Molly blinked as Clerise came to hug her, and hugged her back tightly before letting her go. “ Aw, shucks. Thank you Miss Clerise!” She replied, blushing a bit before she took up her lance into a defensive position once more. She looked back at Rep, looking to see if he was ready. "You have to admit Minesweeper is apt, in a very morbid way," Jordan mused. "Considering how we keep stepping into these things."
He took another swipe at the creature and tried not to wonder what it had been.

"Let's try that again," Jordan grumbled. Ferros hissed with agitation, urging him on, and then snarled a gleeful note as the creature failed to get out of the way fast enough.

Harrison stayed on guard.
It made him think of B0nez up here like this. Swooping around. Starting s**t. Although he doubted he'd attack anybody, especially with all the computers around.
Prioritizing, B0nez said. They're so close, too. After we clean this guy up, why don't you put me in. Just for a while.
The power's off.
I just want the port to hold me.
Harrison's guard lowered. We're not gonna do that. You're in the same boat as me until we get above ground cleared, why do you have to give me all these impossible demands all the time?
He was too busy arguing to be of much help. HP: 50 Defending: ...jordan. sort of.

Holding back charges was more than a little uncomfortable, and frankly Rep was more than a little frazzled and frustrated to begin with.
Tracey nagged constantly in his head.
He did it.
Apparently holding back charges wasn't a good idea for Rep right now.

"Nice," Jordan said as the fog-creature split apart under the force of Rep's attack. It seemed almost dazed as it reformed.
Jordan didn't give it a chance to get its bearings again, and Ferros ignited as he passed through the creature, making it writhe and fade. A tendril of smoky stuff slapped across Jordan's face, and he backed up, coughing.
... It wasn't dead yet. Somehow.

Candace had been content at first, hanging back and being prepared with bandages just in case. At first she was fine. But Candace couldn't just stand aside. She had to do something. She had to...she had to fight. She couldn't not do something. Defense? That was covered. Defense was why she was hanging back, because they were all..
...It was ******** it.
She slid in at the last second, ducking under Ferros. Talk about kicking something when it's down. Candace did just that, though the creature did strike out one last time. It clawed at her leg as she kicked it, making her wince and hop back. How bad? Eh..not terrible. A bit of blood but it would heal with a simple bandaid. It didn't hurt that bad after the initial scratching.
"Good job, guys~." She grinned, giving them a thumb' up. "...I think..was that the last of them?" Her eyes were wide as she looked around for any moving figures. Did they do it? Was that it? Was that really all of them? Oh no wait..she saw some further down the hall.
Right? Those were there, right? Like..really there?
Ugh she hated this.

In the mess of scattered equipment, debris, and paperwork, a torn, worn, and fairly ancient looking piece of paper drifted gently to the floor.

Something moved and Candace jumped, ready to attack another creature only to watch a piece of paper flutter to the ground. Oh god, she was getting way too paranoid for this s**t. Candace unsummoned Atropos and made her way to the scattered papers, reaching down to pick up the one that had fallen to the floor.
"...Breeding program, February twelfth..two-thousand?" Candace blinked, reading over the list. "..This is really worn out. I wonder if the attack did this." She held the paper a little closer, reading it. Camden, Coolridge line? Eh? "Wilkins Junior...Susan Smith?" Who were these people? It was really ******** hard to read this. Martha? The hell was this breeding program?
..Wait. "..I think this says Collins." Candace blinked, looking up and around until she found Jerry. He was a Collins. She could read the first name enough to figure out who it was. "There're two Collins on here, even." She pouted. "Two-thousand? You had to be like what..fourteen? Makes no sense for..Sasha Belrose?" Sasha was on here too? What the hell?
Potential?

"No, that looks like it's older. Water damage?" Jordan peered over Candace's shoulder, his eyebrows going up as he realized what he was reading. "Dude, I'm pretty sure that second Collins is Jerry. That looks like a Y under the smudging, there at the end." He studied the list, both unnerved and fascinated.
"Fear sensitivity is hereditary, we already knew that," he mused aloud. "Looks like they've been keeping tabs on potential candidates for recruitment. Or were. Known bloodlines. Wow, that's - kind of unsettling. But makes sense."

“Wowzers!” Molly cried as she watched Rep more or less tear through that creature with his charged attack. “Excellent job!” She exclaimed. “That’s really working with your partner!” She then clapped excitedly as the others finished off the creature, breathing a sigh of relief.
The Misty looked over at Candace curiously though as she reached to pick up a rather worn piece of paper, but what really piqued her interested was when she started listing off some names. Molly’s brows furrowed as she reached up to tap her cheek. One of those names seemed oddly familiar. Where had she heard that…? Oh dear, her memory wasn’t the best for speicifics…Molly de-summoned her weapon, and happened to peer over Candace’s other shoulder along with Jordan. She rested a gloved hand on the older woman’s shoulder, peering down at the list.
She looked over at Jordan as he spoke as well. Bloodlines, breeding and recruitment…? Already over Molly’s head…but that name…
“Ah!” She snapped her fingers as it clicked. She had seen that last name on a college I.D. “Wilkins Jr. is Bix’s last name, too!”

Curious, Clerise hopped into Candace's personal space, peering at the list with a frown.
"They certainly kept their ********' tabs well. Bet there's newer lists in the computers-- wonder why they bothered with a paper trail," she sneered, lip curled.
She didn't have it in her for this to surprise her.
Give her the heebies? Yeah. Surprise? Not so ********' much.
