Fai finally glanced up from where he was saving his hair from its gluttony. "Ah, yes, it does seem I am in possession of two... silver seeds," he admitted, holding up the seeds curiously. He really did wonder where Precious had found them... probably someone's pocket or purse, he believed.

He handed the seeds over shamelessly and took the arrow and bow.

Unfortunately, Precious was far too distracted with looking (and eating) everything. Fai's anklet jingled with curses as his hair kept twisting and turning, blocking his vision. "Really, Precious," he said with fond irritation, "please do behave yourself, you've made me look quite the fool when it comes to shooting."

Ah well, perhaps later his hair would have calmed down.

many of the booths game had gimmicks that were ok, but nothing that he knew of primarily.

But a stall devoted to archery, of the art to bows and arrows? That had Kiln's name all over it. he wasted no time rushing up to the stand and peeking over the slightly taller podium at all the targets plastered near the back, and the bow and arrow sitting to the side of him. it was worth a shot.

even if the set wasn't the one they used back home, it still would work, he hoped. the only problem was.

with his current height, it was impossible to shoot a target he couldn't see. damn table height.

But there had to be a way. all it took was a little bit of pondering and-

Kicking a passerby gnome over to use as a stool would do the trick. The gnome had other ideas as he wiggled around, seeking freedom. shot after shot went askew and in the end all Kiln got was a good job and a little charm.

That charm was going on the end of his hat. he was pleased with that.

Somehow, Aedan thought as he cautiously made his way toward the archery booth, he had a feeling that there was going to be an accident, at some point, involving one of these arrows...he just hoped he wasn't around, when it happened.

Picking up one of the bows, Aedan let loose, hoping that at least one of his arrows would find its way to the target!

Laughing at his aim, Aedan selected a glorious feathered arrow from the table of small prizes, thanking the proprietor for his trouble

Fai frowned, thinking of how to describe just how horrible his shooting was. "It was... horribly aimed," he decided, naming his attack. It was apt--but not impressive at all, it seemed.

Then his attention wandered, and so did he. It was a good thing he wasn't running a booth--the booth would have been horribly neglected.

Rhiannon found herself back at the archery booth. Handing over her two silver seeds she picked up the bow, she was determined to do better this time.

She actually jumped for joy when she manged to hit the bulls-eye twice. She didn't even care that one of the arrows barely hit the target. "I guess those archery lessons weren't a wast after all," she said grinning happily.

Danny shrugged her headphones off her head and onto her shoulders. Clearly this horseman wasn't getting it, and she needed utmost concentration to remember details.

Had the pony ever given her name? Wasn't it something with an L? Larry? No it was ghoul. Lab? No ... Lam? Lam sounded close.

"I uh ... I think her name was Lam?" Danny said, scratching her head. "Lan?" No that wasn't it. "Lar?" That didn't sound right either.

Since yesterday Danny's aim seamed to have improved. He was able to hit a high enough score to win himself a good prize. He even hit a bullseye! That was new for him. It must have just been nerves then- because he had always been good with his hands.
