As if to patronize her, Ibara restrained her attack, bitter-sweetly increasing the pressure until Sabitsuki collapsed before her onto one knee. She grinned wildly continuing to push down little by little more onto her. "I can't be angrier at someone I despise to the limit already~" Ibara responded,"You can't hate someone when you already have your entire life." The pressure increased, pushing even more onto Sabitsuki's meager defense. The hornless oni laughed ,"It is so ironic to see myself. My weaker self. The one who can't talk or think of herself. The one that holds me back every minute of my life." Once more she smirked down at Sabitsuki,"Crushing you is no harder than forgetting all my troubles when I am like this, Sabitsuki. Thanks for making me realize that~!!"
When the crazed oni was about to crush Sabitsuki, there was a spurt of blood from her midriff, and looking down not only could she see some of it was onto Sabitsuki from the angle, but that the prongs of a pitchfork ha impaled her. Ibara clenched her teeth her strength faltering and weakening in Sabitsuki's grip. "Coming into my shrine for work is one thing..." the prongs wrenched a bit deeper, making Ibara gasp up a bit of blood,"Coming here to threaten my servant and my guest.... That. Is a matter I need to tend to."
The oni was pulled up and around, Fuzen used their momentum to swap places, and while the oni impacted the floor she was airborne. The demoness raised a hand,"Demonic Veil." The blackened shield appeared as usual, but this time she lashed down,sending the shield downward an hitting Ibara, sucessfully breaking her spellcard and maybe her will. Fuzen landed infront of Sabitsuki, leaning her pitchfork on her shoulder,"Be a dear and stay in the floor. You have really gotten me in a bad mood, Miss Hinarasu."
Ibara was curled up on her side cradling her wounds and panting raggedly. "Katrina, why don't you help your friend up while I finish this rebellious beast?" She moved the pitchfork once more pointing it at the hurt oni that was now utterly defenseless as the weapon ignited in the malicious black energy she tended to command."This should only take a single blow." "Y-yes! Of course, Master Fuzen!" Katrina nodded a couple times and hurried to Sabitsuki,"Are you okay...?

"Ibara, this...unfounded anger will be...your downfall..!"
Sabitsuki's body had reached its limit. Already on one knee, she could feel her arms beginning to give, and her spine compressing. The stress and pressure was beginning to affect her illusion as well. No matter what she did, she would surely be crushed.
Suddenly, something warm splashed across her face. Sabitsuki winced and shut one eye, the foreign fluid invading the ocular cavity and stinging mildly. As the pressure forcing her down lessened. Sabitsuki peered up through crimson to see something sharp sticking out through Ibara's midsection. From behind her, the sweet, familiar voice of Fuzen-Mara cooed words of venom as she forced the weapon deeper into Ibara's flesh.
Ibara was lifted and flung into the ground, trading places and being replaced with Fuzen's lovely visage. Sabitsuki let out a breath she had been holding in. Her body flashed white, and her silhouette shrunk to her original size.
Even as Katrina came to her rescue, Sabitsuki forced herself to her feet and pushed past the demoness. "NOO!!!" Sabitsuki lunged forward and wrapped her arms around Ibara's shoulders, placing her body between the Oni and Fuzen's weapon. "Miss Fuzen.. please... d, don't hurt Miss Ibara..!!" Her arms tightened around the Oni. An amount of crimson could be seen leaking from her own shoulder; it seemed she had wrenched her wound partially open again. "We... We're trying so hard t..t-to help her... please don't end it now...!"

