Chandra chuckled a little at Sonnet's reply, "I was with you in spirit." Smiles, "And Daddy... he wasn't mad at you... right?" Tilts her head and thinks of her father once more. Would he ever be whole? Would his heart ever heal? She didn't really know everything that was going on, but could guess that it was far from good for this whole situation to arise. Trying to change the subject she walked over to him and kissed his cheek, a swift chaste kiss. "MY hero."

Sonnet gave her a nuzzle. "You think not??" Mad hadn't covered Maion's reaction, not totmention the suspicions that he had had about Sonnet. He had said nothing about them but the double whammy of the mating and the foals had left Maion wondering and it was a look that had been understandable as much as it had stung.

Chandra pulled back and looked at her mate, frowning as she tried to figure out what he was thinking. "What?" She probbed lightly, curiosity was burning in her again, and she couldn't seem to hold it back, not around Sonnet.

Sighs and shaked her mane, sending the curls and waves bouncing around her. "You know... sometimes I wish I had longer hair like my Dad." She smiled, clearly changing the subject, "though not quite that long... Elijah must get fed up of it sometimes." She thought about it, wondering if the hair was suddenly a metaphor for something else.

Sonnet shook his head totally perplexed by the change in topic. "Lets get some breakfast." Not about to tell her things unless she wanted to really know, especially not if it might upset her. Besides the hair things was lost on him... His eyes and head shifting to look at his long straight mane and tail, the latter trailing behind him as the former just brushed the tips of the grass. Yeah longer hair was not something he really had to wonder about.

Nodding Chandra agreed, Yes, breakfast sounds lovely." Smiles softly, wondering if they would get to eat so freely when they moved. Soon, she would get her answers soon. Her nerves were building about the upcoming move, her and Sonnet had worked hard to sort things out, and while they hadn't had a specific conversation with her father yet things did seem to be going reasonably well... she only hoped it would continue. "I'm nervous." She said softly, feeling fine expressing herself, "...what if... what if we're not strong enough to do this? It's a lot of working looking after so many... what if... what if we fail?"

Sonnet stopped and looked at Chandra, giving her a reassuring smile looking confident and sure, even though he himself had doubts he also believed. Stepping close to her he pulled her close and snuggled her, wrapping his wings around her. Nuzzling his nose in her curls as he held her, speaking softly. " 'What' and ‘if’ are two words as nonthreatening as words come. But put them together side-by-side and they have the power to haunt you for the rest of your life: ‘What if?'..." Giving her a tender loving kiss before looking her in the eyes, his sure and loving. "We won't fail because we cannot fail, and we will be strong enough because we have eachother and everyone else. None of us are alone in this and because of that we will find a way past any and all obsticals and trials we may face. I understand being nervous north star, but have faith in our family in our herd... They will not let us down so we will not let them down." He made it sound so simple when he knew it was anything but, but it was also just that simple it would take all of them but he would not entertain failure as an option.

Chandra smiled at his confidence and nodded, yes, he was right they could do this, she wouldn't doubt them again. "Ok." She gave him a kiss, pasisng on her love and hope and dreams to the one stallion who she trusted with them. "With you beside me... I can do anything." It was true, she knew it with every fibre of her being. He stomach chose that moment to growl and she blushed softly, only the white flecks on her face showing the demeaning colour off. "Food." She chirped. "Let's go get some food!"

Haki watched Heze, his movements a little slow after pushing himself all through the day trying to help plan and gather and plot, it seemed a little odd to him still to be up and about in the night but he was fast growing used to it... even if he was from the land of the sun. It was simply one of the many things he was growing used to. "We gather enough?" He asked softly, almost afraid that his voice would bring alarm to the other mare, as if having he so close yet not tied to him wasn't enough, as if he feared she would come to her senses and run from him.

Sonnet nodded and smiled givig her a playful nudge, he had adjusted to the night time lives of the herd but he missed the sun and all the many colours it came with. Walking with Chandra to go and get the food they had said about before. Glad her stomach hd rumbled before his as he was famished himself.

