Rep visibly cringed at what he deemed grisly detail, finding the mental image of Rin draped over Jerry surprisingly upsetting. There was a selfish sort of satisfaction in the fact it had ended badly.

He's the kind of guy who'd be beaten up ******** daily at home and them some. People'd just throw things at him in the street because he was there."
He shot her a glare. "You messing with him. Makes me feel like I'm on the same ******** level as him. Its not a good feeling."

Rin shot Rep a deadpan stare, "Look. I can make my own decisions. I was hurt and upset. I just wanted a little distraction. That's all."
She was grumbling irritably at him now.

"Clearly you were desperate if you went for him of all people." he couldn't explain why he was taking this whole thing so personally, or why it was bothering him so much when he should be being supportive. Rin was supportive of him and his choices.
But he wasn't such a nice person it seemed.

Rin abruptly tore away from Rep to stand, "Seems you aren't my ******** friend either." her voice almost a guttural snarl.

I don't mind Jerry as a person okay, but his ability to attract everyone and anyone kind of gets to me right?" he gave her a frown, feeling guilty at lashing out at her as much as he did. "I just keep coming second to him and I don't get it."
He crossed his arms and looked away. "Harrison kissed him rather than me at the stupid man party okay." An act that was a joke at the time in many ways but which stayed with him. If Jerry'd shown up as Rin's neighbour first, he wouldn't even have a friend he would ******** Jerry and his ******** magnetism.

She placed her foot on Reps shoulder and attempted to shove him with it, "You wont even touch me so don't ******** play like I neglect you."
As if that wasn't enough she had to toss in one lasssst, "a*****e, I shouldn't be the one stroking your ego, I'm the one hurt here!"

At the foot, he fell off the bean bag which resulted in a tangle of limbs and a good bit of swearing before he righted himself. "I didn't say you neglect me, I'm saying I can't stand the way people are like ooh Jerry. He's crazy. The guy is a few cards short of a deck."
He got up and brushed off his t-shirt. "I'd be pretty upset if I'd kissed Jerry too. But its okay Rin, you are going to be all right. Its over now."

He rolled his eyes at her and shrugged. "When the ******** did you become so serious? s**t's just ridiculous when you get so hung up on it. So you kissed Jerry. So you don't regret it, great. I'd regret it but you don't. What else is there to say other than my god please think about it before you ever do it again? "
Kicking the beanbag idly with a foot he stated. "You can't take people too seriously here, you can't get attached too quickly either. It doesn't end well." He thought she might have learned that lesson from before. But at the same time it was one thing to preach another to practice. He hadn't really chosen to end up in the situation he was in. But still.
