Truth be told, in a spar there was a chance he would lose, he was aware of this, and lately he wasn't sure his ego could take it.

He had to laugh incredulously a bit at the idea of Sasha showing him up at anything at all. "Hah. No. Not in the ******** least. I just can't be arsed dealing with them, nor can I be arsed hauling Jordan and Ace out to fight s**t when we sleep on shifts and it'd mean someone missing out on sleep somewhere. Nah. Not worth it. Not to mention Jerry'd end up doing something daft again like running off on his own."
