Madilyne faced him as he spoke. "Oh. I see." She said still shy. "I'm not really a people attracting person." She said with a blush, then realized what she had actually came in the office for. "Um...you wouldn't happen to know where I could get some bandages would you? I can at least cover the sockets until I find the professor."
Mercer raised one side of his lips, in a half smile "Well in a way I do, if you don't mind us matching that is." He reached into his pocket and took out another blindfold like his own "I always carry an extra just in case something happens to mine." He said, putting it in her hands.

Madilyne felt him place the blindfold in her hand and smiled a little. "Thank you." She said and put it on over her eye sockets. The feel of the fabric on her face felt a little odd but soft. It was nice. "Um....one last question.....do you know where I can find Lord Death? I need to tell him something in person."
"Of course." He said, he took her hand "I hope you don't mind, this is the easiest way." He started walking out of the room with her.

Madilyne blushed more when he took her hand, relieved he couldn't see. The first physical....gentle touch she had since she left the house that morning. It sort of flustered her but she didn't let it show. "It's quite alright. " she said and followed him out.
Illo popped his head into the office. It was filthy, and he was just bored enough to clean it. He had heard that Dr. Stein was a madman, and he would take his chances as he shouted, "Hey Frankenstein!" His inflection needed work...

''Oh great.'' he started,sarcastically.''Now there's students yelling into my office and casually chatting like this is the local cafe or something.Since when did my office become the local teen hang out? And did Poison just break one of my chairs? Tsk.How am I supposed to get any work done this way?'' he complained as he stood up from his chair at his computer.He stretched abit,cracking his neck,wrists,back,and fingers.He had been sitting at the desk,focusing on his research for some hours now.He decided to take a lunch break.He had finished his work and he hadn't eaten all day.He really needed to start eating more often since he'd ignore eating for afew days to a week in order to get more work done.He took a bottle of water and a sandwich he had wrapped for lunch out of his bag then sat back in his stitched chair.He sat the bottle of water on the desk then unwrapped the sandwich.He then took a bite of it.

"Stein-jii! I brought you lunch!" Aislin announced loudly, coming into the office, neatly wrapped bento in hand. She stopped in front of him and glanced at him and then his sandwich, though at that moment she looked like she'd burn holes through it. "What is that boring thing? Jeez, Stein-jii, I thought I told you I'd be making you lunch since you obviously lack any real knowledge of how to prepare a nutritionally balanced meal." Aislin said putting the bento on his desk. Finding a spare chair, she rolled it over towards Dr. Stein and took a seat across from him. "How is my favorite, practically great-uncle nowadays?"

Stein had just swallowed the bite of the sandwich he was eating when Aislin came in.''Ah.Welcome Aislin-chan.Pardon the broken chair.It got broken abit ago and I haven't had a chance to sit it by the garbage can yet.'' he said.He rubbed the back of his neck as he leaned to one side abit,knowing she didn't want him making his boring sandwiches for lunch.''I'm sorry Aislin-chan.You know I'd be more than happy to eat your cooking.I've been so busy with my research that it must of slipped my mind.Please don't be too mad at me.You know I got a screw loose.'' he said and chuckled.He then wrapped the sandwich and put it back in his bag.''I've been well.I think I'm on the verge to finding the cures of five diseases but I still need to do more research and tests before I can present anything to Lord Death.I don't want to tell him about it til I've reached some conclusions on my tests first.I have three cures under my belt and I still aim to find cures for other diseases and mental conditions.How have you been? And with a mother like Maka-chan,I'm sure your still outdoing all the students in your classes.'' he said then unwrapped the bento box.He opened it then picked up the chopsticks that were neatly set in the box before eating some of the rice.The doctor had always been a neat eater.