Heze smiles at Haki looking over everything they had gotten and nodded. "Yes, I think so." Looking around in the darkness, used to it, though she had spent time up in the day and there was a lot more veriation to things then. But this dark world was the one she had been born into and was the one she knew best. Giving Haki a bright smile, her curls ruffling in a soft wind.

Chandra notices Haki and Heze ahead of them, "I wonder if talking about them summoned them." She teased, though she knew that was impossible. Still she smiled brightly, knowing it would take long for them to get within earshot. "Perhaps I should encourage our brave little warrior to make a move on the stud before he wanders away." She teased, though she knew already that Haki was going no where, he was smitten with Heze, it was clear to see on his face whenever he looked at her daughter... she supoosed, that if she had to give Heze over to anyone she was glad it was someone like Haki.

Haki nodded at her reply, pausing for a moment to watch as he curls bounced and danced around her. So very beautiful.... tearing his gaze away he looked towards the food just in time to see movement... movement that soon took the shape of Heze's parents. He gulped a little despite himself, wondering if he should make himself scarse.... he stood his ground, for now at least. "Next. What is it we are to do next?" He asked in effort of a distraction.

Sonnet gave an amused snort only to glare at Chandra, working to wipe the glare off of her face before she saw it. "Leave him be and leave her be, yo would hate yourself if your meddling caused things to go wrong so let nature take its coarse." Shuddering a little at that idea, he knew that at some point Haki's traditions must allow for thme to touch if they went to being mates. The idea still grated, at the moment though he was able to accept it because they didn't touch and seemed just good friends, he was fine with that, they could be friends, in fact thigns could stop progressing right here and it would be fine.

Heze tilted her head as she thought, mentally going over the list of things they had been asked to do, ticking them off one by one. "We are to get some tree branches, about as long as we are tall, not too thick and some of the vines that hang in some trees. Eden is going to show/tell us how to make Pulls.... so we can carry more things with us as winter will be coming soon."

Chandra smiled, she wouldn't have interfered, had only been joking... but still, getting a reaction from Sonnet made her forget everything else. "Of course." She said softly, offering no argument based on his observation, even as she turned to look at him with a quirked brow... the expression on his face was adorable. "Though I do get the feeling you would be happy if things stayed just the way they are..." She tilted her head and leaned into kiss his cheek before whispering, "Would you have be able to simply remain friends with me?" She offered, wondering if that would help him relax a little... at least she hoped it wouldn't have the opposite effect and scare him more. As they got closer she chirped brightly, as if nothing at all was out of place. "Good morning." It might seem strange that first darkness was morning, but to them it was simply the way of things.

Haki nodded, not sure what a 'pulls' was but hoping he would at least be of some use, maybe his claws would come in handy. He had tried being careful with them, not wanting to freak out or upset anyone simply because of his vivid difference. What would it be like to have hooves? He wasn't sure.... nor did he really care to find out, claws were simply what he had. "Ok." He said softly, even as he heard Heze's mother speak, Chandra he believed. He lifted his head up and looked at her before bowing softly. "Morning."

Haki knew that this pair were important here, and while he didn't completely understand what was going on he had no intention of being rude to either of them.

Sonnet neither confirmed or denied Chandras observation, giving her a soft kiss on the cheek and turning his attention to the pair by the food. Everyone that had a job had a partner to work with, it partly for safety and partly so things got done sooner. Judging from all the food gathered Haki and Heze worked well together. It having been a long debate with Chandra over putting them together, in the end she had won, though had logic been on his side he would have won instead. As it was she had made valid points that they understood each other best out of the group, and would only worry that the other was safe if seperated...

Nodding he greeted them both. "Good evening." He was a day person even if he did spend his nights up and about, it felt weird to say good morning at this hour regardles that he had not long woken. Stepping over to give Heze a kiss to her forhead by her horn before hugging her. Giving Haki a small bow.

