Neko grinned a little watching the Pokemon go crazy, this seemed almost perfect when the sand swooped up, not only did keen eye prevent her acccuracy from lowering but they could use this to their advantage. "Talon use Gust now!!"
The Pedgey nodded to show she heard and started to flap her wings really fast, over and over with as much power as her little muscles would alow creating a huuuge gust of wind to form and swirl around Fish trying to catch the little mite.
"I hope this works, but look at 'im go, really fast." She was definately impressed, that was for sure.

while it was amuzing to watch her pokemon run around there, she was also happy to see saiya was using her pokemon to the best of their ability. Plus she was also happy she was coming up with half decent stragegies for once.
"keep your eyes closed and use that gust to gain some high and use a headbutt on the birdy" she grinned evily to see how this will work out.
(I'm assuming a gust attack is similiar to a twister, in that it has strong wind and can be used to push the person in a direction, in this case up?)
ieee to must sand flying around! Though the gust looked like fun... fish turned around and ran straight for the gust attack. His eyes were closed now which did make things harder for him to know where his opponent was, but it kept most of the sand out of his eyes. Once in the gust attack the winds started to whip at him but he ignored it for the most, jumping up and trying his best to get a good gust to launch him into the air.
Wooaahh really high up there! It didn't launch him that high but he was a small pokemon so the difference counted. He saw his opponent and aimed towards him in a diagonal arc hoping to ram him to the ground!...and keep running again.

Talon watched as a small and furry missile shot upwards into the air like a paper bag. Her wings didn't seem to stop flapping though and she wasn't sure what to do exactly either. "Try and dive out of the way!" Neko shouted up to her Pokemon, hoping she would hear through all the wind.
The Pidgey spilled her wings to let the air out, tilting her body and falling down, but Fish hit her tail just as he was above and she lost control of the situation for a fraction of a second, her body falling to the ground.
Ok that was not what she had expected at all, but at least she wasn't too badly hurt, that was a plus. "Try and get back into the air, use another Quick Attack on him now, while he's coming back down!"
The bird flapped, once, twice, and she was away and a white light appeared behind to boost her speed and Talon was headed straight for Fish.

"use another pin missle fish!" poke jumped into the air to enherside her excitment. "turn it into a flying pin cushion!"
fish began to fall to the ground and, looking upwards saw a very fash white birdy coming towards him again. uh oh... his hair fizzled up again and began to shoot more pins at the bird in hopes of verying it off course and to cause damagae.

Swooping towards him in what seemed like breakneck speed there was no way that she would be able to slow down in time to stop, Talon was already upon him by the time she was attacked.
1, 2, 3...
Three caught her in the head, and she closed her eyes to try and not think about the sting that had begun. The fourth sped past her left wing, just missing, but it was close, much closer than last time.
"Keep going Talon, your almost there, get him with that attack and then turn back around!" Neko wondered how one small little Zigzagoon could be so much trouble.
The Pidgey did as she was told, never wavering from her path, and once she'd completed it she banked right and came to hover in the air once more.

"quick! roll into a ball and use sand attack one you land!" Poke felt a bit paniced, as she was pretty sure fish couldn't react-
WHAM! fish was sent hurtling towards the ground and slam straight into it. You could see poke flintch as she saw the impact.
"um...fish?" she asked tentately, looking at the smoke that was about
and, after the smoke cleared, poke sweatdroped once again as she saw...fish running around as if nothing had happened, although instead of doing a proper sand attack it looked more like he was kicking sand around..
"oh boy..." although fish looked like he wasn't affected, poke could tell he was. She had noted now that fish was like a kid on a sugar high; they kept going and going without showing and signs of stopping, and then the next second they are down for the count. Plus he was running around slower then usual...

The Pidgey waited in the air, watching Fish run around the arena in a crazy pattern. She wondered how he could just keep going like nothing even happened and just shook her head, though it throbbed in pain as she did. 'Damn, a headache, just what I need...its all them pin missiles!'
Neko was thinking of their next move, she had one last attack space to fill up and which one to use and when was a difficult decision. 'I guess there is nothing for it, time to take out the big guns...'
"Talon use Wing Attack, quickly!"
Talon nodded as she could without too much pain and focused her eyes on him and his pattern once more, memorizing it as her wings began to become completely white and bright. Tilting her body to the left in an angle she felt herself descended to the ground. The wind rushed through her feathers and the wings propelled her forwards faster than she had expected. Just a little more, but she dreaded another Pin Missile, those things stung like a Beedrill.

ahh, just like a eagle and a rabbit. The rabbit would run and the eagle would follow after the rabbit, following it's pattern, and then grasp it in it's tallons and...hey hold on...!
"fish! stop right there and use pin missle, I MEAN STOP!!"
fish knew that the pidgey was flying over head and watching him as he zig zaged around as zigzagoons did. But then he came to a abrupt stop and ducked low to the ground, the bird zipping over his head and grazing his back with the attack. Ouch that hurt...
then as the pokemon flew away he fluffed again and sent the attack right at it's behind!