"Sabitsuki---?!" Katrina spun to look as the mirror youkai ran past her, stopping only when she had her arms around the oni,What are you thinking...? She just hurt you-- look at your shoulder!!" There was both anger and jealously boiling out of her, and she could hardlly contain herself. Fuzen on the other hand was calm with her pitchfork pointed at Ibara.
The oni was limp in Sabitsuki's arms. Though she had an arm under her holding most of her weight, her arm quivered under her as she braced herself against Sabitsuki pooling her blood around her. Ibara didn't seme capable of standing on her own at this point. "....So I suppose I can't kill her, if you want to deal with her... It'll probably save me time and effort." Like that the pitchfork evaporated once more,"Katrina maybe you should tend to Sabitsuki's scrapes, it seems she has reopened her wound. As for the oni..." Fuzen flipped her hair over her shoulder,"Do with her as Sabitsuki wishes, I do not trust your desires won't cause me mild inconveniences with Yochi~" "But, Master!" "Amaterasu~~~~" Katrina cringed and hanged her head grumbling this or that. "Now then, Sabitsuki, what do you want to do with this oni, if I cannot end her life here right now for her erroneous behavior~?"

Sabitsuki eased her grip on Ibara as Fuzen's armament disappeared. Though still cradling the Oni, Sabitsuki sat a bit more upright, and only now gave any notice to her own reopened wound.
"Th... Thank you, Miss Fuzen...M-Miss Katrina..." Leaving her wounded arm's hand to hold Ibara's head, she grasped at her shoulder, wincing as she did. "I... I don't-- No, wait. We should take her to Miss Yuuka's home. She will know how to take care of her, a-and I'm sure she will want to hear of what took place here. Miss Ibara..."
Sabitsuki repositioned her body, sitting on her knees and letting the Oni's head rest upon them. Though still clutching her shoulder, Sabitsuki used her now free hand to brush the stray, white bangs from Ibara's eyes. "I thought I was helping... What if.. what I did was wrong?" She winced again, the pain in her shoulder spiking as if to affirm her fears. Sabitsuki sniffled, fighting back tears she didn't want either Fuzen or Katrina to see.

"Alright~" Fuzen raised a palm and a sort of black pool raised to the left of Sabitsuki, rippling and letting eight-bit like squares going up in the air. "That portal should take you to the Field of Flowers, if the place Yochi told me is right~"
The two dwellers of Mara's shrine watched as Sabitsuki shifted and had the oni rest on her knees. Ibara helplessly grasped at her midriff trying to stop the violent bleeding. Not only had Fuzen made three knew wounds, but had reopened the wounds Yochi had made and somewhat healed while the oni rested outside. Now, Ibara was taking laborious breaths, gulping only a little more as Sabitsuki brushed her bangs out of her face. Her blue eyes seemed distant and glazed.
The temptress turned to leave,"You might want to hurry; it seems the oni is bleeding out~" She flipped her hair over her shoulder, striding into the room on the otherside of the altar, opposite of Katrina's. As Fuzen left, she hummed a light tune to herself before disappearing into her dark room. Katrina was silent, spitefully glancing at Sabitsuki cradle the bartender, and she started to turn around to walk away into her own room, silently.

"Th-Thank you, Miss Fuzen. I'll get her home now..."
But... how? While Sabitsuki was stronger than an average human, she was in no condition to carry or even drag a full grown adult Oni. And the fight with Ibara had taken its toll on her abilities, so borrowing an identity was out of the question.
"Katrina, wait!"
Suddenly, Sabitsuki felt shy. She blushed and looked away. She felt ashamed. Not only had their visit been interrupted by someone the demoness hated, but now...
"C....Could you...h-help me? Please.... I can't... I can't carry her o-on my own..." Sabitsuki moved her legs, and gently laid Ibara's head down on the floor. She stood up and walked over to Katrina, though her eyes couldn't meet hers. "I'm sorry... that things got out of hand. I-I'll make it up to you, I promise! But please... Katrina, I need you now... Please help me."

Katrina stopped looking back at Mirror youkai with skeptic eyes, a bit of spite seething through her self restrain. Her eyes drifted past the small girl's shoulder to the paling oni as her grip weakened on her own wound as she begun to slip into unconciousness. The demon seemed to think about it and look into Sabitsuki's face. A pause or two and the ex-gypsy swallowed her pride.
She moved and carefully, much to her spite, collected Ibara in her arms. Given that she was not injured such feat was not hard to believe, even if she was a bit cumbersome under Ibara's size and weight. "Come on. The less I spend in the place of that witch, the better," the demon hissed walking towards the portal her master had open, alluding to her awful relation with Yuuka. "The faster we get this thing to her owner the faster I get to come back."
The seven sin youkai stepped into the portal, expectin to be followed by Sabitsuki.
---Should the Mirror Youkai follow, the three would find each other among the sunflower of the Garden of the Sun a the blink of an eye. Katrina grimaced at the sun and the sting it brought to her pale skin. She wanted to be underground already.

