Noel stuck his tongue out, "I'll still respond." Noel then rolled his eyes. "Mom, huh? You should introduce me." He said with a grin, before he paused. "Oh, I forgot to text you. The awards show is tomorrow night. It's one of those.. dress up things. So look pretty. Oh and... my limo driver will pick you up." Noel looked around the neighborhood, before turning to look at Athena. "Where do you live anyways?" Noel asked.

Athena chuckled nervously. "I don't think so. She would constantly bug me about you..." She rolled her eyes and pretended to be her mother. "Oh he is a nice fellow. Blah blah blah. You did a good job. I am proud of you." She sighed softly and she looked ahead. "Great... Tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up..." She paused. "Oh.. I live at 25th Macon Road house number 43." She chuckled lightly. "It's within walking distance so it is relatively easy to find." She glanced to him, but was quick to look ahead. "Okay, I am good to walk on my own." She pulled her arm back, she was walking, but had quite a bit of a limp. As he knew she was stubborn.

"She sounds so sweet." Noel said honestly. Athena's mother sounded like most motherly figures. Noel then nodded sarcastically saying, "I know, early right?" He asked, before nodding, remembering her address, and tucking it away as a mental note before he listened to her talk about her wanting to walk by herself. "You sure?" He asked, chuckling at her limp down the sidewalk ahead of him.

Athena shook her head. "No. She expects me to follow in her footsteps. But that is what ended her in a divorce." She shrugged. "Not that I care, but anyways, she can be a mother when it comes to me bringing home boys... Only because only one guy has met my mother, and that was a friends boyfriend. I never bring home guys, parents assume too much." She huffed out. "Yes... Very early. You didn't tell me anything until a few moments ago." She turned towards him, walking backwards. "See? I'm walking. I am fine." She nodded.

Noel stuffed his hands into his pockets. He was fine listening to her talk about her family, and some of her personal life, but he wasn't going to do the same. Noel was very shut in and scarcely mentioned his personal life. And with Athena doing so, he felt rude by not adding something in. "Regardless Athena, she's still your mom. Even though that sounds cheesy. You just need to tell her." Noel said simply shrugging. He wasn't very good with advice. Noel just watched her walk, not really knowing what to say.

Athena chuckled when hearing him. “You don’t think I haven’t? Come on now. I get my stubbornness from her. If I say something to her though it goes in one ear and out the other.” She shook her head and grunted. “It is difficult trying to talk to my parents in general. Both of them work too much anyways just trying to maintain money. That is normally why I am around my friends so much, as you can tell. Just so I am not alone at home I will stay with them.” Her limp had gone down some and she was walking a bit more normal. “But anyways, not that you need to hear my sob story.” She chuckled some as she continued to walk. She pointed to a h o u s e that came into view. “That is my house…” She frowned. “Pretty ugly color too… Nothing special, I am sure you’ve been in much greater.” She looked back at him, the car was in fact home today, her mother was home…

Noel grinned a bit, nodding in agreement. "Yeah, my mom and dad are always outta' state. So when I'm not doing movies, or TV shows, I just stay home." He said with a simple shrug, as he final paused to examine her house as she talked. "Sob story? Its not that bad." He said with a small grin. He then looked back at the house. It was honestly really cool. It had a nice balcony, and it looked like it was even bigger on the inside. "What're you talking about? It's awesome. Who's car?" He inquired.

Athena shrugged. "Well I wasn't born into a wealthy family like you. My parents were there for me until I got into middle school, I see them on occasion when they have work off or something. I am sure I have more of a bond with my parents than you with yours." She chuckled some. She looked back at him. "Yeah I suppose it isn't too bad I guess." She smiled and looked towards the house again. "Ah... Seems like it may be your lucky day... My mother is infact home." She seemed almost mad at that.

