◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ Latasha Kawasaki: Wolf/Mermaid Hybrid  OOC;; 'thanks..." she responded to his opinion about her weight, not really feeling like going on about her whole world crap. When she gets put on the ground, she was finally able to walk by herself and now sees where they would be staying at. She nods as she then goes over to find one of those beds they probably used a long time ago. She nods and gets under the 'blanket' as she yawns and goes to sleep. Tasha just tries to make herself comfortable before she dozes off......
"Mommy! Mommy!" Tasha shouts out; a 9 year old girl at that time; playing in the backyard with her dog and of course her stuffed animals. With her toys in hand, she decided to get up and go look for her Mom. She opens the sliding door, only to see her Dad at the Living room. The male looked to be in distress with one arm stretched to the wall...with his hand against the wall with another hand on his forehead. He seemed to be leaning forward as if having a massive headache. "Dad? You ok?...You don't look good." Tasha stepped forward slowly, not realzing what was truly happen: "Dad? Daddy?" She then leans down to look to his eyes. The father's head jerks and stares down at her...his irises become yellow with the white around it turning red. His teeth grew until it had fangs and his face turned scary. Tasha screams in horror.
Tasha wakes up with a gasp, she was all sweaty and her eyes were widened. She starts breathing slowly, trying to process that all of that was a dream.....She can see now that it was clearly morning and that she slept through the night. She sits up and wipes her forehead and eyes as it was starting to get wet. "What a....nightmare." She then feels her stomach grumble: "I wonder....is there anything to eat over here?" ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯

 The demon was a few inches away, his hand about to touch Tasha as his face had donned a worried look. "Are you okay?" he asked "You were sweating and kicking around...what was it about?" His stomach soon grumbled. Blinking he sighed and looked at the girl. "What do you want for breakfast?" he asked her as the demon clutched his stomach. Hachiemon hadn't eaten throughout the entire night and his body showed it. His stomach would growl, the demon's complexion was rather pale and the only other color that showed was the bags beneath his heavy eyelids. Now that it was day the demon didn't need to worry about demons coming to attack his wife. Hachie wobbled in place for a bit as his stomach growled.

She then gets up and walks away to see on what was for stock. She then comes back with a big pot as she hangs it up above the fireplace. With 3 cups of prepared Daishi Stock, 1/4 cups of sliced shitake mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of miso paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce , 1/8 cup of cubed soft tofu, and 1 green onion. She was able to make a Soup with Tofu and Mushrooms finishing it off with chopped up onion on top. It did take a good 8 minutes or so before she foudn bowls and gave some to him: "This is one of the simplier recipes I remember. I made this for Mom when she was unwell and couldn't cook for herself." She then starts chowing down on her soup as she then sighs: "And...well...I don't wanna say too much but my dream was basically giving me a nightmare...your dad turning into a monster kind of dream." She then finishes hers and decides to see how much he liked his. "That was all I could found that was perfect for the soup. There are more but it was either rotten or too small to even put in food." Now she kind of wants to hear his opinion. "And uhh...maybe you should take a nap...you don't look good." ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯ ● ◯

The evil being looked at the bowl of soup and took a whiff of it before taking a small bite. Chewing on the food for a bit he froze, eye wide. "THIS IS AWESOME!" he exclaimed as he began to eat it. His ears perked up as she talked and was rather good at listening while shoving food in his mouth. His eyes then looked at her before he replied "My dad was a monster so nothing wrong there." He then swallowed his food before raising the bowl to his lips and finishing off the bits and pieces, along with the juice before he held out his bowl, hungry for more. "I'm good though...I can go longer without sleep." said the demon calmly as the smell of the delicious food wafted into his nostrils, causing his stomach to growl even more. "So what did he turn into?" asked the demon.

Of course she shakes her head: "In my world, being a monster is a no-no. You have to be human or your a threat to society then there is a geoup of people will kill you and burn anything that you owned and make sure people don't remember you. It's way different than here. In this era.....it's a little more 'accepting' than my time." She then grabs his bowl as she went and got some more for him, making sure it had a lot more food and soup than last time as she gives it to him. "And...by the way he looked and the fangs growing...it could be a wolf or....cat...some sort of animal." Tasha then nods: 'If you uhhh...say so. Just don't faint on me today." She then kind of smiles, kind of liking the fact someone appreciates her cooking: "And uhhh...your welcome for the soup and all that. Glad someone likes it." Hachie grabbed his bowl and then began to eat once more, but this time at a slower pace. Once he finished a bite he looked at Tasha and replied "I see...so their's no change. We're still feared and hated but you're right. People here tend to tolerate it quite a bit more than what it sounds like from your time." with that he took another bite and a happy look came across his face. "Man...you are better than the other wives. Beautiful, great cook and you're a fish!" he grinned happily and began to eat a bit faster. "As for your dad...I think he could be a wolf or a kind of dog." with that he drank a bit of the broth before he ate a bit more of the food.

