He nodded a bit. "Yeah, I am. Well as much fun as I could have by myself." He
scratched the back of his head. "Are you making sand castles? Can I help?"
He sat down beside her. "Emilia showed me how a bit ago! You want the moist
sand underneath this dry stuff."
With those words he began to clear a patch of sand, digging until he found the
damp goodness.

((*Flops* Just spent the last thirty minutes chasing my mutt around the yard...x_x))
Star watched the small group for a little while before shrugging and getting to her feet and pulling off her wrap and setting it down, walking into the water until the water was to about mid-thigh before taking a deep breath and diving in and swimming a few yards deeper, looking around curiously, surprised by how clear and warm the water was, resurfacing a few minutes later with a deep gasp, trying to drag some air into her lungs, and pushing several strands of soaked air out of her eyes as she attempted to blink the water from them.

"Alright." She smiled brightly and watched in awe as he showed her what to do. "So, moist under dry...got it."
A dark mass lurked towards Star from behind.

Timothy nodded before gently taking the shovel from her. "There's also
something else cool!" He started digging down showing the two girls. "If you dig
deep enough, You reach the water!"
It took him a few minutes but eventually her had a hole deep enough that he
pulled out very watery-sand. "This sand..." He let it dribble through his fingers-
"Is really good for decorating too." He watched the sandy drips dry in their
shape, piling up on top of one another, creating an interesting shape. "Here! Try
it. Just grab some and let it drip from your finger tips."

((Chaoe: Thanks... you have no idea... My dog looks like a freaking MISSILE when he's running, that's how fast he is and everytime I got him to run inside he ran back out before I could close the door DX))
Star took several deep breaths before laying back in the water, and closing her eyes, humming in contentment at the feel of the warm water and sunlight soaking her pale skin.

Chaoe's eyes sparkled and she picked up some of the muddy sand, letting it slip through her fingers. "I-it's feel weird.." She stared at it curiously.
The form drew nearer until it was right behind her, looming. A wet furry thing brushed close to her leg.

Timothy nodded, before offering some to the littler girl. "Yeah- and it's colder
too." He gave the shovel back to Chaoe before speaking again. "Here, Fill up
the bucket with damp sand. Remember to pat it down well!"

((Yep.... HE'S EVIL! And oddly intelligent...-_-"))
Star jolted slightly at the feel of something brushing her leg, the fleeting touch to quick for her to tell what it was. She shifted in the water so that she was no longer floating but swimming once more, turning around once or twice in search of whatever it had been before shrugging her shoulders and shifting to just float on the water's surface once more.

"'Kay." She picked took her shovel and started scooping the wet sand into the bucket, packing it in as much as she could. Wondering what they were going to do with it afterwards, she continued until it was full and packed tightly. With a huff she patted it down once more, smiling to herself over her accomplishment in the task.
The mass then tickled her sides with teh appendage.

Timothy watched her and nodded at her accomplishment. "And now we dump it out!"
Taking the bucket, he turned it up-side-down quickly before it slipped out,
partially slamming it against the ground. He looked up at Chaoe hoping to see
a surprised face before his own turned into a mischievous look. "Watch the magic!"
Carefully he removed the bucket to reveal a perfect bucket-shaped mound of sand. "Taa-Daa!"

Star sighed as she felt the brush again before rolling her eyes, figuring there was only one person she knew who was brave-or stupid-enough to mess with her, and realizing she hadn't seen him all day, "Try dragging me under and I'll drown you," She said with a smirk.

Chaoe watched, a bit confused at first but when Timothy unvieled the perfect structure her face changed into one of excitement and amazement. "Timothy! That's so cool!" She smiled brightly, practically beaming. "Let's do another one! Can we?" She looked at him, a hopeful look on her face.
Darren popped up from under the water, pouting. "Awh- how'd you know it was me?" He whined, ears drooping.

Star righted herself with a roll of her eyes, flipping backwards in the water, and pushing her hair back again when she was above the surface, "Who else would think to try and mess with me?" She asked raising one eyebrow questioningly.
