It can't be Sora..Riku asked where Sora is. I think Riku would realize that it was Sora who kidnapped him by the way he knows everything about him and what every inch of him looks like.. O__o just can't be him.

Uchiha Megami I say Sora did it. He has Riku in his basement. Dur heart and Riku can't escape because...well, let's just say Sora knows the meaning of 'bondage' a little too well... whee xd I so agree =O
I'm also not thinking Kairi 'cause, well, you know that'd be a bit too obvious. I'm thinking it's Sora-kun or Cloudeh.
Reason for;
Sora: Least obvious choice. Plus what Megami said.