Heze smiled, not sure what Pull's were herself but Eden had called them that and so guessed she either didn't know another name for them or they were some kind of invention she had come up with and named them Pulls for whatever reason. Smiling and enjoying her fathers affection, giving her mother a hug and n** to her mane before moving back over close to Haki.

Haki frowned a little at the other stallion saying evening, though that did make more sense to him. Again not wanting to be rude, he repeated his greeting this time with the word, "Evening." Escaping him. His eyes watched as Heze enjoyed the caresses of first her father and then those of her mother... she enjoyed touch, he knew that already, and yet he still couldn't bring himself to take their relationship further. She had agreed to date him though... right? He had asked her that much, but they were still getting to know each other... would she even like him if she learnt too much about him? Haki frowned a little at that even as Heze returned to his side, as always she was careful not to touch him, something he both appreciated and recently... hated. He made no effort to comment more.

Chandra kissed her daughter in return, allowing the n** and caresses as natural. She would have done the same for Haki had he not disliked touch so much, no that wasn't true, she didn't know that Haki disliked it, simply that it was tradition not to... a world without touch... so alien to one as her. Hugs and being held were almost an unwritten foundation for the herd. Still she shook it off and focused. "You've done well, I'm sure this will keep everyone well fed today while they go about their chores." Everyone who wanted a task was given one, and due to the two-together rule there had been plenty to go around. For a moment she missed her brother Drashi, he was good at this kind of thing, much better than she was, though Sonnet rose to the occassion nicely. "I want you both to have a check up with Carlisle today." She offered kindly, looking to Haki and his wounds for a moment, they would leave horrible scars, and she felt bad for it... because part of her knew he had been trying to protect her mate. "I want everyone who is travelling to have a check up, just incase." She offered, trying to make sure that Haki knew she wasn't singling him out or considering him weak. Pride was not something that could be rebuilt easily.

Sonnet looked from his mate to the younger pair. "She's making me go too..." Rolling his eyes as though he had made a big fuss about it and been cowed by his mate beforewinking at his daughter with a smile. "Thank you both for working hard and making sure we all have plenty to eat.." Eyeing an apple and some carrots a little too much, he did like those flavours together mad there they were taunting him when he was hungry, but he felt rude if he ate when others did not.

Heze shifted as she sighed and nodded, the tips of her wign giving the faintest brush against Haki, she tried to keep a distance ut now and then she would give him a very light touch that seemed more accident than deliberate, though she savoured the feeling too. Smiling at her parents. "Ok, when we see Carlisle and he is free we will let him check us over, but we still have some jobs on our list to do, we were off to Eden next to learn to make the Pulls and get the supplies to make them with."
PostPosted: Wed Nov 21, 2012 6:43 am

Haki didn't mean to react, but as always, despite his thoughts, he shifted automatically away from the touch. Each time he considered it an accident, so never voiced his opinion on it. This time it had been the softest touch of feathers, they had sent tingles down his spine despite the movement away from her. He could tell they were all being careful with him, which had him frowning even as he nodded. "Of course. As you wish." Was all he managed to say, not really sure how he felt about seeing the good doctor, hopefully this check up could at least be done without touching him, he really didn't want to be touched by the doctor at all. Which was probably why Heze had taken over applying the medicine until Haki had been strong enough to take over for most part. The wound on his back had been one of difficulty, no matter what he tried he simply couldn't reach between his own wings. That didn't make accepting touch any easier though. Not sure what to do or say he shifted on the spot, looked at Heze once and then away again. He really wanted to move on now....

Chandra smiled at her mate, "What is it with you all thinking I'm being awkward." She chuckled, also trying to soften the blow. "But thank you all for indulging me, means a lot." She dropped the subject then, knowing that Heze would ensure that Haki was seen too as well. Even if she did end up having talk him into it.

Noticing the almost flinch as Haki moved away from Heze had Chandra frowning but she didn't comment, instead she simply nodded in acknowlegment of her daughters words. "Ok... be safe and stay together." She knew she didn't have to say it, but couldn't help it, the compassionate and worried side of her couldn't ignore the threat any longer. She wanted everyone safe and happy.

