Sin was pretty irritated by some hiccups with how her own booth was running, but she decided to leave it in her boilfriends capable hands and try to enjoy a few of the other booths. A cold treat sounded like the perfect way to start off the rounds and she smiled as she went for the Gryphon's Blood. She lapped at it for a bit before just taking chunks out of the ice. As she finished she noticed there was nothing at the bottom. Folding up the paper she held onto it until she came across a way to dispose of it. With her lips stained a darker shade she decided to move on and visit the other booths before she had to return to her own.

Desu vomit was the next scarecone to try; Eisheth grinned at the name, and almost laughed, but nevertheless the eye-scream proved to be quite tasty (not as good as the gryphon's blood, though).

Now, there were just a few she hadn't tried already. After a quick look, she decided to pick the light scarecone labeled as "Gross": soft and creamy, it was still to sweet for her, soe the alchemist couldn't admit she exactly likes it. However, that was probably the first time Eisheth realized she could actually put her alchemy skills into something like creating scarecones (not exactly this, but something similar), something practical and potentially profitable... She took another scarecone paper, and noted that for herself: not to forget.

Scarecones! Aedan made an exception to disliking cold things when it came to flavored ice. Making his way over to the booth, he looked at the flavors, before choosing an Arctic Shiver. It was surprisingly tasty, he was pleased to discover!
However, as he polished it off (all this game playing was hard work!), he noticed that his had not contained a token. No matter...keeping the scarecone paper, he slipped it into his pocket, deciding to come back later for another one...maybe next time he'd try the deer blood...

Mrrrr, these things were actually pretty delicious . . . Mort wandered over again and gave the two a nod in greeting. Maybe he'd be able to sample each of the flavors before the festival ended?
"Hmm. Let's try Gryphon's blood this time." Blood might not be his thing, but sweet-tasting scarecones were! Even if it meant only a paper cup in the end.

Freya came screeching back in, another victim of the coffee game with the hot sauce. She put her seeds down, grabbed a random cone, and slammed it into her mouth quickly. Steam left her mouth once more as the cone soothed her burning tongue, and she melted into goo at the relief. "Ahhh is good.." Incidentally, this time it was Desu Vomit! Gross. Seussi Ohhh, a scarecone booth? Alexander had never tried one before, having an aversion towards such things (he wasn't a big fan of eyescream either). Still, hadn't Mei said that she wanted one? Perhaps he could pick one up just for her on his way back towards his booth. "I'll take a bubble angel flavored cone, please." Alex slipped the appropriate amount of silver seeds up and waited. He had no idea what the flavor was but it just looked like something that Mei would like. Quote: Win Confirmation for Seussi "I've been pretty good," Tahki tilted her head, "Nothing major I suppose. Cept this booth. Are you running a booth?" Tahki wouldn't be surprised if Lizzy was. She struck Tahki as pretty social which was a pretty good thing. She turned back to Frost and nodded. "A pin? Yes please! " Tahki hadn't really ever been one to go out of her way to get pins but from Frost, she didn't mind. He was familiar. He was also arctic. Even though they were different species that some how made him part of something that Tahki trusted. Like Uller. Tahki trusted Uller for the same reason. She trusted Ren too, but because he was the only other gryphon on campus (even if he wasn't an arctic one). It was a make shift brother hood. One cone after another was prepared as Tahki chattered with Lizzy and King. One special angel bubble cone went to a certain zombboil. Tahki didn't seem to be paying attention to exactly what she was handing out. She mindlessly poured flavors on to the shaved ice and handed cones. Unlucky for the rest of the customers, only the zombies cone seemed to have anything worth winning.

The priestess holding onto his arm Soren began to move through the booths, red eyes taking in the sights. He found his way back to the scarecone booth, and this time he was ready for one of his own. Anything to take the taint of student from his mouth. He looked down, trying to judge if Nergui would mind the stop, and slowly moved toward the counter to order. Seeds from his jar, taken because he earned them, were set down on the counter, enough for his and hers as well if she wanted one. "Gryphon's blood." He waited as his cone was made, this time remembering that thing called a spoon as well. He began to eat it as soon as it arrived, trying to forget the lingering taste and feel of students on his mouth, and at the bottom his spoon ran into something. His eyes narrowed slightly. Were they trying to kill him? Of course he had not paid attention to the student warning him about it, it was a student.

