((Of course it's not too late!! n.n Join in, join in!))

Sim quirked at brow at Ronin's response, "I suppose that you are not indeed the bellhop." he sighed dramatically, before taking a quick glance at the ticket the younger boy held. "Hmmm, I am both relieved and sorry to inform you that I am not your roommate and that I do not know of his or her whereabouts. Truth be told, I am on my way to my own room as well. If you would be so kind as to accompany me, perhaps I shall return the favor and accompany you on your search?" he smiled sweetly, almost effeminately to Ronin.

"But of course, lest I forget, I am Lord Sammuelson Irum Me'arl. Should you find addressing me by my full name, you may refer to me by my preferred sobriquet of Sim." he nodded as he flipped his hair.

After setting her accessories on the bed in the room she was to be staying in, Sarria decided it wouldn't hurt to wander around the ship a while. So, that's exactly what she did. While on her little 'adventure' of sorts, she found herself face to face with two Simu after turning a corner.

Figuring they were also winners of the cruise trip, she smiled at the two of them as she continued in their direction. The smaller one she recognized him from the ball, and being with Kyoko. However the older one...never before had she seen him, or anything like him in her life. The suitcase alone was so bright and blinding in her opinion. More than once she had to tell herself it wasn't nice to think bad thoughts.

When she had at last come within several feet she greeted them, "Hello. I presume you two also won tickets to the cruise?"

"Ah, pleasant morning to you, dear lady." Sim declared, plucking his orange kerchief from his hand-carry bag as he bowed with a floursih. "Yes, we are both winners, although for the life of me I can't recall even entering it such a thing. I attribute this to devil's luck." he grinned, quickly eyeing Sarria and Ronin.

"And has anyone ever mentioned that red is such a common color?" he smiled sweetly, "I mean, I hardly know either of you and yet you are both dressed in red! Is there a sort of... uniform or dress code that I am not aware of?" he asked in genuine confusion.

"I don't remember entering either." She remarked, "Only once I had won did my mother tell me I had entered. So I can only assume it was her doing."

His comment caused Sarria to look down at what she was wearing and blink. She hadn't realized this before and moved her head to look up at him, "No, not that I know of." She answered, "I just grew up wearing clothing of this style and color...although red is and has been my favorite color since I was younger." She returned his smile, though it may not have been as sweet, it was still genuine. "And you, you are dressed in quite an interesting way." She said with a nod, "I think I would recall meeting you if I had seen you before, but I obviously haven't. I'm Sarria." She introduced herself, extending her arm as an offer to shake hands.

"Grew... up? That sounds like something Lady Zanna said about her own clothes." Sim pursed his lips in thought. As Sarria extended her hand, Sim accepted the offered limb in a manner most effeminate. "A pleasure to make your acquaintance, I am Lord Sammuelson Irum Me'arl. However many find addressing me by my complete name troublesome and -although I have no real notion why- difficult, so you may call me by my preferred sobriquet of Sim." he smiled, bowing once more.

Then his affable nature seemingly vanished when he realized something, "Wait... grew up? Do you mean to tell me that you have been wearing the same outfit since... since... since you could remember?!" he gasped in horror.

Sarria's eyebrow rose, and after replacing her hand at her side she lowered it only to raise the other in a questioning manner, "'Lord?'" She asked curiously, finding that a bit strange that he would be a lord of something. But hey, anything was possible she supposed. "And yes, I grew up from a child. Didn't you?" Out of all the Simu and children similar to Simu she had met, only Kyoko had mentioned something about not growing up.

"Oh, no no no." She assured him, looking a bit shocked herself that he might think that, "I said I grew up in clothing of this style in color. Not that I grew up in this particular outfit. Don't worry...I wouldn't do that."

Sim wiped the imaginary perspiration off his brow, "For a moment I truly assumed you wore the same clothing since forever." he chuckled before he addressed Sarria's question about growth.

"Mmm, I emerged from mother's necklace the way you see me now." he shrugged, and turned around for emphasis. "Lady Zanna did speak that a certain number of -well I suppose there's no other way to put this than- our kind did indeed appear first as a child. She had mentioned if I am not mistaken that some do not, and it would seem I am of the latter sort." he shrugged, "And I guess then that you are of the former, Scarlet dear."
PostPosted: Mon Feb 28, 2005 10:38 pm

"Yes, perhaps. I have met another that also emerged the way they are now." Sarria agreed with a slight nod of her head while she eyed the boy infront of her. She was trying quite hard to not squint or blink at the suitcase and other parts of his clothing. "So you have met Za--Scarlet?" She suddenly asked, moving her head back a bit as she stared at him looking confused. "Did you just call me 'Scarlet?'"

Sim looked equally confused, "I believe I did, why? Did I say something else? Or could it be you'd prefer to be called Ruby?" he chirped, clapping his hands in delight.

((sorry for the late rep XD))

Still somewhat confused as to why he was going to call her by a nickname, Sarria managed to keep herself from looking at him oddly any longer. "Um..." She began, trailing off while moving her hands behind her back, "Why not just call me Sarria?" She asked before saying, "I...I suppose either one would be...okay"

((It's okay =D ))

"Splendid! Scarlet it is! Would you believe you are the first to allow me to address you by my term of endearment? The first three adamantly refused!" he sighed, pressing the back of his hand to his forehead while the other pressed his palm to his chest.

"Scarlet dear, would you happen to know where our rooms are?" he asked, taking his ticket out and handing it to the other teen and at the same time taking Ronin's as well. "The dear boy and I seem to be lost." he explained.
PostPosted: Mon Feb 28, 2005 11:17 pm

"That's a term of endea--I mean, yes, um, I can't imagine why they would refuse..." Sarria remarked, forcing herself not to shake her head at the boy.

She turned her head to get a better look at the tickets in Sim's hand as she took them. "I can't be one hundred percent sure where your rooms are." She informed him, going to return the tickets to him, "But I think they might be down that way." Pointing in the direction she thought it to be, "So you could try that way."

According to the plans, there was a pool on the very bottom level of the ship. It had to be a heated indoor one, and given the time of year, Aurora decided it was the best place to go.

Of course, there was no one there when she got there. Most people were probably waiting for the ship to leave or something, but Aurora was happy to dive into the warm water of the pool's deep end and relax. There was some sort of holiday music playing, but Aurora could feel the gentle vibration of the engines and hear it slightly.
