Ace was drumming his golden nails in a row when a short boil had waddled his way up to the stand and actually offered him seeds for a free pack. Though it was sinful of him to not tell Kiln they were free... it didn't ******** matter cause he was a sin demon anyway. Scooping up the seeds he gave Kiln a much more humble smile. Even when he found a holo, Ace resisted the urge to con him into trading it in. It was enough of a resistance to make his forehead sweat.
"A token for you it is then," Ace replied and gently slid the reward across the booth.
And as a horseman approached the greed demon sweat even MORE. Was he afraid that Kiwi was going to enforce some sort of chivalry for stealing Kiln's money? Warrily he bowed his head and quietly let him open the card pack. What would a horseman want with the cards anyway? It had been long since debated whether or not the clans would be featured in any of the card sets because of their respectable cultures. The makers of Halloween Heroes decided it'd be best not to create sacrilege.
"Ah, you got a couple good ones I see, very nice." he watched the others get stowed. Phew. "Here you go," he gave Kiwi a token like Kilns and shifted his eyes down at the little guy to make sure he wasn't crying or something.

The next booth Eisheth came across was a bit strange: looks like it was a Card game promo. Luckily, the alchemist at least had a clue of what a card game suppose to mean, however she had no interest in getting into this. That's why the horseman was a bit surprised to get a card pack for free, but well, that's how the promotions works. Out of simple curiosity she opened the pack, and examined her set carefully: hm... not that bad at all. - Fear Candy (9); - Fear Core (21); - one more Fear Core (56); - Haunted House (79); - Holo Rare Demon Arel (99); - two Nergal eyes (66 and 25); - Cricket's babies (35); - one more Fear Candy (15); - and finally Reaper Malcolm Fiad (94). It took the alchemist a while to figure out the actual rarity of the cards, however she didn't really want to bother other players: boils and ghouls at this particular booth appeared to be the game fans mostly, and she didn't really want to look inexperienced (or was the horseman afraid to be cheated?) Finally, Eisheth made a decision, and touched Ace's sleeve. " Would you be interested in Reaper Malcolm Fiad and a holo rare Arel cards? The latter seems to be quite rare, but I'd happily trade it for you". Pepzilla OMG, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR THE FUN!!! It's one of the best booths ever! Can I, please, redeem uncommon Malcolm for TIER 1 mini, and holo rare Arel for a Wishing Crown SE? SN is santime as well!

The booth frenzy has finally caught up with Heidla. She wanted to play it out cool - but how cool could one stay while having all those wonderful patchy things around? There was one booth around that gathered an enormous amount of people. Tempting. Heidla - with her mouth half open, as that of a child distracted from his toys - wandered there to see what was going on. Trading cards???? Oh really, that sounded like fun. Besides, she was actually given a pack. Hurriedly, not caring much about the package, she tore it open. A bunch of things fell down to the ground, so she had to go on her knees to inspect the newly found treasures. Anything worthy of her attention? She rummaged through the stuff and took out several cards she put into one of her pockets as "curious, but no thank you" tokens: 1 x ENVIRONMENT-Haunted House 1 x ITEM-Flashlight 1 x ITEM-Nergal Eye 1 x ITEM-Silver Seed 1 x ITEM-Malcolm's Staff 1 x EVENT-All My Friends are Dead 1 x EVENT-Cricket's Babies 1 x EVENT-Walkerbird Whole bunch of things, none of them rare. She was disappointed, well, not too much, but a bit of uneasiness was expressed with a small cough. Priestesses are born to get prizes, aren't they? With a sign, she picked the last card. Could it be that.... she almost jumped! This one was at least worthy of something. 1 x DEMON-Breck (87) She smiled. Now, that was a good sign. Pepzilla could I exchange my Demon Breck for a Tier 1 SE (glitched scale sprite. Thank you!

"They wont." Was he answer to Ace's comment about his minipets. "Well they better not..." with that he reached over and picked a pack. This one was different then the one he had gotten the other day. Shrugging he tore open the pack to see what he had got. "Cool." He smiled. "I've got a few good ones..." he looked them through and found one he could redeem. "I'd like to redeem this one." He handed over REAPER-Malcolm Fiad. Mini ID Izumi Tenshi

Another booth. This one wasn't quite like the last one. Well, the ghoul most certainly hadn't expected them to be all the same. But the game was different. It was cards. Trading cards to be exact. She had heard of such games, but the concept and thrill of playing them never really rubbed off on the Jiang Shi. Perhaps she just didn't have the concentration for it? Either way. Moving up towards the booth, she took a pack of cards. Ripping the packaging off and tucking it into her sleeve. She didn't want to litter! Fanning out the cards, she looked over them one by one. 1 x Nergal Eye 1 x Cricket's Babies 1 x FEAR Candy 1 x All My Friends are Dead 1 x Haunted House 1 x FEAR Core 1 x Walkerbird 1 x Malcolm's Staff 1 x Silver Seed 1 x Hellma Shox The art for them was amazing! No wonder people collected these things. From what she could tell most of her cards were fairly common cards. But there was one particular card, only one, that was all shiny and junk. "Ah hey! I got a Hellma Shox card. That's good right? For a trade?"Pepzilla Would like to trade in the Hellma Shox for a Token please~ <33

The wolfos was back, cards in hand. He'd opened his pacts but- He had one left. Maybe his luck at the booth he'd got them from would change? It was hard to tell as he opened the package with care, (the last one he'd opened having cards flying all around him). Two uncommons, the rest being rares. Not that much luck really, (Perhaps he'd used it all at the Shooting booth? Or maybe he just needed Jove to come join him in opening, cards). Still, he looked for Ace. When he fould the boil again- "Think I might be able to buy one or two more? My luck is quite bad as of late."

