"W-what did I do??" Jerry staggered back, brows knitted, "ROBERT'S the one who called me up here! I th-thought they were going to... you know FIGHT! Rep is... well he's an a**! Jordan deserves better than that!"

Robert heard his name, and so he took his head out of the carton of ice cream, his face literally covered in it, and looked over at the two bickering. But looking too long made him almost see boss and the bull making out in his peripheral vision again, so he whimpered and stuck his face back in the carton.

Candace sighed, watching Rin and Jerry with a very unimpressed look on her face. Seriously? They were bickering over this s**t? She glanced Robert's way when she heard a groan, frowning. Ugh. He was upset now. Great. Candace stepped closer, giving Robert's shoulder a squeeze and looking up at him with a small smile. "You okay?" She asked quietly, looking Jerry and Rin's way again.
"Guys, drop it. They're goddamn adults, they can make their own decisions." She snapped at the bickering pair, eyes narrowed. "If you wanna know what they see in each other ******** ask them like adults instead of fighting like children about it." Because she damn well was going to when she had a chance.
Seriously? Rep? It had been one thing to be told by Harrison but now she was actually seeing it. Rep had been such an..a**! Seriously!? How could Jordan just forgive that behavior? She frowned.
"Seriously think it's time we get off the roof now."

"Well good for him!" Jerry groaned, scrubbing his face. "Aaaaaah I thought... God. I mean. Rep you tolerate his antics but you don't... I mean he was going on about... about... aaaaaah..."
Jerry was confused. He hurt himself in his confusion.

Robert picked his head up out of the ice cream, and stared forlornly at Candace. "Not really. Just too much to process at once. I don't feel so good." He didn't know if it was the ice cream, of the actual visual of his best friend smacking lips with another man that was now burned into his brain that made his stomach churn a little.
He pushed the ice cream away and wiped his face with one arm, and just repeated himself pathetically. "I don't feel so good."

Candace's attention turned back to Robert as he answered her. He looked like a kicked puppy. "Want to go in and get some water or something? You don't look so good, either."

"Yeah." He practically whined. "Yeah, I do."
He was either going to go inside and throw up all the ice cream he'd just inhaled, or he was going to curl up in his bed and try to forget this day had ever happened.
Maybe a little of both.
He handed the ice cream carton to Leon, and wrapped an arm around Candace's shoulders, letting her lead him down.

Rin raised her hand to wave in the distance at the middle finger Jordan gave the stragglers. Legs still dangling off the edge of the roof, she sighed and looked around before texting back.
Baneful Everyone thought you two were gunna fight. So we came up here to watch. You two didn't fight. It's OK though, no one seems to care. They almost all left for ice cream.
She only lied a little.

The arm around her shoulders surprised her, blinking and looking first to his hand and then to Robert's face. Huh. That was the second time he'd surprised her now. First when he held her, now this? She gave him a soft smile and reached a hand up to hold the hand that was on her shoulder, giving him a comforting squeeze. "Come on, big guy. Let's get you out of here." A look was given to Rin and Jerry before she began to lead Robert off the roof. She felt bad now. She should've warned Jordan, or even Rep. Candace paused, reaching into her back pocket for her phone and scrolling to find Jordan's number. Ah, there he was. Prolixity Text to Jordan:You guys okay? The roof of the life labs has a uh..very nice view of the training fields. Text to Jordan:Harrison tried to get them to leave before you guys kissed. I'm sorry. I should've warned you. She pocketed the phone again, unaware that Jordan's phone had been turned off. "You've got ice cream on your face." She pointed out conversationally, an arm around Robert's middle. "Let's get you cleaned up and stuff, 'kay?" Candace wasn't quite sure what to do for Robert. Last she checked he disliked her immensely, so it was strange to be offering him comfort.

"welp, I'm done here." Rin turned to Jerry to pat him heavily on the back, "Last one down is a rotten nerd."
And then she was running down the steps, trampling anyone in her way.
