Daniel sighed. " they were killed for holding the same tittle i hold, lord death killed them and my dear izumi. Miss shira i do wonder what type of shinigami you will make when me and lord death die by each others hands? would you rob a child of his family? force him to go into battle and become like me because his love died? or throw a kid from the school for no reason? is shira i know you could never understand my need to do this for them. But in that same breathe my beloved izumi was all i had left, do you know the pain of being alone every night? left to the memories of the past? left with a hungry and rage that nothing can stop?" Daniel smiled as he looked at shira seeing the glimpse of sadness as he spoke once more. " i may seek the kishins power, But I have never forgotten myself to stoop so low as to devour the soul of an innocent. if that helps you sleep better." Daniel stepped into the light as he took the human soul hiding it away Daniels body showed the marks of miester attacks slashes and stitches covered his chest and arms.
"I call bull on that, you left several students hospitalized in critical condition. And not only that, but that soul you are hiding says otherwise." She said "No matter what devouring souls that aren't kishin eggs are a sin and a crime." she told him with a frown.

Daniel smiled. " i never claimed i didnt hurt people, As for the human soul have you not read the file on the incodent in the arctic? : Daniel tamashi was found with the body of student Izumi sato in his arms, the body of a witch in sight no souls recovered it is assumed the witch ate her soul before death. : sad to say only 1 soul was devoured that day the witches, the human soul i still hold is izumis its my last scrap of humanity, though it soon shall fade i shall have accomplished all i can before then " Daniel smiled lightly he had spoke as if the file was memory. Daniel looked to lady shira and walked to her grabbing her hand and flipping it over. Daniel lightly placed the soul in her hand as he turned his back to lady shira. " i trust that you will put the soul to rest lady shira? As i couldn't do it my self." it was clear though Daniel wished to be a kishin his soul was close but his mind wasn't there it was like he couldn't believe the evils he was committing
Shira stared at him with a sad expression, the soul disappeared then, going to the Death room. "I really do hope things will change with you... your soul is close to becoming a kishin yet there is a part of it that is still holding onto humanity but barely..." she said. She sighed finally "There is most likely going to be a time where I have to fight you you know? I won't hold back since you will be on the list eventually." she said to him with a calm tone.

daniel turned looking at shira. " i trust you've heard the rumors of my time of the academy? that i was a miester who needed no weapon? did your father ever tell you what i became when i held a weapon? " Daniel grew quiet and then with a sigh spoke. " i hold no hate for you, nor wish you or any students ill but i will tell you this. If you stand in my path to lord death i will not fall to you. Im afraid i cant. And as i said i want the power of a kishin if im forced to wear the title i shall but no matter how close it is i cant do what izumi always told me was wrong. Human souls are a taboo i cant break no matter how strong they will make me lady death. That is all the humanity i still hold." Daniel turned looking at her tired and worn yet a determination never to give up his standing on such subject.
Shira sighed then after hearing Daniel, she glanced outside then, feeling the madness level spike "Company..." she muttered before looking at Daniel. She bowed slightly "I am sorry we have to cut things short... I can't allow you to harm my family though... I know my family has caused you wrong, and I choose to be different from them, they are still precious to me and I can't allow them to die by your hands." she said. She looked at Charlotte "I want you to go to the DWMA it is safe there and there is a strong barrier around it." Charlotte nodded and opened a portal before leaving. Shira headed for a window, looking at Daniel "Farewell for now." she said before jumping out and heading out. ((Exit))

near the shadows of the window, Daniel sat as the yall left he was tired so very tired as he stood they were gone and he stumbled. Daniel checked to see if any had seen when he didn't think any were around he exited the office just as quiet as he had entered.

Xuza appeared in the room bit by bit, like she was being built up again from scratch like a sort of human puzzle. Eventually she was whole again, and looking at a desk. The room this desk was in was strange to say the least. She looked up and saw the sun coming in full blast through the ceiling. Strange indeed. There was a bell on the desk, and she had decided that she needed help pretty badly. After all, it isn't everyday that you find yourself sink into the ground, and spirited away (teehee) by the sunshine. So, she dinged the bell a couple times and wait. When no one answered, she called out to whoever was in this place.
