[.Silvr-Moon.] I also heard a rumor that they will also be making a completely new ending that you would have to pay for? *bumps for curiosity* D;

Just to reach back onto the assassination squad, can we also take out Jessica Chobot/Diana Allers? She stole Emily Wong from us!
No, back to the subject at hand, is there anything in the content that shows Diana Allers getting ripped to shreds by Husks as she inappropriately covers the final fight on Earth? Heh heh, but seriously, I've had the DLC downloaded for a few hours now and am really conflicted about playing it. I have four characters, all with different endings in mind, and I'm mostly worried about each of their little decisions not even showing up in this alleged "slideshow".
Also, where's Helena Blake, Cpl. Toombs, and the handful of other side-, yet equally important, characters that had influence in the first two titles? Where's the DLC for their reappearance?

I watched the synthesis ending out youtube since it's the ending I went with.
A bit too convenient but at least some things got explained.
However, it still doesn't feel like a complete, well thought out ending ...
Personally chalking this one up as a huge loss, certainly not the best game of the year as people seem to claim (I suspect AC3 will steal that crown from it at the end of the year ...).

Pilotslover I watched the synthesis ending out youtube since it's the ending I went with. A bit too convenient but at least some things got explained. However, it still doesn't feel like a complete, well thought out ending ... Personally chalking this one up as a huge loss, certainly not the best game of the year as people seem to claim (I suspect AC3 will steal that crown from it at the end of the year ...). Absolutely not GOTY material, even if you exclude the ending/Extended Cut. Unlike ME2, ME3 didn't bring anything new or groundbreaking, and there are parts of the story that really seem shallow and mainstream in comparison to its predecessor's innovations. I could go through every little thing about the game, but I think it's easier to say that the biggest issues are the mainstream bits sprinkled along the adventure. The larger busts on every female character and excessive shirtless 8-packs floating around, the ability to sleep with practically everyone on the ship in order to appease same-sex preferences, the inclusion of an unnecessary (not-even-a)celebrity character from a gaming company who provides the end-all review and score for games everywhere, and . I don't even want to go into the Prothean DLC fiasco.
And while the multiplayer is kinda cool, I can again say that it's not all that innovative, Sure, the weekend missions and rewards are nifty, but Halo's been doing that for a bit now. And even with all the free DLC that's been spewin' out, everyone knows the only reason it's free is due to the Mass Hate fans have exhibited over the last few months.
A great game that missed its potential. Thanks EA, and thank you especially, Casey Hudson and Mac Walters. Your names will go down as the men who ruined RPGs and their limitless potential. It all died... because of you two.

It's good to see that someone else is as observant as I am! I personally thought that ME3 was a huge disappoint and I am looking forwards to AC3 wiping the floor with it at the end of the year (Infinite would have too had it not been delayed).

Personally, I loved the newer ending. Yes, there could have been more. They could have given me my reunion with Tali if I picked the ending that allows Shep to survive but all in all. I think they did a good job. They fixed most of the concerns I had about the previous ending.

Deuce the Eternal OMFG U GUYS GOT UR NEW ENDING IS NOTHING GOOD ENOUGH 4 U PPL rolleyes Yes, because adding on to crap with more crap makes everything better. The new ending fixes next to nothing, there are still plot holes and inconsistencies, the writing is still sub standard and the new ending they created is just a slap in the face for the fans.

Or more specifically the geth/quarian conflict, the god child still doesn't acknowledge that the geth and quarians are working together by end of game.
