"That's great." Dara said. She sat next to Eric, tea cup clad in her hands. "If you think I'm upset about the whole Harold thing its ok. I understand your motive behind it. You did a good thing. It's just that Harold and I misunderstand eachother alot. We just have to get used to it, that's all. No harm done." She explained.

Eric looked over at Dara. "Misunderstand?" He asked. "I hope that's all that happened....he's...well...you know. I don't know if it's that he's mad about the past or the present....maybe both." He paused. "Just so you know....I made a deal with Harold to get him to defreeze us. He gets to have the next fight. Umm....do you think you'd be able to resonate with him....if you don't even want to try I don't blame you at all. I don't even know what would happen..."

Eric leaned back on the couch. He'd never been this stressed out before. It was easy for him to get in a fight without being worried, even if he knew he would probably die. But the potential for Dara being hurt, especially by him, worried him sick.

Just then Black Star walked through the door with a practice sword. He didn't answer Black Star, deciding instead that it would be better for Dara to speak with him.

"Pretty good. Better when you're around of course." Dara replied with a bright smile. "And...our soul count is now up to 15 souls leaving us with 84 kishin souls and 1 witch soul left to go." she updated.

"Hopefully someone a bit easier and not half as psycho as that kishin girl." Dara said, shuddering at the thought of the kishin they had encountered on their recent mission. "I feel like you don't give yourself enough credit, Eric. You're an amazing and awesome guy. It may be my own personal opinion but if I'm the only one who thinks so then at least I know I have you all to myself." Dara said in a half-teasing manner.

Dara didn't know if that was a compliment or a foreshadowing of a break up. Trying not.to think too hard about it, she shrugged it off. "Hey, now. Just because you're a kishin egg doesn't make you any less awesome than others in the world it just makes you more special." Dara argued. "And I think we are equally amazing. We make a kick-butt team and a too adorable to be real couple. Embrace the awesome that radiates off of us both. And if you need a little convincing still..." Dara said trailing off a bit just to come back and kiss Eric on the cheek. "You are just the right guy for me so don't try talking yourself out of it Mister." she playfully reprimanded.

"Talk me out of it?" He asked, laughed. "I was trying to talk some sense into your head." He froze when she kissed him. He slowly raised his hand to his cheek. He said nothing but just sat frozen as Black Star walked in, spoke and walked out. Finally he sighed and looked over to her, smiling. "But I'll stop trying to, I promise. We've had enough drama for one day" He said. "And yeah, we make a great team. Wouldn't want any other weapon." He said. "I wonder if anyone else is gonna show up to your party?" He asked, looking around.
