“Then she should learn to be better than those who abandoned her and learn to do it in a nicer manner. She will be fixing my headphones though. There's no excuse for her to damage them let alone trying to make me deaf,” Jacoby murmured softly as his ears twitched slightly. He could still hearing a ringing sound from her damaging his headphones. Glancing back at where Tager's hands were supposed to be, he sniffed again before grabbing the others forearm and pulling it towards him. “I gotta finish fixing you up too...”

Looking at the girl, Tager wondered if it was a good idea to rub Jake's head like that. She must have followed Kokonoe down the elevator shaft. While he was not noticing, Jake had fixed one of his hands, which he used to pinch the bridge of his nose. "I think I may have to move the construction site...." The girl was fine, its just that building a sky city might not be approved amongst the list of activities allowable for students....

Tager laughed, scratching the back of his head. "Please try to acknowledge that he is a person...." Tager said trying to reason with her, Jake was no Jubei, that was for sure. Tager offered his other hand to Jacoby while his thoughts ruminated on how he would move this airship.

“I'm "average" in looks. Thank you, Tager-sensei,” Jacoby murmured lightly as his ears twitched to the scraping sounds from the gun. How irritating. “Please refrain from messing with me right now. I'm already mad at a pink haired lady today and I'd rather not snap at anyone else today.... I'm tired of defending myself from people who just want to treat me like I'm a child... I know I should be doing things like playing at a park, making friends and just being carefree, but I don't... I don't know how to do those things... I only know things that I've been told, things that I've read...”
He wanted to start crying again, but bit back the tears while attaching Tager's other hand quite efficiently as if he were already a master mechanic. He had to better himself and crying about being treated like a child wasn't bettering himself.

“I said to keep your grubby paws off of my head... But thanks for trying to cheer me up. I'm Jacoby, but everyone calls me Jake,” he murmured a bit coldly at first before he gently smiled up at the girl, extending a hand out to her. Maybe she wasn't that bad. It could just be a habit like when he compared things it always ends up in a food or technological area of discussion.

“A pleasure, Miss Amelia. We kinda went to a side project of his which is this flying city in which him and me are in differential issues on pronunciation of what it's name is. Then the pink haired lady showed up and now I'm fixing his hands and legs up with my own design of what the pink haired lady used in his recreation. It's original design was good for three years ago, but it needs an upgrade now,” he explained rather calmly before tapping Tager's foot with a screwdriver. He didn't consider himself as a miracle worker, but when it came down to technology, he was like a master engineer. He might've been bad with names, but he knew what certain things did. His tail flicked slightly only to show the female it was actually thirteen tails instead of one.

Tager stood up, and looked at Amelia, then away. Women were usually scared about his brute appearence, so he tried not to impose. "Excuse me, Jake." He said suddenly. "Are the Engines in working order?" He tapped his forearm and the metal slid back to a screen display, which showed some of the ships diagnostics, though the engines condition were ultimately decided by Jake.
