Yet another Shock Wave, and Psywater stumbled over and almost fell to the ground. He really wanted to teach that Furret a lesson, and he most of all did not want to lose to her! He picked himself and his tail up with the intent of another Rock Smash, but his trainer's voice called out, asking for another Ice beam. Despite his wish to get in one last strike before he fell, he had to obey his trainer. He mustered all the energy he could to conjure a freezing blast that flew straight at the Furret.

Annabell folded herself nearly in half, changing her trajectory just in time to avoid the icy attack.
"Finish it Anna!" Shina shouted, seeing victory in her reach.
Annabell let out one final blast of energy, filling the stadium with light...

Psywater cried out in pain, not caring that it meant that the Furret had defeated him. He fell to the ground with a loud thud, and though he tried to get back up and fight he had no energy left. Lizzie recalled him before he started struggling around like a Magikarp on land. She glanced at his Pokeball, then at the wrecked battlefield. She thought of what she might've done differently to prevent this loss and bit her lips as doubts started to creep in. But no. She had no way of predicting the future, and she did the best she could.
"It was a nice battle." She said to Shina. "I hope to face you again when you're a Gym Leader." Lizzie gave her a half of a smile and then turned to leave.

"Thank you," Shina called. "I think you may have been my most difficult opponent in this tournament. I look forward to seeing you as a challenger."
Down on the field, Annabell looked around for her next opponent with eager eyes. Shina shook her head and recalled the Furret. "You did well, Annabell. Rest now, your opponents are defeated." Tossing a last fond look over the destroyed playground, Shina turned and headed for the healer's area.
