Shanahan was just coming to as Chrono smashed down the buttons on the pyrotechnics table. For that brief moment, the world seemed to stand still; at least, it was for Matt. All he heard was an ear-shattering explosion and the heat of the flames...
... And when those flames finally died, the fans were on their feet in silence, searching for any sign of Matt. But there wasn't even a trace of clothing on the stage. The spectators remained in silence as they stared at the stage, searching for some kind of answer. The only thing they would find was the WWE:E Championship set ablaze, the flaming remnants of the title belt barely hanging on the titantron.
