Ok so picked of hado and bakkudo and now that's left is the three custom. Also, I seem to be the first to attempt, but like your love of pole arm. I love duel wielding. My zanpakuto is a single katana while my shikai is two katana is that allowed. I have rped in some guilds that didn't allow it for shikai only bankai, and others not at all. So just looking for a verdict before finishing my character.
You can dual wield in sealed form for all I care. So long as during sealed form your weapon has no magical powers at all then anything goes.
To answer your question then. Yes. Dual wield to your heart's content.
As a general rule of thumb though. As long as it's not completely absurd we'll probably allow anything.