Nergui didn't mind in the least. She'd only come to the Fright Nights event to show her support to her fellow clansmen, and the ones she cared most about were all conveniently in one place. If Soren wanted to stop for a frozen snack, then the priestess was happy to keep him company. She'd had the taste of student upon her lips before, and while her experience had been a pleasant one, she'd also gotten a choice in the matter, the guardian did not. When he put enough seeds on the counter for two scarecones the dark skinned mare quirked a brow at the man beside her, but a grateful little twist of lips followed. After a moments thought she chose Arctic Shiver as her flavor and took up a spoon, sampling the treat with an appreciative hum. It was actually rather tasty, and she held a small bite up to the guardian beside her. "I think it's a prize," she answered his curious expression as he stared down into the paper cone. "Now try this." Her own cone was devoid of any tokens, but that was all right by her. Nergui wasn't here to win prizes. Ramenli OMG He's talking her ear off. stfu soren. 8|

Funny place for a prize. The priestess was offering him a bit of her own scarecone, and it would be rude not to accept just a gracious offer. She also seemed to be enjoying it, so it was a curiosity. He bent slightly, eating off of her spoon, thinking about the flavors for a moment. "You chose the better flavor," he admitted after he swallowed. That was easily fixed though, simply by ordering a second cone. Really, it would probably be a long time before he felt truly clean from the students, but this helped for now. "Was there anything you wanted to see?" Yes, Soren was using his words for her. +1 empty scarecone paper

A flash of white showed as the priestess grinned up at the guardian. "It sounded the most appetizing." Of all the flavors only a small few sounded any good, and the one she chose was the most appealing. She chuckled as he ordered another in the same flavor, folding her empty paper cone so she could tuck it away with the charm she'd gotten from Lifen at the horsemen booth. She might not have been seeking items to collect, but while she was there she might as well. "Truth be told I didn't give the other booths much attention when I was passing them on my way to see what you and the ladies of conquest had set up." Thin shoulders rolled in a slight shrug. "I didn't see what else there was offered. Are there more booths run by out kinsmen?" Duty and loyalty suggested she at least pay a visit to any booth her fellow horemen had set up, but.. Neru couldn't say she was very fond of a good number of their remaining people. +1 empty scarecone paper from previous roll.

This was the first time the horse boil had stopped by this booth and it seemed fitting that he just came from the snow-covered one. "Shaved ice, eh?" Petro grinned, then pointed to the cone "Desu Vomit, please." What? Petro wasn't ashamed to admit he had a fondness for the color and the ToT-er it reminded him of. "Ain't seen y' before," he stated to Uller in between bites.

Admittedly she probably should have paid attention to the placement of the prize in these cones. Cone making wasn't something she was used to. It was fun, but Tahki wasn't the most careful. Tahki waved them both off as they left.

"Few clansmen set up booths," he informed her. Another booth from each of the other three clans, though he had only seen her and one other priestess in passing so far as Death was concerned. But one of those booths was only a short walk away, and he turned in that direction. "Famine booth," he said a bit hesitantly as he held up a hand to point, trying to remember. He was not sure of what there was to do there, he simply remembered seeing something in the set up. And he agreed with the idea of finding booths from others of the Clans, he would want their support as well. "Shall we?"Unless she protested he would lead the way, polishing off the last of his scarecone.

A few was better then one. Neru nodded, glancing along the rows of booths in the direction he was pointing as if she expected to see one run by a fellow horsemen nearby. There was none, close, but If Soren said he'd seen some, then the priestess was inclined to believe him. "Famine, probably alchemic," she commented thoughtfully. A nod was offered to him when he suggested they move along, and she took hold of his arm again. He might not have been her guardian, but so long as he was around, she might as well let him escort her properly. "Lead on."
