Evening All,
There are a few things that the force is cloudy on currently.
To start things off, with the ranks for the Je'daii / Sith, what rank does one create their character on? I've noticed that it's possible for people to get promoted in the ranks, I just haven't found anything saying what the mandatory starting rank is (if there is one) or what we are allowed to start off as.
Second, your battle system is pretty good, however, in my tastes for lightsaber combat, I've always tended to lean towards Form 3, both in rp and in real life. Main point being, you do not always need to attack your opponent to defeat them. (It works real well in real life as after a good five minutes of combat, I'm laughing while my partner is dead tired from trying to hit me). Would it be possible to integrate this fighting style into the combat somehow?
And for the moment, number three. Who would the council be? As one needs permission to have a blood line that is in relation to the Skywalkers, in order for me to have a decent of the Solo, I need to ask, as the blood-lines mixed in in 9 ABY.
If any of these questions have already been answered, I am sorry for repeating them, I just haven't been able to locate the answers... and I am quite blind to what is right in the open.

Say, would anyone care for a Star Wars rp through PM? I just find it easier that way. Check out my profile for my character's description. Granted, if you like the timeline set up in this Guild, we can do that too. I can always modify and make a new character. It would probably be a descendant of the one I already have, but yeah, any takers?

And thanks =^_^= I wouldn't really call myself an expert rper, I've just been rping with people who make my posts look like one liners... so I've been trying to get better. And Kinda, I do some cosplays and I'm a member of a lightsaber group. We do a lot of choreographed fights, though at the end of practice, we end up sparing... i normally can get up to 1v3 before they are able to land a strike hard enough to count as a hit, haha.

Canis, it seemed to me from your posts that you are joining the Je'daii, so I have listed you as such under "Padawan" per our PM'd conversation. Being that there are very few members currently, I wouldn't worry about rising in rank slowly, just be active and helpful like Esuritio and Nia have been for me and you'll find yourself rising in rank very quickly.

It has Darth Vader on the cover - did I get the right one? (I'm really getting my geek on now) wink Yes! We've finally turned you to the darkside! smile What's the title? Hmm, I've never heard of that one, but then again there are many I haven't heard of. If you get the chance, you should find Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi. That's the one this guild is based on and the one I'm currently reading. It would be nice to have someone to discuss the books with. They've only just released #5. i just got book 5

I still have to get 0 - 3; 4 was my first and it was a little disorienting coming in at the middle, but I thought 5 was great!