Sabitsuki smiled, even though she couldn't look at Katrina, as the demoness went to collect Ibara from the ground. She followed them both through the portal... completely forgetting her lantern in Katrina's room.
---
As the Mirror Youkai stepped out of the portal, she held her hands over her eyes, shielding them from the sudden, extreme change in light. Sabitsuki cautiously removed her hands, letting her eyes slowly adjust, then looked around. They had indeed appeared in the Garden of the Sun, in all its grand and beautiful glory. Yuuka Kazami's manor could be seen in the distance, a silent guardian over the land.
Sabitsuki closed the distance between herself and Katrina, fidgeting slightly as she approached. "...Y-You know, somehow, I can always tell when the sun is shining, or when the moon glows, even if I'm in the Underground..." The comment she made had no real point, but rather, she felt like she needed to say something.
"Um...c-come. Miss Yuuka's house isn't far, and... if you want, you can leave after we take Miss Ibara to the front door. Yuuka will take care of things after that." She then too a few steps forward, turned to look to see if Katrina was following, then lead the way through the overgrown Sunflowers and towards Yuuka's mansion. Aside from the three trespassers, there seemed to be no movement or life among the flowers, nor any lights in the mansion's windows as they approached. Was no one there? Or were they already being watched?

Katrina looked as Sabitsuki walked up and ahead of her speaking of how the she could sense the moon and sun despite being deep underground. While the demoness did find it interensting, her bitter face in response to her current position over shadowed any of her curiousity. Additionally, remembering the distinct lack of her cloak, her wings. A century ago, her wings had caught the attention of the monks that took her deity away, and the only assurance at this point was that no one ever roamed into the Garden of the Sun; albeit, her wings tucked tigthly against her back as the sinful youkai followed Sabitsuki.
Feeling the tension and Sabitsuki's attempt to lessen the rigid air, Katrina spoke up as they walk. "Long ago, when I was still human, I bumped into Yuuka. She helped me and gave me money for a meager job while she was out shopping. Kazami adviced that I go visit the youkai I now know was named Byakuren Hijiri," The demoness's eyes pierced ahead as she retold the tale stiffly,"I ... I never did find that Youkai. I was always busy living through another day of abuse... Maybe, If I had looked for her.... maybe It wouldn't have turned out so badly for me."
"I never did blame Yuuka for what happened to me, or... much of anyone, but While I was still deep in my hate for humanity, I despised anyone that interacted with me,"she continued, shifting the heavy oni in her arms,"When she came to my shrine and destroyed it and put every single of my mistakes before me, I went mad. I had no way to defeat her experience, despite my potential energy, but I swore she would regret the day she put that thorn into my chest years ago."
Katrina grunted a bit as she could spot the mansion once more,"I don't know why she hated me so much to begin with. Its not like my mistakes were something I could correct. If I was hopeless she should have left me alone instead of attack me in my own home! ... And even if I did attack her first, which May Have been the case, she claimed such superiority; why did she not restrain herself?" The demoness continued to walk,"I have reasons to hate her. Why she hates me so ... wholesomely, avoids my understanding."
The Seven Sin Youkai had an iron grip on her usually oppressive energy that could crush those around her into pure instinctual action. That was courtesy of her goddess, Fuzen-mara, who had spent most of her free time tempering the representative of her shrine. Afterall, Katrina was the face of Mara's Shrine, just as any Shrine Maiden. If the Dark-miko wasn't presentable no faith would come her way!

