((Just a heads up, I'm apparently moving sometime in the next week. I should be able to post, but if I'm out for longer than 3 days, someone take over.))
With Cartwright reeling from the left hook, Brody took a quick step forward and tried to follow up with a quick right handed uppercut to Cart's jaw.

Brody's uppercut smacks Cartwright's head back again! He staggers backwards groggily, bouncing off the ropes back-first and then groggily moving towards Brody from the momentum!

((I tried coming up with a joke for that auto thing, but everything I came up with made me sound like a d**k. Go figure. sweatdrop ))
Brody kept his footing, not 100% sure how he should end the combo he had going. He was actually shocked Cart actually bounced back towards him, but doubted it was a Trojan gambit after that uppercut. Reaching out to Cartwright, Brody tried to grab his opponent's shoulders and pull him into a hard headbutt.

((Boo TP hiding his best material! razz )) SMASH! The headbutt does the trick and Cartwright finally hits the mat! The crowd cheers for Brody as Cartwright shakes his head, regaining his senses!

Upon collision with Cartwright's head, Brody stumbled backwards and put a hand over the point of impact. It took him a second to brush off the self-inflicted stun before he dropped to the mat and pulled Cart into a simple pin.