She did see he was enjoying the food by gobbling all that up in his system. Tasha then shakes her head: MY dad is not a demon...he is human... She then decides to get some more for her as she was still hungry. She then sees that there was only one full serving left. I'll save it for him in case... Tasha then sat down next to him and also ate what was on the bowl. With many thoughts running through her head, she didn't know how she was here....will she get home...and will she not die in the process?! She did realize that he was calling her his 'wife'....so did that mean he might chase after her to go to her time? He'll be dead in 5 seconds...

Hachiemon looked at Tasha as she ate with a rather worried look on her face. After finishing is bowl he sat it down next to him and leaned back. "Are you okay hun?" asked the demon. His eyes getting a bit heavy. Once he heard her he nodded and said "Yeah...we'll go onto the mountains when you're done. That food will keep me going for a good while." he grinned, slowly coming to the realization that once they got what they needed and Tatsuya would begin her spell he would then have no wife. No woman to keep him company for 50 years. Being lonely until his next choosing. Hachie soon leaned against the wall with a deep sigh as he asked "Are you sure you want to do this? Go back to your time I mean?" with that his eyes locked onto the girl as she ate. His heart thumping rather fast at the fear of her response. "And if you do...how much do you want it?"

"I don't know about you but....I wanna be somewhere I am familiar with. My time era I am so used to, I really don't know how I would handle this era....this time period....everything is so different here than the stuff I known and love. I also can't leave my Mom behind, I gotta go back to school and get a career I want." She would've said find a loving guy, get married, and have a kid but she knew since he might be... 'possessive' she decided not to say so. "And yeah...I'm ok." She spoke, not really gonna go at him for calling her 'hun' anyways. "And besides, your not gonna be 'that' sad of me leaving. You had so many of these 'wives'; what makes me so different anyways besides not being... 'human' anymore and from a different era?" Hachiemon looked at her and nodded be stranding up. A small sigh escaped his lips as a sinking feeling entered his stomach. The demon then stretched a little before walking towards the door and opening it. Stepping out into the busy street he said "I don't know...you're just different." with that he looked around and said "You'll need to get a weapon. We both do..." with that he walked over to a nearby weapons vendor. The owner of the stand froze at seeing a demon during the day. His eyes shot all over Hachie's body as he took a step back, hand on his blade. The demon, however, didn't notice as his eyes scanned the man's wares. His ears twitched a few times as the man asked "You're a demon...why do you need a weapon!?" The evil being replied "Because I need a bit more of an edge and I have a...friend who is also in need of a weapon during my absence." The man seemed satisfied with the answer as his hand let go of the weapon and went back to the side. The demon looked over the swords and grabbed one, sliding it out of the sheath to examine the blade. Seemed rather dull and the balance was completely off. With a small sigh he sheathed it and placed it back before his eye caught another behind him. "What about that?" asked the demon as he pointed to the sword, in which the man looked at smiled. He quickly got it down and held it out to the demon,in which he took hold of it and drew out the blade. A smile crossed Hachie's face as his gut feeling told him to get it. With a few practiced swings and thrusts he said "This sword is wonderful...how much is it?" he asked and heard the price. It was a reasonable 25000 yen, in which the demon paid and after sheathing the blade, put it in his belt. He then looked at Tasha and said "Pick whatever you want...I'll buy it."

