This is much clearer in some ways, but also slightly more confusing in others (that last bit could just be me, though XD; ).
What happens if a drow and a member of another faction mate? (My current theory is a supernova explosion...) Are there times/places where the three factions meet on neutral ground (like festivals or birth/death)?

They don't tend to mate XDD The odds are that if someone goes into the drow territory- they get killed or captured to be a chew toy. Drow aren't welcome into the rest of the territory.

So the Sindar and Asrai are told the Drow are viscous kidnappers/murderers, and the Drow are told the Sindar and Asrai lead cushy lives and have totally abandoned them...
Yeah, that'd cause some tension.

Yeah in a nutshell. XDD The drow are the things that snatch up little good cubs in the night.
And the Sindar and Asrai are why the drow suffer.