Phil woke up after his previous hallucination due to potential apple poisoning. This place was like a dissipation trap! At the very least, it was out to knock him out cold as was evident by where he currently was. The boil hadn't recalled walking over to this booth decorated with known Amityville faces and cards littering the counter top.
Upon walking up closer, the demon sitting behind the booth in a neatly pressed coat handed him a pack of cards. Carefully accepting them, not wanting to recieve a terrible paper cut, Phil examined the contents after an urging to open it by the demon boil.
Filtering through the pack, it seemed like most of his options were commons save for one. "Mikael Walker ... an undead." The boil hadn't the foggiest who that was, but held up the card as if he'd uncovered silver itself. "Hey, thanks! Umm... I'll just keep them in my pocket so nobody ends up injured." Papercut hazards to everyone was what they were if he didn't handle them properly, so into his pocket for safe-keeping was where they'd stay for now.

FREYA WANTED MORE SHINY THINGS. Only, when she ripped open her new cards, she saw the first card wasn't shiny at all. But still, ten more. She hummed excitedly as she thumbed through them.. NINE COMMONS?! What a jip! And only one uncommon.. but it was kind of a sexy one. The librarian, Avery Chase? She'd never met him before, but after looking at this card.. she kind of wanted to. She had no idea that she had already met him, in minipet form. What a shame. She decided to keep the card, if only because he was pretty, and she had begun to really like collecting these. Blowing a kiss to Ace on her way out, she waved and toddled off with her new cards. Quote: 1 Silver Seed 2 Malcolm's Staff 2 All My Friends are Dead 2 Cricket's Babies 2 Walkerbird 1 Avery Chase

santime You can only redeem for one thing biggrin aa Oh CRAPS. More horsemen. And for all Ace knew Kiln was still down there out of sight. Keeping that humble friendly smile, he watched the famine horsewoman tinker around with the cards. "I can only trade you for one of your cards ma'am," Ace replied and nearly froze as another horseman followed. Surely he was cursed.. surely.
And then the cards fell to the floor. Along with Ace's remaining confidence. "Oh Jack, bad luck-heh-" he stuttered and tugged on his collar. Treating her trade with the utmost care, he was quick to give her her gift. "Th-thank you both for stopping by," he said to the two ghouls. Turning to Micail he nearly pleaded to the hound with his eyes. The legitimacy of his booth was not necessarily being challenged her. He felt that he himself were in trouble and just wanted to keep the rhythm of things going right.
"S-sure thing not so lucky as last time eh?" he made his exchange with the boil then sighed in a bit of relief as the traffic picked up with more students and another one he recognized. To Mei, the boil exchanged a token, very happy to be getting a holo out of it. His collection of Hellma Holos was impressive as hell. Hell. Lol. "VERY good," he winked to her then shifted gaze to King. "Ah, I know that my friend," he smirked. "You are more than welcome to these wares. Here-" Ace held out a packet... but also an empty palm.
"That's a teacher here you know-" he chimed towards Phil. Luckily the mothboil wasn't redeeming anything. Ace's tail was only so flexible, unlike some certain ghouls in this school with mega!tails.

Eisheth frowned. Perhaps, that was a well known tradition in a gamers' community, and she didn't want to show her profanity... though, she almost failed. " All right", she smiled. " I'd rather trade out a holo rare then". Pepzilla Sorry smile I would ask for a Wishing Crown!

The exchange was easy, seeds dropping in. This time, at the usual amount of five rather than three. He smiled. "I would guess the discount applies only for a limited time. But you seem to be doing well business wise. Any luck finding rares yourself?"

Returning for another chance at some rare cards, Poke happily took the booster pack offered to her, opening the packet up and having a gander at what she had received. 3X ITEM-FEAR Candy X GHOST-Cricket3X ITEM-Nergal Eye 3 X ITEM-Malcolm's Staff This time she hadn't gotten any of the super rare cards, but she was still rather pleased with what she had. Although she had yet to have met the one know as Cricket. She frowned, knowing she had heard the name somewhere... Picking up one of the cards, she approached Ace. "Say, Could I trade you this Cricket card for one of your minis?" She asked. Pepzilla Can I get a glitched scale spirte please? <3 sn is poke mattix

Lady luck blew Ace a kiss and all he could do was stare as she walked away. >: Poo. He wanted to have her open a pack for him this time. He kept his frowny face on when he turned back to King- which curled straight back up when he over-paid for a pack. Once more, the greed demon refrained from saying anything about the cost even though it was consented.
"I haven't been opening any to tell you the truth. The rares I keep getting are from patrons. Like-" he turned and gestured a hand to Eisheth after taking her card.
"But I outta open one ya?" he said and started rummaging through the box for one and holding it up, wriggling his eyebrows. "Thank I should?"

So, that was how the boil was building his deck. It was a sound plan for those who had no plans to collect, or, wanted the tokens for whatever reason. A nod, he felt his ear flick, tacking a second to give it a scratch. He hoped that he hadn't had any paint stuck on him from that one booth. He'd washed after all. "I think so. You're making a profit as easy enough to see. rewarding yourself for a job well done it not harmful, well, provided you aren't planning to open them all of course."
