He slammed a fist onto one of the pen's cross beams and stared at the ram that looked up at him. They stared at each other for a long time. Nothing else happened.

Nothing continued to happen. It seemed the tiny rams were more interested in staring at the demon than actually coming anywhere near his lasso.

Finally, West decided enough was enough. He made the first (or second, depending on who you asked) move on a different ram, managing to get his rope around its neck before it bucked wildly, snorting indignantly at its captor. The demon pointed at it and pulled. The ram hopped back and forth in an adorable little dance, loosening the lasso's hold just enough to get away.

Thank ya'kindly, Professor! I'd reckon so! When Professor Red looked towards West, Levi fully expected him to get down and dirty as well with some minis but- no? Instead, West had chosen to try the lasso approach. Not that there was anything particularly wrong with it, but to be evenly scored, she'd figured he'd choose the same method as her. West choosing not to fight something? He didn't have a particular adoration of minis either. Strange is what it was. In any case, Levi leaned against the side of the pen, watching West in action, cheering him on from the sidelines. Challenge or not, even or not, she wanted to see him give it his all. YEEEHAW~! THEM FELLARS'LL GETCHA RIGHT'IN THA BEHIND IF YA DON'T WATCH'EM, BOIL! C'MON NOW! YEW GOT 'EM!

All right. That was enough. With a bit of twisting that was probably not the smartest thing he could be doing right now, West leaned forward into the pen, flinging his lasso at the nearest ram and yanking the end of the rope before the animal had a chance to react. He snarled silently as he dragged his prize closer to the edge of its enclosure. Almost there. The boil crouched near the ground now, the rope scraping the top of the fence as he pulled harder and harder and... It broke. West hit the dirt hard, but thankfully not as hard as he would have if he'd been standing up. He rose to his feet as quickly as he was able, brows furrowed and frown firmly in place. Red stared as West retreated. "Welp." With a shrug, the werewolf pulled out a gold sticker and handed it to Levi. "Could you do me a favor and see that he gets this? If you could tag it on him somewhere that would be great."

Without so much of a glance, West stormed off back towards the doors, leaving a blank staring Levi with Professor Red and his consolation prize. Shaking her head, the tatzel chuckled, accepting the sticker on the wrath demon's behalf. Sure thang, Professor! He'll be back, ta'try 'gain anyways, m'sure. But I'll take it fer 'im. More like she'd make sure of that. With a smile, Levi gave a small bow of respect to the werewolf, holding her crate. Thanks fer this. N'... welcome back.Pigtails flopping, she trotted along to catch up to West, determined to bring him back at some point to have another go.

This time Eisheth didn't want to try her luck with the lasso: it would be much easier - and actually faster - to do everything manually.
With the traditional horsemen war scream, she jumped into the pen, and grabbed the nearest ram persuading it to surrender.

Unfortunately, the ram wasn't alone: while the alchemist was struggling with the one, its fellows attacked her from all around. But she was persistent, and won't give up so easily.

Miyako skipped happily back to the ram pen. It was the next day and she wanted to take home another "Rammy" if she could. So she was determined to play again. She smiled brightly and paid the professor 5 more silver seeds. Then she grabbed the rope and tried to toss it on one of the rams.

Apparently her and the ram were apparently pulling at the same strength. I guess as badly as she wanted that little ram, the ram wanted to be free. Well she felt bad but she really wanted another she loved them so much. She knew if she could catch it she would take good care of it and make it happy.
This time the ram was just a little bit stronger, but that didn't stop the neko.

Determined to get this little ram, she kept tugging, hopeing that maybe she could pull it to the fence.
She tugged just a little harder then the ram pulling it closer to her. She knew she had to try harder if she really wanted this ram.

YEE-HAW! C'MERE LITTLE RAM! My Score: 2/3 Ram's Score: 3/3 Ah last round, this litle ram was just as determined as she was. She really hopped she could catch it. Her tail swished determined yet playfuly as she stared at the ram, foucused on pulling it in. This time the ram won. But the bakeneko wasn't bothered by this. She would just come back tommorow excited and determined to take another cute ram home. At least she already had one. It got away... My Minis SN: coala
