I'd like to let you know, My comp has gotten a trojan, and I may not be logging in for a while. Not gonna quit, But I have to get this fixed while I can.

Arc/Story update:
Arc one -
Chester "Chet" Manley (he would be toward the very end of the arc, which would lead into the next story)
Teng Shen (First arc only - No profile is really needed, just somebody to role-play her)
Hamato Yoshi (Guardian) (This character will only be in the first arc and the very beginning of second arc - a character sheet would not be really necessary)
Splinter (Pre-evolved rat form - No character sheet needed)
Oruku (Oroku?) Nagi (Major character - Character sheet needed)
Oruku (Oroku?) Saki (Major character - Character sheet needed)
Master Tatsu (As he would be the equivalent of Saki's number one, a character sheet would be needed. It up to the player when to introduce him)
Utrom + The Guardians (Depending on who is playing them and how they are being played as to whether a character sheet is needed. I really see only a need for three to four to be seen - and there is already two Guardians present)
Ch'rell (This character would probably be seen a couple times in the first arc, if at all - a character sheet wouldn't be needed until later)
Dr Jordon Perry (I'll play him and I'll will have a character sheet drawn up for him, as he is important for this arc and possibly one or two others.)
Karai (Saki's daughter. As she would be only a child, no character sheet would be needed during this arc)
Yukio Mashimi (Guardian) (Unless somebody has a reason for keeping this character around, he is only part of the first arc, as he is a friend of Hamato Yoshi - no character sheet needed)
Techno Cosmic Research Institute (TCRI) (Obviously no character sheet needed, but it is important to the story and several arcs)
Kirby O'Neill (Haven't figured out how important he is. I know Kirby might be seen in the second arc [or perhaps a later one] but beyond that, it is all up in the air - up to the player as to whether they want a character sheet)
A Young Baxter Stockman (No character sheet, needed at this point)
Arc two - (Author's note: Unless otherwise noted, all characters require a character sheet from here on out)

Author's second note: Except for Arc one, those character's are fixed and only certain exceptions will be made such as select original characters, all character's are welcome for the most part in any of the arcs from two on. The purpose of this post is those listed are the major ones needed for that particular arc. This list can be update or changed. Wire_Colossus I'd like to let you know, My comp has gotten a trojan, and I may not be logging in for a while. Not gonna quit, But I have to get this fixed while I can. That's fine. I completely understand, as I wasted six months to a year studying computers. The kinks, bugs and what-have-you, along with a couple other issues, are still being worked out before this RP goes anywhere.

I'm going to have a lot of fun from arc 2 onward. 3nodding
Also, I'm thinking of making an Antihero character who was once a 1 ton giant land tortoise of one of the 2 species of Galapagos Tortoises. He's elderly, and if he were to meet the turtles, He's be fussing over them like a worried grandfather because He's never met a turtle in his life, and so doesn't know that turtles can swim. All he knows is that He sinks like a stone.

No. Far from it.
A concept character is a character that is still in the concept stages, in other words a character that is not finished, or is not the final version. A character that is still being shaped and molded.
If you are interested in seeing the tortoise character, I shall fill out the form. But I feel there would be too many story changes required to allow him.
He's an 11ft tall, 1 ton, 200+ year old mutant land tortoise who is the owner of four businesses including a cabbage farm, a wine distillery, a scrap yard/junk yard, and a bowling alley. He lives secretly in the forests of the state of New York.
If you are still interested, I'll make him for the rp.

If he really doesn't fit in, I am not going to press the issue of filling out the form. Some of the characters in arc one are the same way, but in this case they are pure NPCs. What do you mean by story changes?

His mutation was caused by someone discovering the properties of the ooze and stealing it.

Uhhh, that would most likely be Baxter Stockman, if the person creating him accepts the story outline. The ooze most likely would be created by Perry and because of his possibly history with Baxter, it would make sense that Stockman would do this in order to hurt Perry. That is, if the person playing Stockman accepts this story. If this storyline is okay, would you mind making the ooze flawed?
