"O..okay." Mitsu stayed where she was as Shun climbed out. Hesitantly she closed the curtain once he was clear and removed what articles of clothing she had left.

Shun's mention of food only seemed to remind her of her upset stomach and Mitsu at first shook her head only to realize he couldn't see her with the curtain closed. "N..no I'm not hungry right now." At least the hot water felt nice. Mitsu could feel it already soothing some of her aching muscles.

"Shun..." She started wondering if the reaper was still there. "What...is going to happen now?"

It seemed easier said than done. Continue living? At least Shun was going to be there for her, helping her along the way and to cope. The future didn't seem as bleak because of that.

His last words to her took her back a moment, feeling a different emotion sweep over her from what she had been feeling in the last twenty four hours. It was touching and warmed her but she was still numb enough that those feelings only lasted a short time. "Okay..." Came her soft reply unsure what else to say. She already felt like it was too late but maybe there was a way to save herself. But where would that leave Shun?

The shower lasted a while as Mitsu allowed the hot water to run over her, soothing away the aches leaving nothing but numbness. She had been in Shun's dorm enough that she had left some shampoo and soap of her own and began to scrub again at her skin until it was nearly raw and pink. It just didn't feel like she was clean, it was such an odd disconcerting problem.

When the shower was finally complete Mitsu shut the water off and watched the last of the water circle the drain before she climbed out and grabbed a towel to dry her hair and then wrap around herself. She finally left the bathroom, her eyes trailing to Shun before she made her way to the closet to rummage through the clothes that she left here for herself.

A simple dress was thrown on and the towel was wrapped around her hair before Mitsu made her way over to her reaper and sat beside him, nuzzling against his arm in silence. She really wasn't sure what else to say and she was so tired conversation just wasn't going easily.

Mitsu took the tea gratefully but held onto the cup and placed it in her lap without sipping on it. She was still afraid that putting anything on her stomach would cause her to get sick.

More silence seemed to follow but Mitsu wasn't exactly opposed to it. She let it settle around her as she let her emotions drain for her leaving her void. It was much easier to deal with or at least it was for now.

The lycan only shifted when she felt eyes on her, tilting her head up to look at Shun. She didn't say a word but simply leaned forward to press a light kiss to his lips.

"I need to wrap up your injury now," She finally said as she pulled back. Setting her tea aside she got up and gathered what she needed and came back to sit beside Shun on the bed once more. At least no real cleaning was necessary, he had just taken a shower but Mitsu applied a salve that was made to help with the healing before putting a clean piece of gauze over the wound and began to wrap some bandages around Shun's head to keep it in place. "It's not too tight is it?" She was so worried she was going to hurt him. This wasn't like treating a cut on his arms or torso.

"This isn't the sort of practice I ever hoped to get..." Mitsu mumbled as she secured the end of the bandage and put everything away. Her gaze was still sad as she stared at the fresh covering her fingers lightly tracing it before she pulled away.

"Do you think you'll want an eyepatch?" Mitsu had no idea if the reaper would want one or not. There were far more startling things than his eye injury but subconsciously it might make him feel better. "I could make you one if you like." Mitsu knew the medical eye patches weren't always comfortable but she was handy enough with a needle she could probably make something that would be functional and comfortable at the same time.

Mitsu gave some thought to what she could use. She didn't have a lot of materials here though she did have Mot's old tattered leather coat. The lycan hadn't been able to repair it but Mot had told her to throw it out...instead she had kept it. The leather was nice and soft so it would work well for the patch, she would just need something for the strap and maybe some softer material that would rest against Shun's face. Maybe something that could be easily removed and washed.

"I think I have an idea. I wouldn't expect anything...fancy but something tells me that won't matter." Shun didn't really wear anything elaborate. Anything with a design would stand out, so something simple would probably be best. At least thinking over how to make the patch would give her mind something to focus on for the time being.

"W..well I have Mot's old coat he was going to throw out. Its pretty torn up but there are still large pieces intact. Its soft but durable so I figure a portion of the patch will be made out of that." Holding up her hand about an inch from his face Mitsu tried to judge the size she would need to make the patch.

"I want to line the patch and the strap by your face with something soft that can be removed so you can wash it...if you are going to be wearing it a lot." Her expression still seemed sad but she would work hard to make something nice for him. "I just need to figure out how to make it adjustable without having to tie it or use a lot of elastic."

"I guess so..." She said solemnly. Mitsu let her hand rest back in her lap as Shun tilted her head up, her eyes closing as his lips pressed against hers. The lycan did her best to linger in the kiss before Shun pulled back, only then opening her eyes to stare up at the reaper.

"I..I don't know about perfect. I might ask Lizzy some questions to make sure I don't mess anything up." Lost in thought about how to go about her little project Mitsu's gaze drifted as she leaned forward to rest her head against Shun's shoulder. She was still tired but at the same time afraid to sleep. Usually she didn't experience nightmares when with Shun but last night had been the exception.
