Yuuka slowly opened her eyes, allowing the sunlight to combat the darkness surrounding her vision. She must have passed out at some point after reaching the Temple. She tried to move, only to remember the roots that held her firmly in place. Flexing her muscles, Yuuka let out a small whimper as she tore away both plant matter, and tore open some of her wounds. The roots had healed some of her minor injuries, but large parts of her flesh were still charred and thankfully cauterized - at least she wouldn't suffer from blood loss.

With the last root shed, she stood, and surveyed her surroundings. It appeared the rabbits were gone, and neither Byakuren nor Ibara were anywhere to be seen, although they were probably inside. She walked up the steps of the Temple and pushed open the door, slowly as to avoid tearing her wounds anymore.

"H..h," her throat was dry, "He...llo?"

Byakuren came out of the room and saw the three figures. "Oh, Yuuka!! Are you okay? Please, sit down." She pointed her hand towards the lounge area, where the bunnies made room for her if she wanted to sit.

Byakuren looked at the person who followed Keine in. "Oh, that is excellent. I do have some robes in one of the rooms down the hall," She said, pointing to another hallway on the same wall as her own. "Feel free to change in one of the rooms."

Byakuren then looked over the healer Keine had brought. "So, youre' the healer that the rabbits told me about?" She asked her.

The Rusalka nodded. "Yeah, I came beacuse Keine bested me..." She said.

Byakuren gasped, "Oh no, did I cause more problems... I'm sorry, you guys..." She said. She was, in a way, linked to all the fights that had gone on that day. "Well, healer. There is a person in the backroom who needs your help. Please, follow me." She said, gesturing for her to follow.

They came into Byakuren's study adn the mermaid looked over Ibara. She then held out her hand and held it over Ibara's chest, Ibara's body glowing white slightly as her magic took effect. She then stopped, as soon as Ibara had enough strength to wake up.

Yuuka nodded, but gave no reply. She silently followed the group to Ibara, again shrugging off the pain she felt. Even after everything that happened today, she was no closer to unraveling Ibara's past...and worse still, she now owed the Oni her life.

She remained silent as Ibara awoke, standing to the side of the room. She wasn't sure what she would say to the girl, if anything at all...

"Oh...I need to thank Yuuka-" Ibara blinked, still oblivious as to who was in the room. She heard Byakuren, oh, and then Selkie. Where all these people worried about her?

Then a sour voice, "I will be fine thanks-" She wasn't about to force someone to stay, besides she was awake, the rest of the healing, her oni body could deal with.

With a grimace, Ibara sat up, hunching over a bit to over come the wave of pain she took from the burns." Ah- Selkie? I am okay, no worries, no worries-"

Keine joined the crowd, now with a robe over herself trying to warm up. She stood by Yuuka," So this is who I got the healer for..." She muttered.

"What were you thinking?" Yuuka spoke suddenly, her voice stern, if not a bit concerned.

"Why did you interfere? You could have gotten yourself killed! You were no match for someone of her power..."

Yuuka held her side and winced... it seemed she tore open another wound.

Byakuren bowed her head in thanks. "Thank you, Keine, that would be much appreciated." This could work well, if were-Keine was as reasonable as the normal Keine was.

As Yuuka raised her voice at Ibara, Byskuren gasped. "Please, calm down, you're still injured, Yuuka. Let me heal you, okay?" She said, walking up to Yuuka, the white sphere in her palm, ready to heal Yuuka.

Ibara would have walked out had she been able to. She was just as prideful as Yuuka, but her own body had already been pushed enough just by sitting,"Whatever, I know I did the right thing."

"I will be fine soon enough, I am an oni after all," She reached up sligthly brushing where the bases of her horns where," This is nothing." a complet bluff seeing just how broken she was.

Keine felt as if she was a bad wheel here,"I...will take my leave now..." The teacher back out of the quarrel," I will return when the moon is full as promised Byakuren, meanwhile take care."

The teacher waved and headed out, she had things to prepared anyway.

Byakuren let the sphere disappear from her hand when Yuuka told her to heal Ibara. When Keine said she was leaving, Byakuren nodded. "Till then, Keine. Good-bye." She said, waving to her as she left.

She seemed to ponder the idea for a second. "But you need help too, Yuuka, you can't deny it. And right now, you're probably both as hurt as the other. And I will make sure you both live." She said, looking at borh of them. "No one will die in my temple as long as I live." She walked over to Ibara and began to hold her hand over Ibara's body, the light re-appearing as she moved it up and down Ibara's frame.

Selkie sat down in Byakuren's chair, watching Ibara closely. this was the closest thing she had had to a friend since she came to this land, and she felt like she trusted her, even though they had only met but hours ago.
