"I thought I might as well look different from Venom; I may have most of his abilities, but I don't have to look like him," Tatsumi said with a faint smile. He glanced at Magneto. "I've always wondered, Magneto... why did you choose to dress in red and purple? Red, maybe I could see, since it represents passion and strength, and no doubt you have that for mutantkind, but I'm not sure what purple represents," he said dryly.

Tatsumi shrugged. "Nothing, really... if it's your preference, I can't comment on it, though I'd think women would flock to you, to be honest," he said, his voice dropping at the end; he wouldn't ever admit it, out loud, but he was somewhat jealous of Magneto. The man had influence, power, knowledge and skill. Tatsumi had skill in some things, but was remarkably dense in others.

Tatsumi shifted slightly. "Mystique was the only one I found that seemed to have a clue what she was doing for the bigger picture sometimes... those like Frenzy, Exodus, and Skids... to be honest, all of them were morons, and my standards on that sort of thing are pretty low, like mentally handicapped low," he said dryly. He realized that the incident with Exodus when Magneto had been 'depowered' might not be one the Master of Magnetism was fond of remembering.

Tatsumi smirked slightly at Magneto. "Sounds good to me," he said thoughtfully. "What bothers me is not being certain how many like us there are out there... and how many are like that guy that had Electro's powers," he said quietly, looking towards the ranch style home.

Tatsumi inhaled slowly. "Grilled cheese is fine enough with me," he said quietly. "Türelam agba kontsalamaval. Tuhanos löylyak türelamak saje diutalet... pitäam mustaakad sielpesäambam," he whispered, just loud enough for Alexis and Magneto to hear, though he didn't realize it was clear enough to be heard.

Tatsumi blinked before blushing behind the mask. "It's a language older than Latin itself. What I said is something my godmother on my father's side often says. I hold your memories safe in my soul.` I never asked Ivory why it meant so much to her, but as her husband says: `I cannot control the actions of others nor how they see me. I can only control my reaction to them,`" he said with a faint smile as the mask receded from his head and neck.

"You'd have to ask them; they live in Europe, but from time to time come over to the United States; to be honest, I've noticed they never seem comfortable in cities all that much. A place like this, though... I think they'd like," he said, flicking his hand at the wide open land and the ranch house.

A friend convinced me to go to a city with her for a weekend... worst weekend ever..." she said and opened the door to the house. She held it open waiting for him to go in first.
