Spirit week was upon them, and there was no way Alexander was going to miss out on the festivities. More so, there was no way he was going to allow his zombro to miss out on the festivities. In fact, they may have even started out celebrating a little early, as might have been made apparent by Alex's more unbalanced then usual jerking gait, and his cheeks that were actually flushed a very, very pale pink (barely noticeable, really). A large and jovial grin split his face, and he had an arm wrapped around the shoulders of Mort, whom he was either leading towards the student council event or using to keep himself from falling over. One or the other really. "See, I told you this would be fun!" He laughed, as they made their way along the trail, his mind buzzing, his pale eye flickering about as he attempted to appreciate the fine details as the scenery began to change from that of the weeping forest to a sprawling dark and lush wonderland. He stopped his movements, eye widening in awe at the surroundings, arm sliding off from around the other zomboil. There were sounds of whisperings and snickering in the air, and Alex whirled to catch sight of where they were coming from, only to be greeted by emptiness. He laughed again, before leaning in close to Mort, and whispering in his ear, "It's just your imagination-ation-ation-ation-ation just a hallucination-ation-ation." Unable to stop himself, basking in the warmth that burned in the pit of his undead stomach, and the fuzzy thoughts that clouded his judgement, good or bad, and somehow made everything even more surreal yet bearable.

"NO WE ARE TOTALLY TRYINGS AGAIN."
Freya was determined to try again. She didn't know what the word quit even meant. She was dragging Kettil by the arm, surging back to the rabbit hole the moment they'd shown back up from dissipating, and stopped dragging the poor boil just long enough to shake a finger at the rabbit.
"AND NO YOU MAY NOT PUSH ME BACKS IN TEH HOLES AGAIN, MISTER BUNNY WITH TEH FLOPPY EARS AND FUNNY OUTFITS. Shows yeh a things or two if yeh even tries it, I will.." Her fists were waving in front of her threateningly.
They worked - just enough to threaten the rabbit into pushing her right down the hole again. He could hear her screaming death threats aaaall the waaaay down.

"BUT THE FOOD IS EVIL AND THE DRINK IS EVIL AND THE EVIL IS EVIL," Kettil was protesting back at Freya. Okay, so he was willing to try again, but he wasn't going to like it, that was all.
"THEY BAKED ME, FREYA." He was shouting still. All of the shouting.
As she threatened the rabbit she still had a hold of Kettil and it seemed the devilish creature got a two-for-one deal because Kettil tried briefly to hold Freya up with him, though he collapsed to his stomach in the attempt before the bunny just merrily kicked him on down the slide. The force of the kick made Kettil yelp in surprise and release Freya's hand.
...JACKING RABBITS.
Kettil hated them all.

Billy frowned and tucked his list in a crumbled lump back into his jeans pocket. These guys didn't have any pet scareons and none of them were ice based. Maybe he could wait to see a demon or two before he did the other bits of the list. "We can go if y'all guys wanna." The reaper eyed the hole, bright blue eyes peeking from under his floppy cap. He edged closer to it now that he had a few people with him. More and more students were sliding and leaping freely in. Estelle, still lashed to Billy by a web leash, tugged it with a foot to make sure he didn't fall in. While it may have appeared that the familiar was on a leash herself, in reality it was the opposite. The tarantula kept her boil leashed for her own peace of mind. Boils could be so much trouble! When Calder crouched, she found herself eyelevel with him her pink toes danced slowly and she seemed to perk up, multi-eyes taking him in. She was all ghouly, from her pink tufted toes to the pink bow in her hairs. "Oh well aren't you a flatterer! And quite cute yourself!" Her mandibles curled. "We are loving the festival! I was just telling Billy and Clyde here how much we want to come to this school. It seems like such a great environment. Our town is very small so this is a pleasant change! It's so nice for him to meet new people and make friends." Estelle would continue to ramble, legs waving slowly and head shifting around in interest, if not for another tug on her leash. "C'mon 'Stelle. Let's do the hole thing." Thankfully Billy's shyness had melted for the time being. He pushed back his cap with a small devilish smirk to finally really show his freckle smattered face. He only seemed to be around 15 but had a boyish appearance. "You guys ready?"The promise of adventure was enough to tear Estelle away from Calder's attentions. "OH YES! Let's go boils!" She took off, skittering down the side of the hole and dragging Billy behind. His heels dragged, he teetered at the edge, and fell in. Following the actions of Billy and Estelle, Clyde went over towards the hole. He gave it a quick look to check if he could see the bottom before giving a shrug – even if he can’t see the bottom, everyone’s doing it so it can’t be lethal. He gave the other two a nod before jumping into the hole after the reaper and his tarantula.
“Onwards and downwards. See you guys at the bottom.”