Sonnet just smiled and said nothing in responce to his mate. "We shoul leave them to their jobs, we have our own list and wont be gettign anywhere if your stomach starts rumbling again." His tone teasing and playful.

Heze smiled at her parents teasing eachother, she loved to see them like this, so close and loving. Though she felt a soft stab as Haki moved away from her. Noddign and looking at him. "Yes we should get on"

Chandra rolled her eyes at her mate, and bumped him purposefully with her rump before looking up at Heze, "Ok dear." Turns back to Sonnet with mock offense upon her face, "Now you... since you are so so concerned about my stomach...." grins, "...can feed me."

Haki wasn't completely oblivious to the fact he had obviously hurt Heze, he would try and make it up to her later... somehow, though he wasn't exactly sure how.... he frowned thinking about it even as he bowed his head in silent contemplation as they were essentially dismissed. His eyes watched the playful interaction between mates before he turned and walked... anywhere but there, surrounded by the love that Heze was obvious so used to... would he ever be able to offer her that? When he couldn't even seem to accept a whisper of her wings. He tried to tell himself that it was because they hadn't yet held the ceremony... but what if it was more than that? What if he was simply too use to not being touched that the sudden change was too much for him to handle? Please, he thought, don't let that be the case.

He found his voice as they wandered a little way away. Needing the distraction more than anything else. "Where first... Eden," When he said the name it sounded more like 'edven' "Or sticks?"

Sonnet gave Chandra a courtly bow, smiling at her. "Whatever my lady wishes." Moving away to the pile of food and carefully selectig the best of what he knew she liked, picking them up by stems if he could and offering them to her.

Heze gave Haki a smile, dismissing her hurt, it would take time, and they were still working things out together, there was no rush, even though there was a part of her that wanted the world to know, there was no rush. She just needed to remind herself of that. Picking up a pear and tossing it his way before grabbign one for herself, starting to walk off towards the trees, speaking around the fruit. "Sticks." After all they needed somethign to work with and learn on.
PostPosted: Wed Nov 21, 2012 7:19 am

Chandra giggled with delight when Sonnet actually went to feed her, she loved that he listened to her, loved still that he play with her and treat her as special. Settling down she took the food gratefully before looking at the carrots and apples. She knew he had a soft spot for them, "I see your faviourites are there too. You should get some before they are all gone." Though that wouldn't happen considering no one else was taking food right now. Eating up she enjoyed the delectable delights her mate had picked out for her.

Haki turned in time to see the pear being tossed, used his claw foot to catch it and take a bite out of it before using his mouth to carry it. Sticks... ok.... every now and then he would pause, using his claw to help him eat his breakfast before continuing on. Soon the pear was gone, he licked his lips realising he was growing rather fond of such sweeter fruits. "I... eh... " He searched for the word for a moment, "seen what may help near here." He pointed with his claw to the forest, in particular a point near the lake that did seem to get a lot of drift wood and other things washed upon the shore.

Sonnet smiled as he dangled another treat before her not in any hurry to eat himself, sure he was hungry but he was taking the chance to let her know that she was a treasure to him and that she was special. "If they are gone they are gone, I'll eat something else, but you my north star always come first."

Heze often watched, fascinated by his claws, having been impressed when he made the bracelet that she still wore, but the more he saw them in action the more fascinated she became. He could do so much with them. Looking where he was pointing. "Then we start there, Anything else we find that might be useful we take to Eden, shes the brains of everything given that she can't do as much physically now she is getting rounder."

Chandra tilted her head at those sweet words, her smile so full of love that she was sure she would explode from how much she had. Taking the treat with relish and a lick of her lips and leaned towards him and stole a sweet little kiss. Words weren't needed... this would likely be the last chance they would get for such games, the next week or so promising to be busy and choatic as they moved and found their rhythm....

