You know, I used to think that I was unlucky. But as I really start to think about it a little more, I think that the people I used to date where basically people who possess the same qualities AND problems that I had at the time. Amanda is basically the only person who, like, DOESN'T have the same qualities that I have (she's the polar opposite of me yet our signs are ridiculously compatible), and she's the only person that I've ever dated that's been completely secure with themselves. Sadly, all of my exes reflect what phase in life I was going through when I dated / had relations with them.

Well, I guess I'm not anymore if I'm dating Amanda. Lol And truthfully, I used to be pretty narcissistic and selfish, but in the last year I felt a big change in myself. I woke up one day and saw what kind of choices I was making, who I was dating, and why, and just REALLY reflected on EVERYTHING and then thought, ". . . . . s**t. I really need to change. This isn't ok anymore." And then BAM! It's like ever since Amanda and I got back together it was like life really got better for me.