"Pull up now!!!" Neko shouted just at that moment, she knew what to do for once, he was vulnerable and only one Missile swooped in on her Pokemon with speed. Talon caught an updraft just at the right moment and her wings, as they stopped glowing, felt the warm thermal move with her as she turned into the air and felt it pass below her talons.
Close, too close. But luck seemed to be on their side this time, and so it was time to attack before things shifted against them. "Turn around to him and use Gust now, make sure your up high!"
Talon flapped her wings and skimmed the top of the Gym with her head and began to flap fast and hard, creating winds around the whole arena once more.

hmm, things didn't look to good for her atm..but then It really didn't matter, as long as she testing both her own pokemon and saiyas abilities and pushing them to their limits, then It was all good.
"use pin missle into the gust so the pins fly around the arena!" as she said this she stepped backwards, trying to keep away from this. Heh heh...
Fish was still running around in the furious winds, his hair fluffed up so the pins started to whip around in the gust attack. Though after the attack was done it was like a battery bunny. He slowed to a walk and stood there, just for a few seconds, before he fell flat on his face in a dead faint, with the classic @.@ to boot
"oh god..." poke just rubbed her face.

Talon watched as two Pin Missiles flew past, one went past her wing, and one hit her in the chest, she stopped the attack and fluttered there for a moment to stare, and then landed on the gound to catch her breath. Her wings ached from all of the attackes she had used, but she felt ok, just sore.
Neko sweatdropped and was quite supprised, she though maybe her Pokemon would be the first to be out with all the energy he had shown. "Aww man, poor Fish, I hope he'll be ok!" Pulling out a Pokeball she called Talon back into it. "Good job Talon..I'm proud of you!" Looking to Kane she waited.
"Well...I guess its on to the next one."

"heh heh don't worry he'll be fine. Give him 20 minutes" "she got her pokeball out and returned fish. "You do deserve some food, but I'm not about to be all clinche and say you deserve a good rest...though you do.."
shaking her confusing thoughts away she pointed to the stage, and spike jumped out from the sidelines. "your up...first attack goes to you saiya since you won..."
Spike stood tall and proud, easily towering over poke and looking at saiyas side of the field awaiting kane. He had already battled a dark pokemon before, and he went down easily. But, he wasn't sure how this one would turn out...

Turning towards where her most dark Pokemon was sitting behind her, she grinned expectantly it seemed and waited for him to move his backside. Kane rolled his eyes and stood up lazily, stretching his body in an arch, like a cat does when they wake up. Finishing his task of sorts, he strolled past Neko slowly and taking his time to just enjoy the buzz from his opponent.
Flashes of his last battle flew through his mind but this time he would control himself more. Not only because he wanted to win, but because he was more in control himself. He'd practiced.
Stepping up to the centre to stare directly at Spike he sneered deeply in contempt for this creature that he was meant to engage with. He also entertained the notion of after he won; he may wish to rub it in his companions face. What was her annoying name? Faith, thats right. Yes, she idolized and often spoke of this she learnt from this bozo and now he would show everyone that he wasn't going to be taken out by any overgrown pup.
"I hope you don't mind pain.." Kane smirked and his eyes flashed momentarily.
Neko rolled her own eyes after this; yeah...this battle was gonna be a long one for sure. "Alright Kane start of with Confuse Ray! Lets see what his battle defence is." The Umbreon snorted and then his red eyes turned blue as some sort of shift in the atmosphere may make you believe you could be seeing things.

spike looked at poke and she nodded, and he turned aorund and look, surprizely bored. Poke knew that, with dark pokemon they were easily aggrivate so, she decided to go on that route.
But man, what a pain in the arse attack, she didn't realise umbreons knew it. In fact her last battle with yasha hitsu didn't even use it...aww man. She watched her pokemon struggle to keep a stright face as it began to stager, fall over, and then charge suddenly forwards.
"spike, use agility!" she called, and still he did not comply with her command. Gah, she was gonna show this punk who was boss when spike regained his state of mind...

Kane watched in satisfaction at the Arcanine in front as he looked like he didn't know where his head was let alone the Umbreon. Spike came forwards and he moved gently to the side as he barreld past.
"Alright Kane use Bite on him while he's confused!" Neko felt kind of bad about this but there really wasn't much she could do about it, a battle was a battle after all. Still she liked Spike, always had and it felt nasty to see him frustraited like that.
Watching for a few more minutes Kane saw an opening suddenly and took it, latching onto Spike's ankle with his teeth hard, attempting to draw blood just so he knew what this creature tasted like. How wondeful he felt here in this fight, it was what he lived for.