Noel's face scrunched up. "Pshh, whatever know it all. Me and my dad... watch TV together. And I help my mom put up the groceries... yeah not really a bond, heh. BUT! I have a good bond with my little brother... though luckily the media doesn't know about him. For reasons." Noel said, feeling a bit proud of himself for revealing a little bit about him. He groaned a bit. "Oh. Well, I guess I am pretty lucky. Come on, you needa' stop walking cripple." Noel said, patting her on the back.

Athena laughed some. "Not a bond at all." She looked to him as he brought up a brother. She nodded. "Interesting." She smiled gently. Something nobody knew, it made her feel a little good to know. She watched him for a moment and shook her head. "Not lucky, she is a very talkative woman too.." She muttered. "I am not a cripple. I can walk just fine." She grunted. "I have been doing it for a bit of time I can walk to my house." She crossed her arms over her chest.

Athena grinned lightly. "Oh, I totally don't know what you mean." She rolled her eyes and chuckled. She continued to walk to her house and glanced to him as he caught up. When at her door she took out her house key and unlocked it, she grabbed him by his first three fingers and lead him inside. "Mother I am home!" She called out, leading him through the narrow hallway and into the l i v i n g - r o o m. Her m o t h e r was sitting on the red couch, a cup of wine in her hands.
Her mother smiled and placed the glass down, rising to her feet. Her cherry red lipstick shining from the lighting. "Oh Athena! How was..." Her mother stopped in mid sentence seeing the boy. She chuckled lightly. "Is this the boy you've been speaking of?" She questioned with a kind smile on her face. She made her way to them and nodded. "I have heard a lot of things about you... Noel right?" Her mother asked.
Athena cursed in her head. Of course her mother would say something like that. Athena let go of his fingers and glanced to him, shooting him a nervous smile.

Noel looked around,, amazed at the house. Yeah, his was awesome too, but it was still pretty cool. His mom never had much time to decorate herself, so she had home designers do it for her. But Athena's home had a more homey kind of feel to it. Noel looked up to see Ahtena's mom, and rose an eyebrow. Athena spoke of him? "Oh yeah, hehe. Thats me. Nice to meet you miss." Noel said, trying to be polite.

Athena gave her mother 'the look' and then shook her head. Her mother simply just smiled and she gave another nod of her head. "Yes, Athena here speaks very highly of you." She said pulling her daughter into an embrace, holding her tightly.
Athena cursed weakly so it wasn't heard. 'Oh no! Why would you do this to me?!' She asked inside her mind, her cheeks rather pink. At first she did dislike him, but the more she was around him she was able to tolerate him. She didn't say much about him anyways. 'I hardly ever bring him up. There is nothing to brag on him about.' She thought with a roll of her eyes.
Her mother let her go and then walked around him. "She did mention you were quite the looker." She laughed lightly. "She never brings home a boy with your looks." She placed her hands on her hips, stopping in front of him again.
"Okay mother! We are hungry!" Athena said stepping in, giving her mother a gentle push towards the kitchen. Her mother just chuckled some more and headed towards the kitchen. Athena looked at him. "Not... A... Word." She said before he would be able to say anything about it the moment her mother walked away. She took off her backpack and moved towards the couch, placing it down next to it. There was a light jingling sound, Athena was quick to turn around. "Alex!" She exclaimed, kneeling down to pick up her pure white c a t. She looked over to Noel. "I hope you are not allergic." She said and then she pet Alex behind his right ear. He blinked his different colored eyes and she moved towards Noel. "He was the runt out of the litter and the cheapest one because he wasn't perfect... All because one eye is blue and the other is more of a yellowish color." She giggled softly.

Noel was going to respond modestly, before Athena butted in, and shooed her mother away towards the kitchen. Noel covered his mouth, chuckling as he listened to her trying to change the subject to cats. "So you talked about me? And you said I was a... looker? Noel asked intimidatingly, wiggling his eyebrows at her. As Noel looked down at the cat, he smiled. "I h ave a grey cat, his name is Salem. He has regular browwn eyes. Your cat is cute though." Noel added, before he grinned again, looking at her. "I like how you tried to change the subject, though. Nice try." He said, nudging her.