In my era, all you needed as a gun...one shot can kill all. But now, she can only watch as Hachie talks to the man owning the place as the demon explored the place; checking out every weapon until he was satisfied and bought one for himself. "Alright...I guess I'll go find one.." She mumbled as she then picks up a few weapons...she was very unsure about a few of them before she notices something out of the corner of her eye. She starts walking over toward the darkness of a different room which probably had weapons the person 'planned' to sell. She then notices a weapon far.. unique out of everything she saw so far. She grins as she then picks it up and realizes how light it was. She comes out to Hachie showing him the weapon: "I wanna get this one!"
Right when she showed it, the man's jaw dropped leaving Tasha confused. "What?...Ok I didn't see this out on the racks but-" "I don't care about that!" The man said. "I wanna know how you can carry that!" "Huh?"
"That weapon was carried by an army of men because it was heavy, hell..it's hard to even drag it by horse! And yet your carrying it like it was nothing."
"Wow...the men need to work-out then." She mocks a little as she leans against the weapon, relaxing on it. "Origin?" "They said the weapon came from exterminating the demon king from the South. They never really gave me the detail but the demon must be strong if no one could carry it." "Can I have it then?" She asks as if she was planning to get it for herself.
"Yeah-yeah...no one is going to buy that thing anyways. I don't want money, just to get that thing out of the store." "Alrighty then!" She then starts spinning it around like it was no big deal above her head with her hands. "By the way...Hachie. What did I do wrong now? The demon looked at the scythe and blinked "WHAT THE HELL!?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU HAD WEAPONS LIKE THAT?!" he then grabbed the weapon she had and said "It can't be that hea---urk!" He suddenly faceplanted as the weapon left the girls hand. "..." Hachie then got to his feet and grabbed it with both hands before squatting down and lifting with a deep breath. After a few seconds of struggling he finally got it up and swung it around himself, not knowing that he had sent a small shockwave to the shop across the street with a rather loud crash. After placing it over one shoulder he smirked and said "See? Not that heavy." he then tossed the weapon at Tasha and dashed over to where she got the weapon and began to rummage through the box, ignoring what she said about being called a friend. "Sorry sir...I wasn't aware you would be in search of weapons like that." replied the owner as he slowly looked towards the other side of the street and froze. "Oh no..." he groaned as the demon began to curse and move things a bit harder.

She then takes the weapon from him, not knowing why it was so heavy to them when to her it was as light as a feather. She then sees the shop he sent a shockwave to. "Hachie...you just destroyed someone's shop.." She then realizes he was trying to look through the storage area. Grumbling, she got to him and pulls him out of there and drags him out of the store. "Sorry sir, thank you for the weapons and have a good day." She calls out, getting out of that area with her scythe as fast as possible before a scene came to them.
When they were able to get out of there, she took a deep breath as she set the scythe down beside the tree before going to him. "Good, we got out of there before an embarrassing scene began. Now can you answer my question please- why did you decide I am now a friend instead of a wife...I found this suspicious, unless now you started to like the priestess we met before traveling together.." She sat down on a tree trunk as she kind of felt... 'dirty'. "If only there was a spa or at least a bathhouse around here..." she mumbles as she felt her hair and realizes how dirty it was....but of course the closest thing she'll get to cleaning is probably a river. The fox demon's ears flicked back and forth before he felt a sudden tug and was being dragged away from the shop as the man began to yell and shout in anger. Blinking, his eyes then roamed over to the destroyed shop and let out a small laugh. "It's not a big deal." murmered the demon before he realized what was going on with Tasha, but it was too late. Once she brought up the questions he let out a small sigh and said "First of all. That Priestess is old enough to be my mom so no thank you and I find it kind of worthless to call you something you don't want to be." with that he looked to the side before adding "Just a few miles ahead is a bathhouse," he then held up the sheathed blade ", something's telling me that this is going to be a good blade." with that he stood up before putting the sheath back into his belt and walked over to the nearby hill where he sat down and let out a small sigh. The sigh contained not only sadness but loneliness. A light wind blew and his silver hair fluttered smoothly. [OOC: sorry been a while ^.^']

She can clearly see the boy is not in the mood for...whatever reason he has. She then just sighs as she let herself rest up for a couple of minutes before standing up. "Ready to go?"
After walking a good mile, Tasha couldn't really help but thinking about the events that had unfolded so far....how she got here.....how she met him and the priestess...how she finds out she is a mermaid....and then gets herself a weapon. It was only Day 2 and yet things are getting a bit eventful. The area around her she admitted felt better, and peaceful....better than inhaling smoke from cars and deal with noises from people and buses. Hell if If it weren't for the influence of getting to Mom, I would stay here....but being here messes with time completely. During the walk, she could clearly see all of the sudden what seemed to be a few men walking by them seemed to be dragging a cart of some kind. Tasha tried to not give too much thought about it since it was rude to stare but once it passed by, she stopped and glanced back...it seemed well secured. "An emperor?" She asks herself, realizing it was stupid and kept on walking.
Another good mile or 2 later, with feet hurting like needles, she finally sees another town...or city?! It looked pretty darn big. Many buildings surrounded each other with about thousands of people up and about probably doing business. Tasha soon guesses the place was bigger than 7 football fields. She then stops and soon realizes that with the clothing she had on right now...it could definitely bring on suspicion. She could get away with being a 'foreigner' and all that but this was probably a well-educated place. "Great....Imma need to find some clothing to fit in..I can't drag attention to myself."