As they neared the mansion, Sabitsuki listened intently to Katrina's tale, and how she felt about Yuuka. As the demoness retold the story, borrowed memories from contact with Yuuka surfaced in Sabitsuki's mind. They were faint now, but enough to paint a small picture. The two Youkai indeed fought visciously at a point in the past. It hadn't been long after Sabitsuki had first met Katrina.
"Maybe... b-because you... gave up?" Sabitsuki forced herself to speak the words, cringing as she did. It certainly wasn't what she thought, but the feelings derived from Yuuka's memories hid subtle traces. "...Yuuka... had forced herself to be strong for a long, long time, even when she hid away and lived along for so long. I've never delved too deeply, but I've seen... things... in her past."
Sabitsuki stopped a few yards from Yuuka's front door. She held a hand to her wounded shoulder; the dressings Katrina had applied for her had stopped the bleeding from the reopened wound for the most part. "A long, long time ago... Miss Yuuka was a lot like you. Powerful, but young and...i-impulsive." She cringed again, as if expecting Katrina to lash out at her for describing her in an ill manner. "She fed off her emotions... She fought, and fought, and fought, until she was the only one left standing... alone. And even though she has changed her ways, the legends of the demon she used to be still linger, passed down generation after generation. To escape this fate of isolation and bloodshed, Miss Yuuka sought to control her emotions and raw impulses."
She turned, looking to Katrina with a smile, but also a sense of caution in her eyes. "When she saw you, Miss Katrina, as the demoness 'Livid'... I think she felt that you had thrown away the chance she offered you. I think she was angry... n-not directly at you, no... more at herself, and the entire situation. She knew what you used to be, and saw what you became... she tried to help you, when no one would help her... and she failed. She wasn't attacking Katrina... she was attacking Livid."
Just then, a wooden creak resounded from Yuuka's manor. Sabitsuki turned towards the sound to see the front door swing open slowly. Behind, stood the tall Gardener, her crimson eyes weary, and her expression grim.
"Explain yourselves."

"Is that it uh? I am impulsive and young?" The demoness couldn't hide her annoyance at the comment, but she knew it was true; Yuuka had made it very clear during their encounter so long ago. Katrina sullenly listened, wishing she could understand what Yuuka's past mistakes meant to her, and why would the gardener concern herserlf with the younger-youkai. "Even if she was lashing out at 'Livid' or 'Katrina' she was lashing out. Its not much of my fault that she was a full on slaugther house in her youth, and I don't want no help. She didn't have to help me to begin with-!"
She was boiling into a rant judging from the movement of her wings, but that ceased after some small fidgets. The demoness looked down at the oni in her arms that looked a ghastly white,"I am... not saying I didn't appreciate her hand when I found her in the village so long ago. I did. I really did, but ... She had no need to take her frustratioms out on my home. I understand me. I am an actual demon, like she was, but Mara's Shrine had to fault in her failures or whatever." The Seven Sin Youkai ushered into useless mummbles as Sabitsuki commented this or that or was quiet.
A voice interrupted them, and Katrina tensed. Her own red eyes (though on of hers was shielded as usual) Met Yuuka's crimson glare. Wanting to be out as soon as possible, the demoness grimly walked up and held Ibara out for Yuuka to take roughly. The oni was breathing shallowly, still resting a weak hand on her wound; thankfully for her sake, she was unconcious at this point. "Here, take your things."

