He beamed when it seemed his joke had gone down well, (As far as he could surmise). Pursing his lips, he hovered in the doorway before stepping back inside to grab his guitar and then wobble towards the door again, pulling the strap over his head, "Um. So... so. Just. Keep up the smiles, ok? That's... that's the most important thing in our line of work." His eyes finally met her's, his face flushing.
He debated his options.
"And... and if this sort of thing happens again you... you text me right away, ok? So I can... can bring you soup and... and songs and stuff. Like. Like friends."
Finally, he hesitated only a moment before leaning forward to gently kiss her cheek. "Heal up, ok?" The blush remained as he looked down at his feet, shuffling backward a step into the hall.

"I will, Jerry," Sasha smiled brightly at Jerry, crossing her arms over her chest. "I'll .. keep smiling, and .. I mean, I hope nothing like that ever happens again but.. you know. I'm sure it will. I'm so sorry for m-making you worry." She smiled shyly at him.
And promptly froze when he kissed her cheek.
Aww. She blushed immediately, lifting a hand to press against her cheek.
"Thanks, Jerry.. for.. for checking on me." She stood at the threshold of her doorway, glowing at him with a big, broad smile.

"Any... any time," He rubbed the back of his head, still flushed hotly as he took another step back, "I... I'd stay longer but..." I'm horribly embarrassed by my behavior and worry I'm going to ruin things further, "I've... I've got some duties I need to tend to um. But. But I'll... I'll see you soon, right? We need to figure out the next Music meeting!"

Sasha nodded, still smiling.
"Of course, Jerry. I can't wait for the next meeting." She leaned against the doorframe, her hand still resting against her cheek.
"I'll see you soon." She couldn't stop grinning. How lucky was she to have such a great friend?

"T-t-take care of yourself!" He called out a bit too loudly as he backed away before hurrying down the hall at a quick walk.
That... that went alright. Could have gone worse.
Could have gone better. You really need to work on your people skills, guy.
"I'm... I'm working on it. Just... leave me alone." He muttered.

Sasha slipped back into her room and shut the door behind her with a gentle click. She was feeling a lot better after Jerry's visit. In fact, she was feeling good enough to leave her room so that she could go visit her friends in the infirmary.
Moving over to her flute, Sasha clicked the case shut and headed for the door again. She wanted to show Clerise the instrument - and perhaps even play for her if she was feeling up for it. With a happy hum Sasha moved into the hallway. Destination, infirmary.
