started Insanity on Tuesday. i'm on day 3... but technically day 2. because i didn't the fit test twice. because... 1. i didn't write down my progress 2. my day off day landed on a Monday, and i much rather have it on a Tuesday because i get home late from school. 3. i was pretty sore from the first day and i think i would have failed terribly with today's work out.
but man, i got what i asked for. i was sick and tired of slow work outs. i needed something pace. and i totally got it with this. i have to take a picture of myself to show my before and after picture to you guys when i'm finished with Insanity... or when i reach my goal weight. ^^ i'm so exhausted right now. and hungry. i was tasting my own sweat when i was working out. now that... that is a work out. i strongly recommend it. i'll be finished with Insanity November 6th. I CAN DO THIS!
now time for my Thursday weight in!

Ginhi~kun Whelp, good luck with your insanity program! Just don't over-work yourself. <3 don't worry i won't. ^^ i take little breaks as much as i need to. and i don't feel bad about because even the trainer and his members stop for a bit to catch their breath and keep going.

Well if you're replacing fat weight with muscle weight then that's good =D That's kind of why I feel losing weight isn't as important as shrinking fat/gaining muscle.

I've tried the losing weight thing...I failed. I'd work out for a few days then would be extremely sore and so i'd quit and not work out again. I didn't really log it though. This last time I failed because I was being accused of over working myself by my husband.
Rather oddly I am 5'3 and 10 pounds more than your starting wait.
lol
I hope you achieve your goal.

You shouldn't give up <3 If you feel comfortable, start your own thread here and we'll support you through your journey. I've found that it's easier to log things...and since I'm always here it's super convenient.

I might try that. Though it won't be until later. I've got some stuff to do today.

Rather oddly I am 5'3 and 10 pounds more than your starting wait. lol I hope you achieve your goal. yes, try not to over work yourself too much especially when you're starting off. and don't let your sore muscles stop you. you'll be in pain for 3 days at least, but if you continue to work out your muscles will get use to the motion and relax more. when i started working out this time around... and i'm doing Insanity at the moment. i was in pain for 3-4 days. no more than that. the work outs them self can be painful, but afterwards the pain disappears. you just have to keep it up and keep going. i know you can do it. :3 i just got finish working out an hours ago and i feel great. my day feels so good when i get my work out in. i say get a work out DVD. some of them are only 20-30 minutes. which isn't bad at all. have the "just-go-for-it" attitude in your head. the sooner you just get up and go do what you have to do the better you'll make yourself feel in the end. do let anything stop you from reaching your goals. good luck!