Haki nodded at her reply, even as he tilted his head and said in question, "Rounder...?" It took him a moment to realise how the word was being used here.. oh, with babe. He was aware that she was pregnant, had felt a little in the way when the happy news had been announced in front of everyone... but it did at least seem to bring everyone's spirits up. Clearing his throat he nodded, wondering if Heze wanted children one day, before he could stop the wandering thought he spoke; "Do you wish to be with babe one day?"

A bright blush consumed his face at the realisation of exactly what he had just said.... but he didn't take it back, just gulped and moved a little faster.

Sonnet gave her a loving kiss and resumed their breakfast, they had much to do and time as ever marched on.

Heze paused and looked at him as he hurried on a little, starting to walk again as she thinks. Her first instinct that she had managed to hold in check was to answer, Only if they are yours. But as they were barely into dating at the moment let alone anything more serious that might be a little much, so she tried to phrase thigns tactfully. "I think one day it might be nice to have foals of my own.... If that is what my mate wants too..." Giving him a look that was tinged with hope as she caught up with him, her eyes returning forward so she didn't seem pleading. She hoped he would be her mate but again they were working things out to get there.
PostPosted: Wed Nov 21, 2012 8:10 am

Chandra ate her breakfast quietly, her eyes dancing around the place as if it would be the last time she would ever see it... which perhaps it might be. Her mother seemed to be missing, she had tried to find her to say good by but suspected the older mare had wandered to her old herdlands to see her siblings, after all Chandra knew her grandparents were dead. Death.... something else to worry about... hadn't Vara and Scythe died while travelling? Poor little Auva had been injuried too.... yet here she was, about to move her herd to follow after her father.... would they have an incident like that too? She hoped not, she really hoped not. Shaking her head she kept the smile in place, "Ok. I think I will go talk to Carlisle first, tell him my plan and have him start his rounds, Auva can help I'm sure." She was so pourd of her silent daughter for wanting to help and listen and learn the healer, and from what she could see the young angenicorn was getting rather good at collecting the herbs now. Yes, Chandra was proud of all her daughters... just like the other members of the herd they had their own skills, in the end it was all about trying to give the right jobs to the right person. Sometimes it was a little hit and miss, what you might expect one person to be good at turned out disasterous and vise versa... but they were getting there, she hoped.

Haki slowed his pace as she spoke, looking over with golden eyes and nodding for a moment. He allowed her words and that expression to sink in before he quietly replied, "That do sound nice." By the last word he was facing forward again and focused. Which part he was claiming to sound nice was unclear.. perhaps being Heze's mate, perhaps foals... perhaps both. Most likely both.

Steady strides ate the ground and soon they were at the spot they needed. "To work." He said softly, his voice sounding a little strained.

Sonnet nodded finally caving and taking something for himself, still feeding Chandra between bites. smiling at her. "Sounds a good idea, if he needs to see everyone it will take time." Having been worried at first that there might be a crush therebetween the healer and his daughter, but he had passed that off as him being paranoid. Carlisle was kind and seemed to enjoy the company of Auva, andshe semed to enjoy learning what he taught her. Not sure if it was a true apprentice and teacher thing or if it was just the healers way to include the silent young mare in his world so she had a connection to someone not family. Sonnet had no idea but he was glad his daughter had found something that she enjoyed.

Heze nodded and gave him a smile again, pausing, knowing they needed to work but feeling the need to get something off of her chest before work. Something to take the strain out of him and make him smile, she hoped anyway. "Haki...." Her eyes lowering a moment before she pulled her courage out, she would do this, truth was always best when it came to the heart. "Unajua mimi huduma kuhusu wewe, mimi matumaini kwamba hawajaweza miss kwamba. Siwezi wanaonekana kutumia muda wa kutosha na wewe. Lakini Mimi nataka wewe kujua kujua kitu, kwamba hakuna nafasi ya shaka au guessing. Mimi zaidi kuliko tu huduma kuhusu wewe .... I. .. Mimi nina kuanguka katika upendo na wewe Haki, na chochote baadaye ana, nataka mjue kwamba bila mashaka yoyote...." (You know I care about you, I hope that you haven't been able to miss that. I can't seem to spend enough time with you. But I want you know know something, that there is no room for doubt or guessing. I more than just care about you.... I... I'm falling in love with you Haki, and whatever the future holds, I want you to know that without any doubts.) Blushing she shifted on her hooves and lowered her eyes from his, starting to walk again, clearly not expecting him to say or do anything, having done it for herself and so that there was nothing but truth between them. His choices were his own and she would pressure him for nothing.

