Emery's eyes widened in surprise as Serene suddenly flew at Ren, interrupting whatever he had been about to say. As she spoke, her cheeks blushed bright red. "We aren't on a date!" She insisted, her cheeks only growing darker as she avoided eye contact with the pair in front of her.

KatjaJean They're good at ignoring jokes  She pouted slightly at the girl, "You're not?" Looking at her skeptically Serene asked, "Are you playing my brother?" A smile slowly grew on her face to let the girl she was joking before slipping into the seat next to Ren. She patted him on the back amused by his obviously annoyed expression. "Relax, RenRen, I'm just here to eat my lunch and then I'll be gone!" The waiter brought over her a salad with raspberry vinagrette. She took a bite and then glanced between Ren and the girl. Waiting for an introduction and some action between the two.

He caught a glimpse of the bag that she had by her side, noticing that a poster of an anime character was poking out of it.
He smirked.
"Aren't you supposed to be on a date with your husbando?" he said, as he turned back to his parfait, "You should take your Sasuke-kun and find another table."
He gave her a silent, shoo look.

Emery's blush faded as Ren made a joke at Serene's 'husbando'. She covered her mouth as a small bout of laughter escaped it, enjoying the exchange between the siblings. "I'm glad you brought someone on a date, at least." She added to Ren's comments, her lips spreading into a small smile. "What do you need us for when you have Sasuke-Kun, anyway?" She said, giving Serene a joking expression as she did so.

I feel so loved heart crying Ignoring the hint from Ren, she continued eating her salad. "Sshh...RenRen that's later! First I have to compare him to the other Sasuke-san. Besides this is a double-date! They're much more fun!" She smiled brightly at the both of them. Turning to Emery she asked, "Were you at the party the other day? You look familiar?"

╚════════════════════════════╝ Ren couldn't stop himself from grinning at Emery's comments, but managed to keep his face straight.
He then turned to Serene, sighing.
"One, don't call me RenRen. Two, stop buying those posters. Your room is too disorganized. Three, this is not a date."
When he said the last part, he accidentally met Emery's gaze.
He turned away, looking at the random guy outside the window again, blushing slightly.

Emery covered another laugh as Serene continued speaking. "There are two Sasuke's?" She exclaimed, looking at Serene with playful eyes. She ignored her mention of the double date, trying not to get embarrassed again, and answered her other question instead. "Yes, I was at the party. I am glad you are doing well." She said, giving a small smile. She turned to face Ren as he began talking, listening to his words as well. She blushed as he blushed, turning from his gaze as well. "Y-yeah... Definitely not a date." She agreed again, nodding her head as she said it.

She giggled at both of their embarrassed states. I ship it!"Well, if you say so Ren and you should know Ren. I hate messiness!' She huffed puffing her lips and rolled her eyes, "At least someone cares that I'm doing well." Sitting silently for a second to calm down she answered Emery's question, "Yes, the other Sasuke-san is my roommate! He's a ninja too. In fact when I first saw him, he was infiltrating our dorm through a window." She grinned at the memory, "Of course, I had to make sure it was him and followed him through the window as well!"

Emery was not successful in covering her laugh, and instead burst out in full laughter at the story told from both Serene's and Ren's points of view. "Did you traumatize him?" She asked, grinning at Serene. She really enjoyed the fun stories that she was hearing from the two, and had quickly forgotten the prior date comment.

Completely in her own world, she ignored Ren and answered Emery in a daze. "No...He actually caught me in his arms..." She blushed and held her cheeks in memory. "It was so very heroic. He even carried me back to the dorm room." Sighing she went off into her own fantasy world.

Emery gasped as Ren was suddenly incredibly close to her. Her eyes widened as they met his, and her response came out a little bit fumbled. "I can tell." She whispered back with a nervous laugh, not moving from her spot. "It's kind of funny though!" She added, smiling slightly.
