish them. These things really don't play fair... she thought as she wasn't too surprised about them coming mainly at her. As she stood in the ship the remembered that there really was no way out of this if thinks got really ugly between the rats and them, it would just be fight until one side is still alive. Shira muffled a small laugh then as the cut on her thigh began to heal "This will be pretty exciting then." she said as she stood up straight and prepared for the rats to come at her again. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

Rat Crew Of the four rats that jumped at Shira, two got caught between the attacks. They were drilled by the light swords before being crushed into pulp by the shadows. One was only hit by Trey's sword and spun away from the two into a corner, squeaking in pain as the light sword stuck out of him. Only the last one managed to escaped unharmed by some miracle. It had a perfect position to take a slash at Shira again but just like the other rat before it it chose to run instead, skittering down the hall and disappearing around a corner. The impaled ran squeaked for a few moments, flailing about its sword before it finally fell silent. Max was the only one of their group who was injured and sat down, licking the wound in his side quietly.

Appear before the door, Atticus saw some of the rats attack Shira, Max, Trey and his partners. Standing there, Atticus had an annoyed look on his face, "How are we suppose to sleep if our beds get destroyed in your fight?" he asked the rats, "Should we just kill you? Or will you leave and do this later own?" As he finished speaking, Atticus would notice the rats flee down the hall way, "Pathetic creatures." he muttered as he then stepped into the room, "I missed some fun."▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