Chandra nodded, clueless about Sonnet's fear that Auva might have a small crush on the healer, though she supposed she wouldn't have objected... as long as it was just that, a harmless crush. "Yes...." She stretched, her muscles still feeling a little lazy after her sleep. "But..." She chuckled softly, "...I'm sure there won't any problems. Everyone seems as fit as a fiddle, well, beyond the two we know of." She smiled softly thinking of Haki and Eden. Finishing her breakfast she stole one last kiss from her mate before rising, wiggling her wings and rump as she lazily stretched before giving him a wink. "I better get going sweetheart. Meet you later?" She tilted her head and waited for his reply, having no intention of seeing Carlisle without it.

Haki stopped when Heze addressed him, turning automatically and waiting for her to continue... what she said... blew him away. His eyes widened a little and despite already admitting he liked her he suddenly felt as if it his heart had just froze and then skipped into overdrive... she was falling for him? Really? He supposed all the signs were there, as she started off Haki couldn't manage to get his hooves to move.... instead he found himself speaking instead. "You're... growing to... love me?" He used her words, not wanting there to be any mistake, no mistranslations or miscommunication. "Tafadhali kujua, kwa kuwa mimi si kujaribu kukuumiza. Wala mimi kujaribu kushinikiza wewe mbali ... Mimi, hawajawahi katika hali kama hii kabla." (Please know, that I am not trying to hurt you. Nor an I trying to push you away... I, have never been in a situation like this before.)

He took a deep breath, a small blush crossing his features even as he continued. "Ukweli ni Heze, kwamba I. ... Nakupenda ... hakuna uwezekano au labda. Lakini mimi kamwe kuwa na uwezo wa kuishi na mwenyewe kama sisi alikimbia mambo, ikiwa siku moja akageuka macho wale nzuri ya yako juu yangu kwa chuki na chuki, kama wewe ilikua kwa chuki yangu. Sikuweza Wakapeleka ... milele. Jua yangu itakuwa hakuna tena kuongezeka." (The truth is Heze, that I.... I love you ...there is no possibly or maybe. But I would never be able to live with myself if we rushed things, if you one day turned those beautiful eyes of yours on me with dislike and distaste, if you grew to hate me. I couldn't bare it... ever. My sun would no longer rise.) He knew she wouldn't understand all of his words, after all he had not shared all of his language with her yet, but he hoped she would understand enough of it. He stood watching her, cautious and careful, as if he was still afraid of scaring her away.

Nodding Sonnet grabbed a couple more bites, finishing up his breakfast, as he listened, his nods in agreement. Swallowing and giving her a kiss back before answering. "Of coarse, though I'm still wishing it was possible for us to work as a team..." Smiling feeling genuinely a little bummed that they had to work seperately, but there was too much to do for them both to do all things together.

