Turnign back to her darker side Fuega gave her own sinister smile. Oh it felt good on so many levels to do so. "Do you really think I will fall for that? I have been around far longer than you, pup. And I was like you. I know the only thing that will bring you joy and satisfy you is the pained cries of others. The feel of their flesh in you fangs. It is a thrill. One that runs deep."

A puff of black, shadowy flames was huffed in response. Yet he didn't seem phased at all. "Nothing is more satisfying in existence than to hear the lamentations of the loved, and to feel the flesh of the weak between my fangs. To smell the stench of burning upon their lifeless carcass. But more importantly...to taste their sorrow within their tears. You may have been around longer than I, but I am an entirely new level of corrupt, Fire Angel. Count on that. Oh, but listen to me prattle on. I think I'll let you have your weakling back for now." he said before collapsing before Fuega, breathing heavily from fatigue.

Worry filled her eyes as she watched the huffing form, "K... Kutai?"

Kutai slowly raised his head, blinking as if he couldn't se. His eyes returned to red from that hollow black, and his fangs were noticeably shorter. The blackness on his tail was also very faded. After some time, he regained his vision and his breath. The first face he wanted to see was Fuega's, and he immediately clung to her leg with a terrified look in his eyes. "My god...what is happening to me?!" he exclaimed loudly.

Despair struck him right at his soul. His heart pounded with fear. He felt the skin beneath his fur crawl with terror. "But...but...how? I didn't have to suppress anything major...nothing like what you had to. Unless they did something else..."

Kutai sniffled a bit and stifled the tears before standing up again, intertwining his tails with hers and regaining his composure. With a deep breath and a long, drawn out sigh he looked to the sky and then back to Fuega with a smile on his face. "As long as I have you, faith, trust, and determination I will be alright."

She nodded. "I will help you through this. I know what it is like............. I lived it. I was the tormentor..... you should remember that................." She leaned down and licked at his neck where she had often bit him in attempts to kill him.

He fought back the intense need to cringe because he knew what she was doing, but he felt relieved when the message came through to him a half second later. "Well...shall we bring our partially cooked meals back home to feed the rest? I've kinda lost my appetite."

With a nod she nuzzled him then left his side only to dig out the flash fried rabbits. "You know.... I may have to get something else for Mari-mac to eat.... considering she is part rabbit herself...." She watched him closely form the corner o f her eyes. This new creature that dwell with in Kutai worried her, and she needed to be aware.

Kutai sniffed around to find something else to eat for Mari-mac. What do rabbits it?! He pondered this as he scurried around for more to eat. Some berries and the like. "What does Mari like to eat anyway?"

Pulling out several small bodies, "She will eat deer. And pig. But she liked veggies as well. My odd little one." She was particular about Mari-mac and Balin, though she tried not to play favorites.

Kutai looked around to find something that would be counted as a veggie. He wasn't really sure what constituted such a thing, but it didn't matter to him. He was going to find food for his family. He pulls out something from the ground that was long and orange, with a green up shoot. "Doesh Thish Count?"