Suddenly, a powerful energy had emerged in the middle of her garden. Even nestled in the comfort of her mansion, Yuuka could feel the new energy as it appeared, seemingly out of nowhere. The flowers whispered on the wind, in a language that only nature, and the aged Youkai, could understand.
Yuuka had set her cut of tea down and strode to the window of her bedroom, peering outside. She spotted a jumble of figures in the distance. Focusing her eyes, the figures slowly came into focus. One was dark, and winged; the other, small and white. A third was-- Ibara! Yuuka's heart skipped a beat and her blood ran cold. She spun on her heel and exited her bedroom, traveled down the marble staircase, and pulled apart the grand wooden doors that separated herself from the rest of the world...
~~~
Sabitsuki watched quietly as Katrina approached Yuuka, the wounded Oni lazily strewn across her arms. Yuuka glared down at Katrina, but her gaze softened as she overlooked Ibara's wounded form, then again as she noticed the young Mirror Youkai in the background.
Yuuka stepped forward out of the doorway and, with a careful movement, she took Ibara from Katrina's grasp, holding the Oni close to her breast rather easily with her own incredible strength. The wounds she had received at the hands of a certain Mole during the Incident of Youkai Mountain had healed fully.
"Thank you. Livid." Her words were short, and just as soon as she had finished, Yuuka ignored and looked past the Demoness to Sabitsuki once more. "What happened?"
Sabitsuki walked forward and gave a sheepish bow, then retold the tale of the last hour, and the day before, of how her sister, Yasashii, had come to avenge the injuries the Mirror youkai had recieved, and how the event escalated into Ibara getting hurt, and becoming enraged the day after.
"I see..." Yuuka said sadly, looking down to the wounded Ibara resting in her arms. "This situation is... unfortunate, but even I must concede to thank the both of you for returning Ibara to my care. I will nurse her back to health, and when she's healed, I will punish her for acting so irrationally." Yuuka looked at Katrina, finally re-acknowledging her existance. "And as for you... I extend my sincerest apologies on behalf of myself and Miss Hinarasu to you and your deity. If you wish, I can make a donation in the spirit of reconciliation to your shrine as proof of my thanks and gratitude."
As soon as Ibara was taken by the Gardener, Katrina turned and staid behind Sabitsuki as both spoke, it wasn't until Yuuka reacknowledge her that Katrina spoke once more,"We have no need for you money, Miss Kazami, a donation would be too much for a task that had to be done anyway." The demoness stretched a wing idly,"But... as presentative of Mara's Shrine, I have to thank you for your kindness."
"At least it is obvious I did absolutely nothing to the oaf, and I did my best to have no one harmed while in my home, even if that failed completly," The demoness nodded at the hornless oni that nestled instinctibly towards Yuuka's warmth as if knowing of the comfort holding her. "Master Fuzen-Mara would have scolded me if I had let her blood stain the floors as well with the ill rumours a dead oni would have brought our already dark shrine." She shrugged absently,faking disintrest,"If she dies in your home, at least it won't plague Fuzen-sama."
"...Indeed." Yuuka said simply in reply, noting the demoness' coldness and responding in kind. "Suffice it to say, my offer stands, and I am indebted to you. Now if you will excuse me, I have a wounded Oni to attend to. Livid, Kaibutsu." Yuuka took a small bow, careful not to spill Ibara, and returned inside her home, closing the front door with the heel of her boot.
Sabitsuki let out a breath she had been holding, pressing a hand to her chest to feel the beating of her heart. "I-I suppose... that is that." The Mirror Youkai turned to Katrina, a smile once again gracing her petite features. "Thank you, Katrina. I couldn't have done this without you..."
Sabitsuki took a few steps forward, then took a hold of the demoness' hand. "...L-Let's go home."
"Suffice to say,my thanks still stand, Miss Kazami," Forcing herself, Katrina gave a small, humble bow to Yuuka, doing a decent job to hide the wrath she boiled with deep down within. She was more happy to avoid Yuuka's wrath than face its full blow after such long day's length. It wasn't till Yuuka turned and left with Ibara That the Seven Sin Youkai gave a grunt of a sigh, her sings relaxing. She wasn't dying today it seemed.
The grasp around her hand startled her, causing her wings to almost flare, but when Katrina's eyes saw Sabitsuki's hand around hers, the demoness relaxed, if a bit awkwardly. "Yeah.... Let's do that. Ibara is Yuuka's problem for now," Livid nodded, turning to lead the way back to the still rippling portal that her master had create.
The Flowers of the surface where so rare and bright. The demoness remembered why she belonged among the dark blood red flowers of her shrine all to clearly. Even if Sabitsuki chose to enter the flower of those red murderous flowers, she could escape; Katrina knew she was forever bound to the ill and atrocious monstrosities, just as she was bound to Mara's shrine, whose Shelter she thirsted for.
