It was taking a lot of willpower for Harrison to not go on offense.

"Oh allright." he said, grudgingly.
He didn't even try and hit lightly this time, just swung full force, not about to provoke some kind of weapon mutiny. The surge of electrically infused fear was almost painful and Tracey hissed his approval in his thoughts, finally backing off a little from his oppressive and very intent grip on his thoughts.
he crooned.
"Since you said please." he added sarcastically, but even his voice was unsteady, this many charges in one day had some strange effects.

Harrison didn't even break for bandaiding this time, caught up in the rhythm. He steeled himself defensively for another hit. A bigger hit. At least...best he could against falling angels.
"Make the hit," he ground out, feeling half-drunk.
And maybe he wasn't in the best mode to make decisions, but hell, even if it did break his shield, whatever he was on was better than the gas they gave you at the dentists.

Rep closed his eyes as he let the charge build and pick up speed, no longer holding it back but instead embracing it. The runes on Tracey bled erratically and when he moved, his clothes outright crackled with static. He didn't have to move far.
This time when he leapt there was that magic instant where weapon and human lined up, overlapped and bled into one another, where Tracey's broody complaints and impatience became nothing but raw power and absolute agreement with his aims. Going the same way, moving the same way. He brought the axe around over his head and took the usual strenuous backlash of swinging that much metal over his head, the damage thankfully tearing through his shield rather than his body.
There was a clash of blade on blade as Tracey collided with B0nez, and again Rep took the momentum of the fall to his shield. But it didn't even matter, all that mattered was that he'd finally managed to hit. And Harrison, as he found his footing again, didn't seem to be maimed or bleeding.
"Are... are you..you okay?" He wasn't normally this ******** winded by a charge either.

As Tracey broke his defense, the pressure drove him down to his knees, and then onto his back in a matter of instants, his shield taking a sharp dip as the ground cracked and gave way underneath him.
He ended up partially in a pit, with a lot of weight on his chest.
Tracey's energy was STILL singing through B0nez's system, ripe and sweet and making any pain he might be feeling nothing next to a set of relaxed muscles and the buzz that wouldn't quit.
Harrison grunted and tried to shove Tracey off him, like he was an over-affectionate and too-big dog, instead of an axe.
"Fine," he coughed, once the weight was off and squinting through the dust. "52%. ...You?"

Rep wanted to feel guilty, stood on the edge of a small crater with Harrison on the ground in front of him, figured that he should probably feel guilty maybe. But he didn't. He was okay. That alone was a lightness he couldn't describe, and mingled in with it all was that exhilarating buzz that even in lieu of the charge, seemed to linger, exotic and unusual, like he'd been drinking for a while.
Tracey was shoved aside and he gave Harrison a lop sided sort of grin, not even able to hide the relief and not about to try either.
He even asked Tracey what his shield was at and got a satisfied and cryptic sort of response in return. "I'm mostly okay apparently. How's that for ******** scientific accuracy?"
He held out his hand to help him up.

Harrison was pulled to Rep's chest this time. B0nez ended up between them, and Harrison sloppily leaned part of the blade against Rep's shoulder. Electricity spiraled up from the hilt, jumping between both of them, from waist to neck, but the whole, final charge shot into nothing.
"Whoops," Harrison said, a little loopy. His legs were suddenly on the weak side. So was his ability to banter.

Rep wasn't far off of incoherence himself, Tracey was giving no helpful feedback other than smug cat vibes and his own thoughts were jelly. He hardly registered the missed charge until it was gone, only aware of the fleeting ticklish contact of it as it bounded off eagerly into the air and vanished "Wasting all my fear. Your fear. Whoever's fear." he scolded, throwing an arm across one of Harrison's shoulders. "I think maybe there's such a thing as like, too much ... too many charges like."
He smiled regardless. "I think. We should like, have a break, and then we can compare notes and numbers you know like, after."

"Mm," Harrison agreed, chin entirely too close to Rep's to walk with any accuracy, "still got the whooole day."
B0nez didn't even care about the miss.
He was probably enforcing the wrong lessons here, with hitting and getting hit, but Rep's plan sounded real good.