Spirit week could only truly be spirit week if you drank spirits. Which was exactly what the zombros had done thanks to a certain curly-haired psychopomp.
Stumbling along with Alex was a slightly purple-cheeked Mort , sharpened teeth flashing in dopey laughter at how uncanny the environment looked; his own interpretation months ago for Prom was so cheap in comparison. Bells was probably having loads of fun as Alice, but he was going to be having his own fun trying out his nice, buzzed relaxation...
"Mrrrr~" he purred, grinning a the tagged rabbit as Alex unhooked himself from around his shoulder. When the other zomboil began hissing in his ear, however, Mort attempted a scowl and pushed him away with a hand. No whispers kth x; he had just begun to forget his other set. "'Magine your share've good stuff gone," he muttered, referencing the small soda bottle hidden in his coat. But the sour look melted away quickly enough as he gestured for Alex to dive into the hole. "Ghouliesss fiiiiirst~"

Alexander let himself be shoved back, thinking it was all in good fun and having forgotten that Mort probably would not appreciate having things hissed into his ear. When he remembered, however, he instantly looked apologetic. "Sorry about that, bro!" He gave him zombie puppy eyes, begging for forgiveness for his hasty and thoughtless actions. "Nooooo, not the good stuff!" He mocked horror, clutching a hand to his chest and then laughed, relieved when Mort appeared to lighten up once more. He glanced behind him towards the incredibly ragged and filthy rabbit that Mort was gesturing to, and shrugged, offering his friend a wide grin as he stumbled towards the slide. "It's okay Mort. I know you're just too scared to go first. I'll head on down and make sure everything is nice and safe for you when you get there." He hoisted himself up, cocking his head at the rabbit and giving him a wave while listening to his words. "Late? Always late. Where's the fun in being early?" He sat down at the top of the slide and glanced back at Mort one last time before pushing off. "See you on the other side~" He sing-songed, and then down he went, arms raised above his head in scarelingish glee. ((Exit))

[[Entering]] Maggie had followed a bunch of other students towards the odd place. Some stood around while others were either shoved or went down the hole of their own will. Looking over the rabbit, she felt a bit unnerved. She edged closer looking down into the hole, and no sooner had she leaned to see, she was shoved and with a startled scream, fell into the hole like so many before her. She could only hope that nothing at the bottom would actually eat her. [[Exiting]]

Tsukiko Mizuchi was one extremely confused kirin. She had a knack for getting lost, but this place... well. She was certain this time it wasn't her. Warily edging to where the rabbit indicated, she bit her lip and grasped her tail firmly. Dare she go down? Should she? Apparently the rabbit wasn't going to give her a choice. With a muffled shriek, Tsukiko went tumbling down the hole, shoved headfirst by the impatient rabbit.Quote: Tsukiko Mizuchi is a Marine Kirin. Currently a Guest at the Spirit Week Event. Just before Mort followed his friends down the rabbit hole, a brush of air blew past him. Only it wasn't a brush of air, it felt more like.. a soft.. furry tail brushing against his face.
Just above the rabbit hole, a strange looking cat appeared, smiling a smile that had the worst of intentions.
"Thinking of taking the plunge, are we?"

Malodore knew that Riley and the others had engineered this, somehow... hadn't they? It was, in truth, no mystery at all... but the plague doctor was hard put to remember this as it shuffled deeper into the strange grasslands, marveling at the detail. Perhaps it was a grandiose illusion? It would have to ask her about it later.
The small rabbit-thing it encountered received a nod as Malodore went on its way, down, down, down...

"Yeah, yeah, go n' be a good wife n' make t'all clean," Mort drawled with the same dopey grin as Alex took the plunge. He was just about to tumble after when something slid across his face.
Mort blinked. Stared. Blinked again. Lightly brushed his fingers over his face where the fury sensation had been.
Did Mac give them something extra?
But eventually the zomboil noticed the cat in the tree when it spoke to him with the strangest of smiles. There was another pause where he tilted his head about just to make sure it wasn't something funny stuck on his glasses. Nope. Real.
"Uh...yeah," he answered. "S'where everyone's going, right?" In the back of his mind he had wariness, but Mort was too chill to take notice. He offered the same dreamy smile up at the creature. "Wanna come? Ghoulfriend loooooves cats."

Eisheth decided to actually try the Wonderland that everybody kept talking about. It looked like some kind of Theme park, or how do they call it?.. It kept amusing her how many efforts folks here put into something entirely useless and unpractical: for creating the sheer spirit of joy and fun.
Thinking like this, the alchemist moved on in a rabbit's hole.

The cheshire cat swished his tail left and right lazily, as though contemplating the answer. But when his grin only grew bigger, it seemed he'd made his decision. "Not for all of the sweets in all of the world. But here, for your trouble. And for saying hello."When Mort looked at his hands, he'd find a little box waiting for him. "Awww." Mort looked genuinely crestfallen that he couldn't keep it. Surely a cat would have made him look good enough that Bells wouldn't have lectured him on his tipsy state. But when he noted the box now weighing in his hands, the disappointment melted. "Whoooooaaaa. Awesome. Thanks, catkittenthingbro~"
And then Mort leaned forward and fell into the hole, the box pressed to his chest. "BEST. PARTY. EVER."
