Blood of innocents? The slimer furrowed his brows as his eyes turned back and forth to Riley and Sabine. I must have missed something.
But eventually, his eyes did rest on the vampire. He hadn’t seen her around, nor did she have any special accessory that might show that if she was of any importance, unlike Riley. He did observe something about her, well more like, he felt something about her, an aura of aggressiveness of sorts. The slimer wasn’t a reader, but he was pretty sensitive.
“I think I’ll go with scepters this round.” The ghost turned his attention back to the dice roller.

Riley didn't mind being called retro. That sounded rather classy, and stylish. She took it as a compliment, and nodded slightly to the ghoul, before picking up the dice. As we have all put down our tokens, good luck to you all on this first round.
She rolled, and her eyes fluttered in a moment of annoyance. Scepters. Ah well. Sliding Amrita and El Greco back their tokens, she left her own and Sabine's out for them to take at their leisure. Place your bets for the next round. I am crowns as usual.

The ghost raised a brow.
A favor from a stranger or a favor from someone important.
He looked to both of them, his eyes moving from one to another. His chins rested on the tops of his fingers, with hands its palms together as if he was deep in thought. Eventually, well, only for a couple of minutes, his hand reached out for one of their tokens.
“I’ll take Sabine’s.” He grinned.
Gotta catch’em all.
As for the next round. He thought about it, only for a few seconds before making his decision. It's 50/50 anyway.
"And my gut says crowns."

Amrita sat back and let El Greco take the first pick. Either way she'd be happy with the results, because, quite frankly, a win was a win. "Mine, then~" Riley's token was taken and placed on the edge of the table in front of her, not quite wanting to put it into a pocket just yet. Hmm, what would she do with a favour from Riley... Well, that was a thought best left for later.
"Scepters, again!" She slid her bone forward on the table before leaning back, locking her knuckles together like some fleshy cog. "So...how did everyone's beastie turn out in class?" Admittedly she had been too focused on her own to pay any attention to what the others were doing...now was a good chance to judge how she did before the Professors could tell her.

The ghoul quirked ruby red lips at her favour being taken, and drew another one out to place her bet. As least it wasn't the zombie ghoul, who knows if she might ask parts or something. "Well, never let it be said that I don't know how to accessorize. Scepters this round, freaka."

Riley looked as though she would be grinning if her face had a mouth to open, when Amrita took her token. My animal came out terrible, thank you. Ink is not my forte, perhaps I just have a heavy hand. She picked up and rolled the dice with her heavy hand, sighing at the result. Scepters. She muttered, as she slid Amrita and Sabine's tokens back to them, and left her and Greco's out for the taking. I feel as though crowns is turning against me today. I will give it one more chance.

The slimer’s grin was wide at the answer he heard from Riley. He found it amusing, that the tentacled one wasn’t a natural with ink. But he kept his chuckles in, so not to be rude. He didn’t know Riley or the others well enough to joke around. He didn’t want to upset her either. She was a Hob after all. If she survived the academy for this long, she wasn’t to be made enemies with. “My beast went well, though the eyes weren’t the best.” The ghost rummaged through his pockets, and pulled out a tiny paper, stained with ink and a drawing. “It kind of looked like this.” “And I’ll stick with crowns as well.”

"I'm surprised! You're good at everything!" Amrita's eye was wide with just how surprised she was; Riley? Bad at something? DID NOT COMPUTE! It...it kind of shattered the aura of dark perfection she always pictured the mindflayer with. Maybe the ink here was cheating ink, sent to destroy them? That had to be it, because otherwise this Isle, aside from being too pretty, was actually being kind to them.
"Ink and I aren't friends either, though." The Vetala's cheeks - rather, her only fleshy cheek - puffed out unhappily. Water was everywhere, ink all choppy... At least the eyes came out nice. As she won once more, she eyed the new ghoul curiously, reaching out to place a darkened knuckle on Riley's token. "I'll take this one." Because El Greco already owed her two, and she didn't want him to owe her all the things! She slid the token into her possession again.
"Sceptors again, please~"
That was when she leaned over to look at the little scribble. "Oh Jack, that is horrible!" She squeaked out, in a tone that suggested horrible in this case was a good thing! Her head then tilted a bit, looking between the drawing and Riley.
HMMMMM~

"I skipped, I just know the instant I attend they'll have me fight something." Sabine's expression screwed up in distaste, which quickly turned to joy at winning. She clapped a little as she picked up El Greco's token and then set it right back down again. Why bet her own favours when she could use someone else to take the risk for her? "I'll go with crowns this time," she gave Riley a look of sympathy, "though I understand if you're a bit hesitant, I think you've got enough....accessories," gaudy-a** jewelry, "...and it would be so sad to overwhelm your pretty face with more."

This ghoul was trying to get under Riley's skin. Perhaps it was because she liked it so much? She had asked about it before. Nevertheless, Riley was all too happy to give her a slit glare, before ignoring the comment entirely and rolling the dice. A third loss, and she silently slid all of the tokens to Amrita.
Let us see, then. Sabine thinks I should take scepters. Why not? I will try scepters this round. We shall see if her fashion advice is helpful.
Her fingernail scratched along her bone token, before she placed it on the table.

Playing diplomacy again? Ace was curious to see if the same mindflayer and her friends had returned to the room where they had played before. He stepped in-
saw Sabine-
then promptly stepped back out. Great... not that ghoul. Interestingly enough, the greed demon chose to stay and waited for an appropriate moment to butt in and crawl up to the table. He wasn't in hakama this time. Instead he'd worn his same usual suit... since he'd avoided class that day.
"Crowns." Ace popped up with a tablet and crossed his arms. He was probably one of the shorter of the lot. Well.. maybe not shorter than Amrita. "You two still owe me favors-" he said, pointing at his eyes then back to Riley and Amrita.

Sabine gave Ace a little pinkie wave, before turning back to the game and giving Riley a toothy smile, "It's for the best." Know your place freaka. "I'll stick with crowns. Scepters seem a bit too fighty, and after the Convent of Death I'm pretty much done with that sort of thing." She gave a little sniff as she grabbed a new token out of the basket and placed it down.

...Whoa! She won! Amrita took the three tokens and placed them all in a little line with the two she already had from Riley. As she piled them, she looked at one in particular as if pondering something. "Wait...is this a favour from you, or the one you won from him?" Her eye - and gaping eyesocket - seemed to focus on the Vampire ghoul curiously, not entirely sure what it meant, but she was pretty sure she had seen the 'switch' of sorts from the earlier bid.
"But um, I'll go crowns this time, either w---" Her voice trailed off, instead looking at the Demon as he came in and made that curious gesture of his. "Err, Hi, Ace---D-don't worry! I didn't forget!" It was almost a whine, really; her brain was better than that now, thank you very much! "You owe me one too, you know!" See, Ace? Two can play at this game!

The slimer was no even with the vampire in favors. Though, he wondered who she really was, and what her clan was about. If they were anything like her, maybe it was a good thing that they were even. He didn’t feel like owing her any more than he should. Besides, her language was reminiscent of the boil from the day before, it probably didn’t sound the same or were the same, just foreign.
“I think I’ll stick with crowns.” The boil was a little stubborn, and a little masochistic in a sense- he liked choosing the underdog. “It has to win, eventually…right?”
The ghost gave a nod to the newcomer, yet an old face, to the table.

Smiling Sabine raised her eyebrows at Amrita, "I bet his of course," she gave El Greco a playful wave. "Why risk yourself when you can risk someone else, yeah?"