Heze had frozen to the spot as he spoke, she didn't understand every single word but she clearly understood most of it. Her heart thumping she turned to face him. "Yes Haki I love you... I understand and have from the start that we are both working things out, learning about love as we do eachother and I know that you don't want to hurt me. I have a lifetime so have no need to rush.... What I don't understand is why you think I would turn from you and hate you? I can't even imagine those feelings in reference to you, when I think of you or look at you.... Wewe ni kila kitu mimi naweza milele wanataka katika mate, na Mimi najua katika wakati tutashiriki mambo yote kama mates lazima. Nilikuambia nakupenda wewe kwa sababu mimi sitaki wewe ajabu nini ni katika moyo wangu." (You are everything I could ever want in a mate, and I know in time we will share all things as mates should. I told you I loved you because I didn't want you to wonder what is in my heart.) "Yes I see the differences that make you who you are, I accept those and some like your claws fascinate me, watching you work with them is a treat that charms and brings me joy. When you asked if I would want foals one day, the only image that flashed in my mind was ones that were like you.... There is no easy way to being happy, but I truely feel that if you walk the path with me we can find it together." Looking at him, wanting to hold and hug him, wanting to gift him her first kiss, but she loved and respected him and would wait till it was acceptable for him.

Chandra chuckled at her mate, "Well, if you want to get your assessment over with you could come with me?" She offered, trying to find a happy medium despite the fact they knew there was a lot to do, because of that she had promised to stay on the herdlands and not to stray, at least not alone, something Chandra would do, if only for her mates peace of mind.

Haki listened and nodded, not really sure any more words needed to be said about this right now. Yes, they were still learning, slowly but surely they would reach the point where he could ask her to undergo his ceremony with him.... it was the only thing he was going to insist on, after that he would gladly follow her customs -well, mostly.... touching anyone but her would still be off limits but he was sure no one would ask otherwise of him- the ceremony however held more meaning to him than he could voice, and Heze was the only one with whom he wished to share it.

"Come." He said, smiling softly, his beak twitching a little with honet happiness. "We have much to do."

Sonnet nodded. "Might as well get it over with, though I know what you are really up to." His eyes teasing as he slips past her heading for the healer with her slightly behind him, adding to his teasing, the tone thick that he was definately teasing. "You are just getting me checked out because you are all broody again because of Eden." He knew Chandra wanted more foals, wanted a big family, but the time wasn't right. When the herd had settled down, and things were happy again it would be time. For now he would just tease her a little as she often teased him.

Heze nodded and smiled settling back into a comfortable pace with him to go and gather up the bits they would need. Her mind going to where Eden came up with her ideas as she was content and secure in Haki's company again.

Chandra first blinked in surprise then chuckled in response to Sonnet's words, "I hadn't been thinking that.... but now that you mention it." She chirped brightly, catching him up with a skip in her step and a song in her heart, "Getting broody is a very good excuse." She smiled and looked at her mate, not at all trying to push him or guilt trip him into anything, Chandra had accepted that they must wait, and wait she would. It was nice to know that it simply wasn't completely off the table... for one day... one day she wouldn't be able to wait any longer. "Maybe next time we'll have all boys!" She chirped brightly, knowing full well that was what Eden and Orion were expecting, three bouncing beautiful boys. Part of her wished she had Alice's ability, that she could see the future and actually be able to have a sneak peek at the three beautiful babies before they arrived... she didn't, so as with everything, she would wait for that too. The white pelt of the healer could be seen in the distance, joined by the mixed purple, black and white one of her daughter Auva.

Sonnet quirked a brow and chuckled, he was not one to take anything totally off the table, but thne she knew that. Eventually she would tell him she wanted more and they would talk about it. Till then they would tease. Sighing at the thought of 3 sons, the sound almost one of pleasure. "One can only hope." He loved his daughters, would never have changed any of them but before they had been born he had hoped for at least one son. That had not been the case but eventually he hoped, he wanted a son he could pass on the traditions his father had taught him to. Not that he couldn't teach a girl, but his father hadn't taught his sisters and so it was a father son thign in hi mind.

Carlisle was going over the healing supplies they had gathered with Auva, he would name something and she would locate it. they had a system going, but this also reinforced her knowledge helping her identify dried herbs and preserved items by smell and sight, though in some cases they looked nothing liek they had orriginally. He also had some ready miced medicines that again she was having to learn to identify. He wasn't sure when she had become more of an actual apprentice but when she hadn't left and the teaching became more medicinal than casual curiosity he had just gone with it.
